Abstract
本发明公开了一种铝塑复合板,所述铝塑复合板由底涂层、正面铝板、阻燃芯材层、背面铝板和烤漆层由外至内依次组成,所述阻燃芯材由下述重量份的原料组成:纳米级无机阻燃剂50~80份,聚乙烯10~30份,弹性体树脂2~20份,液体树脂1~10份,抗氧剂1~5份,紫外线吸收剂1~5份,分散剂2~10份。采用纳米级无机阻燃剂,配方合理,改善了阻燃剂和树脂界面之间的相容性,从而提高了铝塑复合板成品的剥离强度以及拉伸性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种铝塑复合板。
背景技术
铝塑复合板是一种新型的建筑板材,是以经过化学处理的涂装铝板为表层材料,用塑料为芯材,在专用铝塑板生产设备上加工而成的复合材料。铝塑复合板本身具有耐候、耐蚀、耐创击、防火、防潮、隔音、隔热、抗震性、质轻、易加工成型、易搬运安装等特性而被广泛的应用于大楼外墙、帷幕墙板、旧楼改造翻新、室内墙壁及天花板装修、广告招牌、展示台架、净化防尘工程等领域。在天气比较干燥的地区,在板材表面往往会聚集一些静电荷,这些静电荷得不到释放就会影响人们的生活,同时,板材内部太干燥也会潜伏火灾隐患,而目前所使用的铝塑复合板一般防火性能不够达标,且基本不具有抗静电及阻燃的功能。
铝塑复合板因其具有易加工、材质轻的特点,而广泛被用作室内外墙壁的装饰,用于建筑外墙的铝塑复合板,要长期在风吹、日晒、雨淋等恶劣的环境下使用,随着使用的时间变长,普通的铝塑复合板易老化、耐腐蚀性差、表层易脱落,使用寿命不长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐腐蚀和抗静电性能好的铝塑复合板。
本发明的上述目的是通过如下方案实现的:
一种铝塑复合板,所述铝塑复合板由底涂层、正面铝板、阻燃芯材层、背面铝板和烤漆层由外至内依次组成,所述阻燃芯材由下述重量份的原料组成:
纳米级无机阻燃剂50~80份,
聚乙烯10~30份,
弹性体树脂2~20份,
液体树脂1~10份,
抗氧剂1~5份,
紫外线吸收剂1~5份,
分散剂2~10份。
为进一步提高本发明的阻燃性能和力学性能,所述阻燃芯材由下述重量份的原料组成:
纳米级无机阻燃剂60份,
聚乙烯20份,
弹性体树脂10份,
液体树脂5份,
抗氧剂3份,
紫外线吸收剂3份,
分散剂5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用纳米级无机阻燃剂,配方合理,改善了阻燃剂和树脂界面之间的相容性,从而提高了铝塑复合板成品的剥离强度以及拉伸性能。本发明具有较好的抗静电性能,燃烧性能和物理机械性能均达到GB8624-1997及GB/T17748-1999《铝塑料复合板》标准的相关指标,完全满足了国家对建筑装饰材料防火安全、无公害化、绿色环保的性能要求。

实施例1
一种铝塑复合板,所述铝塑复合板由底涂层、正面铝板、阻燃芯材层、背面铝板和烤漆层由外至内依次组成,所述阻燃芯材由下述重量份的原料组成:
纳米级无机阻燃剂60份,聚乙烯20份,弹性体树脂10份,液体树脂5份,抗氧剂3份,紫外线吸收剂3份,分散剂5份。
制备时,按照普通铝塑复合板相同的工艺流程:阻燃芯材挤出阻燃板材、上下铝卷放料、张力控制、预热、高分子膜放料、预热、热贴合、热压轧、冷压定型、冷却、贴保护膜、裁切、成品等连续热压复合生产工艺。
制备的成品进行性能测试,燃烧性能和物理机械性能均达到或超过GB8624-1997及GB/T17748-1999《铝塑料复合板》标准的相关指标,完全满足了国家对建筑装饰材料防火安全、无公害化、绿色环保的性能要求。
实施例2

纳米级无机阻燃剂50~80份,
聚乙烯10~30份,
弹性体树脂2~20份,
液体树脂1~10份,
抗氧剂1~5份,
紫外线吸收剂1~5份,
分散剂2~10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合板,其特征在于,所述阻燃芯材由下述重量份的原料组成:
