本发明公开了一种高密度中子吸收板,包括铝合金壳体,所述壳体内设有B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体,其中,所述B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体内填充有铝合金粉末条,所述铝合金粉末条横、纵交叉排列形成网格状,与现有技术相比,本发明密度高,使用性能稳定,材料密度达到98%以上,可用做乏燃料贮存设施中作为临界安全控制的中子吸收材料,实现乏燃料的密集贮存。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高密度中子吸收板。
背景技术
碳化硼铝金属基复合材料板是由碳化硼均匀弥散在铝合金基体中复合而成,其中碳化硼为弥散强化相,铝合金为基体相。这种材料含有中子吸收性能良好的B元素,可用作中子吸收材料。其显著优点是耐腐蚀、耐辐照、硼含量高、使用寿命长,能提高乏燃料贮运的经济性和安全性。
现有技术中的高密度中子吸收板,包括铝合金壳体,所述壳体内设有B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体,该结构的吸收板强度较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种强度高,制备简单的高密度中子吸收板。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高密度中子吸收板,包括铝合金壳体,所述壳体内设有B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体,其中,所述B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体内填充有铝合金粉末条,所述铝合金粉末条横、纵交叉排列形成网格状,纵向放置铝合金粉末条与横向放置的铝合金粉末条之间设有夹角α,夹角α的角度为45度。
上述的一种高密度中子吸收板,其中,所述铝合金粉末条的截面形状为正六边形。
本发明的效果在于:与现有技术相比,本发明密度高,使用性能稳定,材料密度达到98%以上,可用做乏燃料贮存设施中作为临界安全控制的中子吸收材料,实现乏燃料的密集贮存。

如图所示,一种高密度中子吸收板,包括铝合金壳体1,所述壳体1内设有B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体2,所述B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体2内填充有铝合金粉末条3,所述铝合金粉末条3横、纵交叉排列形成网格状,纵向放置铝合金粉末条与横向放置的铝合金粉末条之间设有夹角α,夹角α的角度为45度,所述铝合金粉末条3的截面形状为正六边形。

1.一种高强度中子吸收板,包括铝合金壳体,所述铝合金壳体内设有B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体,其特征在于,所述B4C颗粒烧结而成的板体内填充有铝合金粉末条,所述铝合金粉末条横、纵交叉排列形成网格状,纵向放置铝合金粉末条与横向放置的铝合金粉末条之间设有夹角α,夹角α的角度为45度。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度中子吸收板,其特征是,所述铝合金粉末条的截面形状为正六边形。
