Abstract
The invention discloses a rear floor structure which comprises a rear floor (1). The rear floor structure further comprises a third-row seat front installing cross beam (2) on the front side above the rear floor (1), a floor lower cross beam (3) arranged below the rear floor (1) corresponding to the front installing cross beam, rear floor upper longitudinal beams (4) arranged on two sides above the rear floor (1) and rear floor lower longitudinal beams (5) arranged below the rear floor (1) corresponding to the rear floor upper longitudinal beams (4), wherein front reinforcing ribs are arranged in areas of both the third-row seat front installing cross beam (2) and the floor lower cross beam (3) corresponding to the rear floor (1); and side reinforcing ribs (14) are arranged in areas of the rear floor upper longitudinal beams (4) and the rear floor lower longitudinal beams (5) corresponding to the rear floor (1). The strength of the rear floor structure is effectively improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile equipment, in particular to a rear floor structure.
Background
With the increasing demands of people on the appearance and the internal space of the automobile, compact urban SUV (sports utility vehicle) models which are attractive in appearance and have more than three rows of seats are favored.
In compact urban SUV (sports utility vehicle) models, a spare tire needs to be arranged under the rear floor, so that the problem of interference between the spare tire and the last row of seats in arrangement is solved, and the freedom of design of the whole vehicle is improved. However, the spare tire of the rear floor is arranged downwards, so that the strength requirement of the rear floor is improved, and the existing rear floor structure cannot meet the requirement.

The invention discloses a rear floor structure to improve the strength thereof.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a rear floor according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a rear floor structure provided in an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of FIG. 1 taken along plane A-A; FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along plane B-B of FIG. 3; FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along plane C-C of FIG. 3; fig. 6 is a schematic sectional view taken along plane D-D in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the rear floor structure provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a rear floor 1, and further includes: a third row seat front mounting crossbeam 2 arranged on the front side above the rear floor 1; the lower floor crossbeam 3 is arranged below the rear floor 1 corresponding to the front mounting crossbeam, and front reinforcing ribs are arranged in the front mounting crossbeam 2 of the third row of seats and the areas of the lower floor crossbeam 3 corresponding to the rear floor 1; the rear floor upper longitudinal beams 4 are arranged on two sides above the rear floor 1; the rear floor upper side member 4 and the rear floor lower side member 5 are provided with side reinforcing ribs 14 in regions corresponding to the rear floor 1.
According to the rear floor structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the front side of the rear floor 1 is provided with the beam mounting area 11, and the beam 2 and the underfloor beam 3 are mounted in front of the third row of seats in the beam mounting area 11; back floor upper longitudinal beam 4 and back floor longitudinal beam 5 are added to two sides above back floor 1, back floor 1 is arranged between back floor upper longitudinal beam 4 and back floor longitudinal beam 5, three-layer reinforcing structure is formed, namely, U-shaped reinforcing structure is formed at the outer edge of back floor 1, reinforcing ribs are arranged in the area covered by the back floor 1 upper transverse beam and the longitudinal beams, and strength is further improved. The rear floor structure provided by the embodiment of the invention effectively improves the strength of the rear floor structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the front beads include a transverse bead 12 and end beads 13 provided at both ends of the transverse bead 12. By providing the lateral reinforcing beads 12, the phenomenon that the rear floor 1 is drawn up to have a large-area plane to cause a reduction in strength is avoided, and by providing the lateral reinforcing beads 12 on both sides. The end reinforcing ribs 13 are provided to further reinforce the strength of the end portions of the lateral reinforcing ribs 12. In the present embodiment, the number of the end reinforcing ribs 13 is 4, two of the end reinforcing ribs are provided at one end of the transverse reinforcing rib 12 and are arranged along the extending direction of the transverse reinforcing rib 12, and the other two end reinforcing ribs are provided at the other end of the transverse reinforcing rib 12 and are arranged along the extending direction of the transverse reinforcing rib 12. The number of the end reinforcing ribs 13 can be increased or decreased according to the specific requirements of the vehicle type, and the number is not described one by one and is within the protection range.
As shown in FIG. 1, the position close to the transverse reinforcing rib 12 is the lowest position profile 15 of the rear floor 1, and the lowest position profile 15 is provided with a liquid leakage hole, so that liquid on the rear floor 1 can be discharged conveniently, and the condition of liquid accumulation of the rear floor 1 is effectively avoided.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the rear floor 1 is provided with a rear seat reinforcing beam 6 arranged in the longitudinal direction and a rear seat mounting nut plate 7 for fixing the rear seat reinforcing beam 6. The strength of the mounting point of the rear seat is improved by adding the rear seat reinforcing beam 6 and fixing the rear seat reinforcing beam on the rear floor 1 through the rear seat mounting nut plate 7 and the bolt.
Further, both the rear seat reinforcing beam 6 and the rear seat mounting nut plate 7 are provided below the rear floor 1. Avoiding interference with parts above the rear floor 1.
The spare tire accommodating area 17 is arranged below the rear floor 1, and a spare tire is placed below the rear floor 1 to avoid interference with a rear seat, wherein the height difference between the spare tire accommodating area 17 and the rear floor body is L, namely, after the rear floor structure provided by the embodiment of the invention is installed in a carriage, the distance between the spare tire accommodating area 17 of the rear floor 1 and the carriage floor is L, so that the spare tire can be accommodated conveniently. Wherein, the value range of L is 70mm-80mm, and further, L is 75 mm.
In the present embodiment, two spare tire mounting brackets 8 are provided below the rear floor 1, and the spare tire mounting brackets 8 are provided on both sides of the rear seat reinforcing beam 6, respectively. The spare tire mounting bracket 8 may be disposed at other positions, which will not be described one by one.
Further, the rear floor structure provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a longitudinal reinforcing beam 9 arranged between the two spare tire mounting brackets 8, so that the strength of the rear floor structure is further enhanced.
Wherein, the corresponding area of the rear floor 1 and the longitudinal reinforcing beam 9 is provided with a longitudinal reinforcing rib 16.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in order to improve the strength of the spare tire housing area 17, the rear floor structure in the present embodiment further includes a reinforcement plate 10 provided on the spare tire housing area 17. Wherein, the right lower part of the spare tire accommodating area 17 is provided with a reinforcing plate mounting area 110 on which the reinforcing plate 10 is arranged; and the reinforcing ribs include a plurality of spare tire longitudinal reinforcing ribs 18 and a plurality of spare tire transverse reinforcing ribs 19, which are regularly distributed on the spare tire housing area 17.
In this embodiment, the third row seat front mounting cross beam 2 and the floor lower cross beam 3 are fixedly arranged on the rear floor 1 by spot welding and welded by a three-layer spot welding method, and similarly, the rear floor upper longitudinal beam 4 and the rear floor lower longitudinal beam 5 are fixedly arranged on the rear floor 1 by spot welding and welded by a three-layer spot welding method.

Claims (10)
1. A rear floor structure comprising a rear floor (1), characterized by further comprising:
a front mounting crossbeam (2) of a third row of seats arranged on the front side above the rear floor (1);
the lower floor beam (3) is arranged below the rear floor (1) and corresponds to the front mounting beam, and front reinforcing ribs are arranged in the areas of the front mounting beam (2) of the third row of seats and the lower floor beam (3) corresponding to the rear floor (1);
the rear floor upper longitudinal beams (4) are arranged on two sides above the rear floor (1);
the rear floor longitudinal beam (5) is arranged below the rear floor (1) and corresponds to the rear floor upper longitudinal beam (4), and side reinforcing ribs (14) are arranged in the areas of the rear floor upper longitudinal beam (4) and the rear floor lower longitudinal beam (5) corresponding to the rear floor (1).
2. The rear floor structure according to claim 1, wherein the front reinforcing bead includes a transverse reinforcing bead (12) and end reinforcing beads (13) provided at both ends of the transverse reinforcing bead (12).
3. A rear floor structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the lowest profile (15) of the rear floor (1) is provided with weep holes.
4. The rear floor structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear floor (1) is provided with a rear seat reinforcing beam (6) arranged in the longitudinal direction and a rear seat mounting nut plate (7) for fixing the rear seat reinforcing beam (6).
5. The rear floor structure according to claim 4, wherein the rear seat reinforcing beam (6) and the rear seat mounting nut plate (7) are provided below the rear floor (1).
6. The rear floor structure according to claim 4, wherein a spare tire housing area (17) is provided below the rear floor (1), and a height difference between the spare tire housing area (17) and the rear floor body is L;
two spare tire installing supports (8) are arranged below the rear floor (1), and the spare tire installing supports (8) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear seat reinforcing beam (6).
7. A rear floor structure according to claim 6, further comprising a longitudinal reinforcing beam (9) provided between two of said spare tire mounting brackets (8).
8. A rear floor structure according to claim 7, characterized in that the corresponding areas of the rear floor (1) and the longitudinal reinforcement beam (9) are provided with longitudinal reinforcement ribs (16).
9. A rear floor structure according to claim 6, further comprising reinforcing ribs and a reinforcing plate (10) provided on the spare tire housing area (17).
10. The rear floor structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the third row seat front mounting cross member (2) and the under-floor cross member (3) are fixedly provided on the rear floor (1) by spot welding;
the rear floor upper longitudinal beam (4) and the rear floor lower longitudinal beam (5) are fixedly arranged on the rear floor (1) through spot welding.
