Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种基站、用户设备及通信方法。其中,一种基站包括:对应关系维护模块,用于维护接入基站的UE的业务承载与第一目标数据基站的对应关系;业务承载处理模块,用于控制第一目标数据基站以及UE完成UE的业务承载过程的处理,其中,第一目标数据基站为在完成UE的业务承载过程的处理后,与UE进行用户面数据的交互的基站。本发明技术方案实现了空口信令面和用户面的分离,解决UE的接入问题。
