Abstract
本发明提供一种脏衣篮。所述脏衣篮包括脏衣袋和支架,所述脏衣袋包括可展开的袋体,所述袋体展开后设于支架上,所述袋体的成分为:表面活性剂、助剂,表面活性剂包括:烷基苯磺酸钠11~20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~12份、α~烯基磺酸盐3~8份,助剂包括碳酸钠10~25份、硫酸钠20~35份、碱性蛋白酶0.1~0.5份,沸石10~20份、泡花碱2~6份,水溶性聚合物25~45份。本发明使用的时候,将脏衣袋和其中的脏衣服一起放入洗衣机,脏衣袋会在洗衣机中溶解,使用方便快捷,且脏衣袋一次性使用,也更加清洁,同时增加生活趣味,节约资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及脏衣篮。
背景技术
脏衣篮又称脏衣篓、脏衣筐,目前使用十分普遍,人们将脏了的衣服放进脏衣篮中,方便收纳,待周末统一清洗。但是清洗的时候,需要按照衣服的量的多少确定洗衣粉的用量,较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种能够直接将脏衣袋取下,和衣服一起放进洗衣机,减少放置洗涤剂的麻烦的脏衣篮。本发明采用的技术方案如下所述:
所述脏衣篮包括脏衣袋和支架,所述脏衣袋包括可展开的袋体,所述袋体展开后设于支架上,所述袋体的成分为:表面活性剂、助剂,表面活性剂包括:烷基苯磺酸钠11`20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~12份、、α ~烯基磺酸盐3 ~ 8 份,助剂包括碳酸钠10~25份、硫酸钠20~35份、碱性蛋白酶0.1~0.5份,沸石10~20份、泡花碱2~6份,水溶性聚合物25~45份
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本发明使用的时候,将脏衣袋和其中的脏衣服一起放入洗衣机,脏衣袋会在洗衣机中溶解,使用方便快捷,不需要额外添加洗涤剂,能够替代原有的脏衣收纳篮与洗衣粉两种产品。脏衣袋在完成收纳积攒脏衣服的任务后,直接与脏衣服一起被放进洗衣机内作为洗衣粉使用,使得洗衣服更加方便,且脏衣袋一次性使用,也更加清洁,同时增加生活趣味,节约资源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
本发明提供一种脏衣篮,包括袋体1、支架2、提手切口3。
所述袋体1为以洗涤剂为材料的、可以展开、有收纳脏衣服的功能的袋结构。所述袋体1的原材料为洗涤剂,在水中能够完全溶解、具有较好的去污能力、物理特性与牛皮纸非常相似。
所述袋体1采取中国传统剪纸工艺式的结构,不用时为薄片状易于收纳,使用时只需将其撑开(展开)成网袋状。撑开成网袋状时可挂在支架2上使用。
提手切口3为在袋体上所设的切口,该切口既便于手提,又可用于挂在支架2或其他挂钩上。
使用时,使用者将片状的袋体1撑开成袋状,通过提手切口3挂在支架2上,此时,袋体1就可以用作脏衣收纳。袋体1装满脏衣服后,将其和其中的脏衣服一起放入洗衣机,袋体1会在洗衣机中溶解,使用方便快捷,不需要额外添加洗涤剂,能够替代原有的脏衣收纳篮与洗衣粉两种产品。脏衣袋在完成收纳积攒脏衣服的任务后,直接与脏衣服一起被放进洗衣机内作为洗衣粉使用,使得洗衣服更加方便,且脏衣袋一次性使用,也更加清洁,同时增加生活趣味,节约资源。且袋体重量恒定,其中所含洗涤剂份量也恒定,避免使用者超量使用,节约资源。
本发明包括表面活性剂、助剂,表面活性剂包括:烷基苯磺酸钠11`20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~12份、、α ~烯基磺酸盐3 ~ 8 份,助剂包括碳酸钠10~25份、硫酸钠20~35份、碱性蛋白酶0.1~0.5份,沸石10~20份、泡花碱2~6份,水溶性聚合物25~45份。
所述水溶性聚合物为聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚丙烯腈,所述聚乙烯醇与聚乙烯腈的份数比为3~5:1。
本发明所述份数比,均为重量比。
以中号脏衣袋为例,在净重为41.6g的袋体中,包括烷基苯磺酸钠16份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、、α ~烯基磺酸盐6份,助剂包括碳酸钠12份、硫酸钠22份、碱性蛋白酶0.3份,沸石16份、泡花碱5份,水溶性聚合物40份,以上份数皆为重量份。水溶性聚合物为聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚丙烯腈,所述聚乙烯醇与聚乙烯腈的份数比为5:1。
该袋体的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)首先将泡花碱溶解,然后再在搅拌条件下加入烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠、沸石、脂肪酸皂片、α ~烯基磺酸盐、部分脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,配制成前浆体;
2)将上述前浆体进行过滤,然后在滤液中加入聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯腈、碱性蛋白酶,并在高压下低温烘干压制成片;
3)将片状切出剪纸花纹,使其易于拉开成为袋状。
经过试验,该袋体能够在25℃下,在10分钟,优选7分钟内溶解在水性介质中。且洗涤浓度为0.062%,去污值大于国标。
本发明由于不含三聚磷酸钠,所以无磷环保。虽然现有的水溶性树脂包括PVOH、纤维素醚、聚环氧乙烷(PEO)、淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯基甲基醚-马来酸酐、聚马来酸酐、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙二醇等多种,但经过试验,以聚乙烯醇(PVOH)和聚丙烯腈为佳,尤其在聚乙烯醇与聚丙烯腈的比例为3:1的情况下达到最佳比例。
本发明还可以用百分之15~25的低分子量水溶性PVOH(聚乙烯醇的优选分子量为3000~50000)以及百分之20~30的PVP代替聚乙烯醇与聚乙烯腈加工,在低湿度下相当坚硬,性能甚至较聚乙烯醇与聚乙烯腈为佳,但是防潮性不够,不耐长途运输。
本发明并不仅限于上述实施方式,不能以此限定本发明的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应解释为属于本发明专利涵盖的范围之内。
Claims (3)
1. 脏衣篮,其特征在于包括脏衣袋和支架,所述脏衣袋为可展开的袋体,所述袋体展开后设于支架上,所述袋体的成分为:表面活性剂、助剂,表面活性剂包括:烷基苯磺酸钠11`20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~12份、α~烯基磺酸盐3~8 份,助剂包括碳酸钠10~25份、硫酸钠20~35份、碱性蛋白酶0.1~0.5份,沸石10~20份、泡花碱2~6份,水溶性聚合物25~45份。
2.如权利要求1所述脏衣篮,其特征在于所述水溶性聚合物为聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯腈,所述聚乙烯醇与聚乙烯腈的份数比为3~5:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的脏衣篮,其特征在于所述袋体上设有提手切口。
