本发明公开了一种船用驾驶室移门结构,包括:矩形门框;移门,设于矩形门框内,移门的顶部和底部分别设有控制移门滑动的滑动机构;移门包括外侧框架和门板,所述门板上设有拉手,把手安装在矩形门框上,把手带有橡胶碰垫,橡胶碰垫前端与移门接触;限位部件,位于把手的转动路径上。本发明中,导轨、移门与门框为一体结构,安装方便、快捷;且通过转动把手,使带有橡胶碰垫的前端与移门接触,起到固定移门滑动的效果,能够让移门可以在通孔尺寸范围内任意尺寸固定,从而可以让驾驶室操作人员可以根据海上风力大小来调整移门的开启大小。

技术领域
本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种船用驾驶室移门结构。
背景技术
民用船舶上驾驶室设有能够到达船舶船舷的通道,为了方便驾驶人员出入,在驾驶室一侧或两侧设置移门,移门可沿门框上的轨道滑动实现开启或关闭。然而,现有的驾驶室移门为分体结构,如图1至图3所示,其中导轨、上罩板都是散装发货,上船安装比较复杂繁琐,且无法自由固定移门开启位置。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种船用驾驶室移门结构,为整体式结构设计,导轨、移门与门框为一体结构,安装方便、快捷,且可以自由固定移门开启位置。
本发明提出的一种船用驾驶室移门结构,包括:
矩形门框;
移门,设于矩形门框内,移门的顶部和底部分别设有控制移门滑动的滑动机构;
移门包括外侧框架和门板,所述门板上设有拉手;
把手,安装在矩形门框上,把手带有橡胶碰垫,橡胶碰垫前端与移门接触;限位部件,位于把手的转动路径上。
优选地,所述滑动机构为设于门框上的导轨和设于移门上的滑轮,所述滑轮位于所述导轨内且可沿所述导轨滑动。
优选地,所述滑动机构为设于门框上的导轮和设于移门上的滑轨,所述滑轨可沿所述导轮滑动。
优选地,移门的两侧设有密封胶条。
优选地,所述门板上设有玻璃窗。
优选地,把手通过自工螺丝安装在矩形门框上。
本发明中,导轨、移门与门框为一体结构,安装方便、快捷;且通过转动把手,使带有橡胶碰垫的前端与移门接触,起到固定移门滑动的效果,能够让移门可以在通孔尺寸范围内任意尺寸固定,从而可以让驾驶室操作人员可以根据海上风力大小来调整移门的开启大小。

具体实施方式
如图4至图6所示,本发明实施例提出了一种船用驾驶室移门结构,包括:矩形门框1;移门2,设于矩形门框1内,移门2的顶部和底部分别设有控制移门2滑动的滑动机构;移门2包括外侧框架和门板,门板上设有玻璃窗3,便于驾驶员观察移门外环境;门板上设有拉手,便于开启或关闭移门,把手4通过自工螺丝5与门框1安装;且通过转动把手,使带有橡胶碰垫7的前端与移门2接触,起到固定移门滑动的效果,能够让移门2可以在通孔尺寸范围内任意尺寸固定,从而可以让驾驶室操作人员可以根据海上风力大小来调整移门2的开启大小;限位部件6,位于把手4的转动路径上,用于对移门2的开启最大程度进行限制。
本发明中,导轨、移门与门框为一体结构,安装方便、快捷;且通过转动把手,使带有橡胶碰垫的前端与移门接触,起到固定移门滑动的效果,能够让移门可以在通孔尺寸范围内任意尺寸固定,从而可以让驾驶室操作人员可以根据海上风力大小来调整移门的开启大小。
在具体设计中,上述滑动机构为设于门框1上的导轨和设于移门2上的滑轮,滑轮位于导轨内且可沿导轨滑动;或滑动机构为设于门框1上的导轮和设于移门2上的滑轨,滑轨可沿导轮滑动。
为了增加密封性,移门2的两侧设有密封胶条。

1.一种船用驾驶室移门结构,其特征在于,包括:
矩形门框(1);
移门(2),设于矩形门框(1)内,移门(2)的顶部和底部分别设有控制移门(2)滑动的滑动机构;
移门(2)包括外侧框架和门板,所述门板上设有拉手;
把手(4),安装在矩形门框(1)上,把手(4)带有橡胶碰垫(7),橡胶碰垫(7)前端与移门(2)接触;
限位部件(6),位于把手(4)的转动路径上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用驾驶室移门结构,其特征在于,所述滑动机构为设于门框(1)上的导轨和设于移门(2)上的滑轮,所述滑轮位于所述导轨内且可沿所述导轨滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用驾驶室移门结构,其特征在于,所述滑动机构为设于门框(1)上的导轮和设于移门(2)上的滑轨,所述滑轨可沿所述导轮滑动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的船用驾驶室移门结构,其特征在于,移门(2)的两侧设有密封胶条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的船用驾驶室移门结构,其特征在于,所述门板上设有玻璃窗(3)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的船用驾驶室移门结构,其特征在于,把手(4)通过自工螺丝(5)安装在矩形门框(1)上。
