技术领域:
本发明涉及一种电力系统横担安装辅助工具,特别是涉及一种配电安装横担防扭提升支架。
背景技术:
以往配电变压器的附件安装过程中,因无防止横担旋转、起吊的专用工具,上下传递过程中因绑扎不牢,绳扣结扎错误等因素时常发生横担和电器元件跌落的现象。同时也有因材料组装完毕后,起吊时横担发生扭曲而产生安装困难的现象。由于城市配电设备安装现场环境复杂,多在人口集密区,不规范的作业方式存在很大的安全隐患,很容易导致安全事故的发生。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便且安全性好的配电安装横担防扭提升支架。
本发明的技术方案是:一种配电安装横担防扭提升支架,含有两个支撑板,所述支撑板由上支撑板和下支撑板连接而成,并且,所述上支撑板和下支撑板的板面相互垂直,两个所述上支撑板的上端通过支撑板螺栓固定连接,两个所述下支撑板的下端分别设置一个卡板,所述挡板上设置有卡槽,所述下支撑板上固定一个挡板螺栓,所述挡板螺栓与挡板的上端连接,所述挡板的下部遮挡所述卡槽,所述挡板的板面与所述下支撑板的板面同向。
所述上支撑板和下支撑板由同一个钢板扭曲而成,或者,上支撑板和下支撑板由两个钢板焊接而成。所述下支撑板上设置有凹槽,所述挡板螺栓的内端插在所述凹槽中且焊接固定,所述挡板与下支撑板之间设置有垫片,所述垫片套在所述挡板螺栓上。所述卡板的宽度大于所述下支撑板的宽度;所述上支撑板的长度大于下支撑板的长度。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明将各类横担固定于支架中,无论横担出于任何工作场合,都处于固定状态,从而达到方便施工、提高安全性的目的。
2、本发明下支撑板和上支撑板由一个钢板弯折而成,强度高,另外,挡板上端固定在螺栓上,既能转动又能固定,防挡效果好,安全性好。
3、本发明卡板与下支撑板焊接固定,能够减少下支撑板的整体宽度,降低材料成本。
4、本发明防扭牢固、安装快捷、安全可靠、高效实用,广泛应用于配电线路、变压器台架各类横担的安装工作中,易于推广实施,具有良好的经济效益。

具体实施方式:
实施例:参见图1和图2,图中,1-卡板,2-卡槽,3-挡板,4-挡板螺栓,5-下支撑板,6-上支撑板,7-支撑板螺栓。
配电安装横担防扭提升支架含有两个支撑板,其中:支撑板由上支撑板6和下支撑板5连接而成,并且,上支撑板6和下支撑板5的板面相互垂直,两个上支撑板6的上端通过支撑板螺栓7固定连接,两个下支撑板5的下端分别设置一个卡板1,挡板3上设置有卡槽2,下支撑板5上固定一个挡板螺栓4,挡板螺栓4与挡板3的上端连接,挡板3的下部遮挡卡槽2,挡板3的板面与下支撑板5的板面同向。
上支撑板6和下支撑板5由同一个钢板扭曲而成,或者,上支撑板6和下支撑板5由两个钢板焊接而成,根据需要确定。
下支撑板5上设置有凹槽,挡板螺栓4的内端插在凹槽中且焊接固定,挡板3与下支撑板5之间设置有垫片,垫片套在挡板螺栓4上。卡板1的宽度大于下支撑板5的宽度;上支撑板6的长度大于下支撑板5的长度。
本发明可用于任何需要使用配电安装横担防扭、起吊工作中,从根本上解决各类配电线路各类横担在起吊、安装过程中发生旋转、跌落的目的。

1.一种配电安装横担防扭提升支架,含有两个支撑板,其特征是:所述支撑板由上支撑板和下支撑板连接而成,并且,所述上支撑板和下支撑板的板面相互垂直,两个所述上支撑板的上端通过支撑板螺栓固定连接,两个所述下支撑板的下端分别设置一个卡板,所述卡板上设置有卡槽,所述下支撑板上固定一个挡板螺栓,所述挡板螺栓与挡板的上端连接,所述挡板的下部遮挡所述卡槽,所述卡板的板面与所述下支撑板的板面同向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配电安装横担防扭提升支架,其特征是:所述上支撑板和下支撑板由同一个钢板扭曲而成,或者,上支撑板和下支撑板由两个钢板焊接而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的配电安装横担防扭提升支架,其特征是:所述下支撑板上设置有凹槽,所述挡板螺栓的内端插在所述凹槽中且焊接固定,所述挡板与下支撑板之间设置有垫片,所述垫片套在所述挡板螺栓上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的配电安装横担防扭提升支架,其特征是:所述卡板的宽度大于所述下支撑板的宽度;所述上支撑板的长度大于下支撑板的长度。
