本发明公开了一种真空气氛高压碳板炉,包括有炉体,炉体中设置有炉膛,炉体与炉膛之间填充有炉体耐材,炉体左、右端分别安装有炉盖,炉体顶部安装有多个热电偶,炉体顶部还安装有一对电极安装管,每个电极安装管顶部分别插接有水冷铜电极,炉体底部安装有多个刚玉管,炉膛中吊装有石墨加热板,石墨加热板上通过螺栓连接有一对石墨电极,两石墨电极分别伸入电极安装管中与水冷铜电极连接,炉体右端的炉盖中横向安装有抽气管,抽气管管端安装有机械泵接口,抽气管上还安装有压力计,炉体左端的炉盖中开有炉口,炉口处安装有可打开的炉门。本发明结构简单,使用方便,提高了真空碳管炉的性能,进而提高了氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉加工质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及碳管炉领域,具体为一种真空气氛高压碳板炉。
背景技术
    LED荧光粉是构成LED的重要物质,目前国内多采用白光LED荧光粉,但白光LED荧光粉其性能一般,而氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉由于其出色的性价比越来越受到重视。氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉的生产过程中,所使用的真空碳管炉的性能至关重要,直接关系到氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉的生产质量。现有技术的真空碳管炉无法满足氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉生产的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种真空碳管炉,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种真空气氛高压碳板炉,其特征在于:包括有横置的炉体,炉体中设置有绝热保温材料围成的炉膛,炉体与炉膛之间填充有炉体耐材,炉体左、右端分别通过法兰安装有封住炉体的炉盖,所述炉体顶部安装有多个分别伸入炉体内炉膛中的热电偶,炉体顶部还安装有一对电极安装管,两电极安装管底端分别向下延伸至与炉膛内连通,每个电极安装管顶部分别插接有水冷铜电极,所述炉体底部安装有多个伸入炉体内并支撑在炉膛底部的刚玉管,所述炉膛中吊装有石墨加热板,石墨加热板上通过螺栓连接有一对石墨电极,两石墨电极分别一一对应伸入电极安装管中与水冷铜电极连接,炉体右端的炉盖中横向安装有与炉膛内连通的抽气管,所述抽气管管端伸出炉体右端炉盖且抽气管管端安装有机械泵接口,抽气管伸出段上还安装有压力计,炉体左端的炉盖中开有炉口,炉口处安装有可打开的炉门。
所述的一种真空气氛高压碳板炉,其特征在于: 所述炉体由不锈钢内层和碳钢外层构成,不锈钢内层和碳钢外层之间空间构成水冷通道,所述炉体顶部还安装有与不锈钢内层和碳钢外层之间空间连通的放气阀。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,整个炉体通过水冷却保护,大大延缓了老化,提高了使用寿命,并且整个炉体外接气路、电路较为方便,提高了真空碳管炉的性能,进而提高了氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉加工质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示。一种真空气氛高压碳板炉,包括有横置的炉体1,炉体1中设置有绝热保温材料围成的炉膛2,炉体1与炉膛2之间填充有炉体耐材3,炉体1左、右端分别通过法兰安装有封住炉体1的炉盖4,炉体1顶部安装有多个分别伸入炉体1内炉膛中的热电偶5,炉体1顶部还安装有一对电极安装管6,两电极安装管6底端分别向下延伸至与炉膛2内连通,每个电极安装管6顶部分别插接有水冷铜电极7,炉体1底部安装有多个伸入炉体1内并支撑在炉膛2底部的刚玉管8,炉膛2中吊装有石墨加热板9,石墨加热板9上通过螺栓连接有一对石墨电极10,两石墨电极10分别一一对应伸入电极安装管6中与水冷铜电极7连接,炉体1右端的炉盖中横向安装有与炉膛2内连通的抽气管10,抽气管10管端伸出炉体1右端炉盖且抽气管10管端安装有机械泵接口11,抽气管10伸出段上还安装有压力计12,炉体1左端的炉盖中开有炉口,炉口处安装有可打开的炉门13。炉体1由不锈钢内层14和碳钢外层15构成,不锈钢内层11和碳钢外层12之间空间构成水冷通道,炉体1顶部还安装有与不锈钢内层11和碳钢外层12之间空间连通的放气阀16。
本发明可以真空(10Pa)使用,也可通气氛使用。通N2+10%以下的H2,有利于氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉的制备。本发明还可以常压使用,也可以高压(4~5大气压)使用。整个外壳按照压力容器设计。有利于氮化物/氮氧化物荧光粉的制备。本发明整个加热腔全部采用石墨制品,洁净度高。

1.一种真空气氛高压碳板炉,其特征在于:包括有横置的炉体,炉体中设置有绝热保温材料围成的炉膛,炉体与炉膛之间填充有炉体耐材,炉体左、右端分别通过法兰安装有封住炉体的炉盖,所述炉体顶部安装有多个分别伸入炉体内炉膛中的热电偶,炉体顶部还安装有一对电极安装管,两电极安装管底端分别向下延伸至与炉膛内连通,每个电极安装管顶部分别插接有水冷铜电极,所述炉体底部安装有多个伸入炉体内并支撑在炉膛底部的刚玉管,所述炉膛中吊装有石墨加热板,石墨加热板上通过螺栓连接有一对石墨电极,两石墨电极分别一一对应伸入电极安装管中与水冷铜电极连接,炉体右端的炉盖中横向安装有与炉膛内连通的抽气管,所述抽气管管端伸出炉体右端炉盖且抽气管管端安装有机械泵接口,抽气管伸出段上还安装有压力计,炉体左端的炉盖中开有炉口,炉口处安装有可打开的炉门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空气氛高压碳板炉,其特征在于: 所述炉体由不锈钢内层和碳钢外层构成,不锈钢内层和碳钢外层之间空间构成水冷通道,所述炉体顶部还安装有与不锈钢内层和碳钢外层之间空间连通的放气阀。
