本发明涉及感应加热型动力传输单元,特别是涉及在用于从包装材料管连续地形成密封包装以容纳可灌注的食品的包装单元中使用的这些单元。
背景技术
在包装食品的领域内,特别是在无菌条件下包装这样的产品的领域内,通常使用消毒包装容器,例如TetraBrikAseptic(注册商标)。TetraBrikAseptic以及类似的包装可以通过形成与密封卷带包装材料来制造。包装材料包括夹在两层或多层热塑性的诸如聚乙烯之间的诸如诸如纸之类的纤维材料层。接触产品的包装材料的一侧也可包括诸如铝层之类的阻挡材料层,它继而覆盖有一层热塑材料。
在典型的包装过程中,对包装材料进行灭菌,之后,包装材料的两个纵向边缘接合以形成连续的管。包装材料的管被填充了通常是无菌产品的产品,此后在管上设置有横向密封件以形成枕状包装,其可以从连续管切断并折叠为单个的包装容器。本发明直接应用在管的横向密封方面,但也可用于所有类型的感应加热密封系统或总体上的所有类型的密封系统的动力传输。
对横向密封的情况下,已知包装机包括两台相对的链式输送机,每一个限定一条环形路径。这两台链式输送机分别包括相对的密封钳和反向钳,以使得包装材料管可以在密封钳和反向钳之间被夹住并进行密封操作以形成包装容器。有许多可用于密封操作的可选方式,如包装材料的直接加热和包装材料的感应加热,这二者在本领域内都是公知的。
在这两个例子中,动力或电流需要传送到密封钳,即从能量的固定源传输到可移动装置。这种能量转移可以用各种方式来实现,例如在第一种方法中,配有加热装置的钳还设有优选由碳制成的刷子,并且其沿着其行程的预定部分、沿着固定到包装机框架的各自的铜动力杆滑动。
虽然是有功能和效率,但总是有改进的余地,例如在装置的使用期方面。包括这种类型的动力传输系统的包装单元由本申请人公开在EP-A-0887265和EP-A-0887270中,并且为本领域的技术人员所公知。
第二种方法已被开发,其中电能通过电磁感应从固定的能量源传输到可移动装置。应用于链型包装机的这种方法的一个例子在专利申请WO00/64662中有描述。
发明内容
为此目的,发明的动力传输单元包括支撑件和弹性地悬挂在支撑件上并可沿第一方向朝向刷子移动的动力杆。动力杆包括接触开始部、接触终端部及在该两者之间的中间部。发明的动力传输装置的特征在于,动力杆通过第一板簧悬挂在支撑件上。第一方向表示动力杆的移动方向,因此如果从放松位置移动,沿该方向它可以被板簧偏置。第一方向通常对应于垂直于中间部的接触表面的方向。
本发明的优选实施例在下面描述。
本发明的优点及其优选实施例将从一个实施例的详细描述中得以清晰化。
根据一个或多个实施例,板簧可以沿在支撑件和动力杆之间的直线路径延伸,在另一个实施例中,动力杆可通过附加的第二板簧悬挂在支撑件上。
在一个或多个实施例中,螺旋弹簧可以被设置在支撑件和动力杆之间,以提供在所述第一方向上的偏置力,并且优选地,螺旋弹簧提供正的弹簧力。
在一个或多个相关的实施例中,螺旋弹簧相对于第一方向成角度,以提供在所述第一方向上的分力,因为是被压缩,所以它是来补偿由螺旋弹簧所提供的增大的弹簧力,从而提供一个更均匀的力。
在至少一个实施例中,条带材料可以用来将电力传输到动力杆,在相关的实施例中,条带线可以是包括镀锡、镀银或锡和镀银的丝状体的条带线。
在一个或多个实施例中,板簧中的任一个可用于将电力传输到动力杆。
在一些实施例中,接触起始部和接触终端部分别由沿与第一方向相同的方向和相反的方向倾斜的斜坡提供。在这些实施例中的一些中,接触起始部和接触终端部的总长度对应于中间部的长度的大约一半。
在一个具体实施例中,斜坡的形状是这样的,在刷子与动力杆之间接触时所得到的加速度是约1G或更小。
在用于一类封装机的实际的实施例中,支撑件包括两个动力杆。
本发明还涉及布置独立的导电体以用于传输电力,在另一个方面还涉及使用两个条带以分别向动力杆传输电流和传输来自动力杆的电流,在又一个方面还涉及两个条带被安排为彼此平行地面对。
根据本发明或其实施例的动力传输单元延长了该单元的使用期,并确保在可移动部件之间有改进的接触,部件显著减少。

发明内容
图1是本发明第一实施例的透视图,它将被用来说明与本发明的各个(几个)实施例有关的优点。
在第一实施例中,动力传输单元100包括支撑件102和动力杆104。在本实施例中,可以说动力杆104包括由铜或其它合适的导电材料制成的导电部和隔离部103,其中,导电部明显是在使用中被激励的部分。第一板簧106互连了动力杆104和支撑件102。第一板簧106提供了可在板簧106的平坦表面的方向(在图1中为向上或向下)上偏置的弹性悬挂部,并且还提供了一种在这些平面表面的横向方向上为刚性的悬挂部。此外,在动力杆104的相对的短冲程运动中,第一板簧106使用螺旋弹簧和支点提供了更复杂的悬挂部的优异的选择。
第一板簧106的有益效果可以通过互连动力杆104和支撑件102的第二板簧108的结构得到增强。第二板簧108的结构进一步减小了动力杆的移动自由度,由于受到由每一个板簧106、108提供的恒定半径的限制,使得其基本上只在第一方向上向上和向下移动。特别是,加入第二板簧108降低了沿板簧106的长度方向的任何扭矩或板簧106的任何弯曲。此外,布置两个平行但在第一方向上分离的等长板簧提供了保持动力杆104的定向的方式,这意味着动力杆将不会在图2的平面内旋转。这确保了动力杆104和密封钳的刷子之间的良好接触。
正如在第一实施例中那样,通过使用沿在支撑件102和动力杆104之间的直线路径延伸的板簧106、108甚至进一步增强了这些有益的效果。与具有更复杂形状的板簧相比,直的板簧106、108将不容易伸展或收缩。即使只使用一个板簧106,这种效果也是明显的。
为了能够调节使动力杆在第一方向上朝向合作的刷子偏转的偏置力,可以在支撑件102和动力杆104之间布置在第一方向上提供正推力的螺旋弹簧110。螺旋弹簧110优选在第一方向延伸。为了引导螺旋弹簧110,可以安排导销130来在内部沿着螺旋弹簧110的中心轴延伸,如在图4a、4b和4c中可以看出的那样。为简单起见,虽然很明显绝大多数部件都是重复出现的(每一个动力杆有一个),但在本申请的附图中,每一个部件中只有一个被编号。应当指出,由于与动力杆104合作的螺旋弹簧是隐藏的,所以,在图1中,标号110是指安置在动力杆104旁边的动力杆上的螺旋弹簧。为了理解本实施例的结构,这不被认为是构成任何问题。这个第二动力杆以与动力杆104相同的方式被悬挂。
当螺旋弹簧110被压缩时,其产生的弹性力将增大,但同时它相对于动力杆104的运动方向的角度将增大,并从而在此方向上增加其力的分量。因此,这一布置可以在整个弹簧110的压缩过程提供接近于线性(常数)的力的分量,即可以导致在动力杆104的移动方向上的恒定的力,该方向也可以被称为动力杆104的正交(normal)方向。
在线圈弹簧110被安装在导承销130上任一端的情况下,一个位于支撑件102一个连接到固定件126,螺旋弹簧110可以是最初有极小的S形,如在图4a中可以看出的那样。这从导承销130的中心轴X、Y的不对齐显然指示出来。在动力杆104向下移动时,如图4b和4c所示,螺旋弹簧110将首先外伸然后在其他方向成S型。螺旋弹簧的这种弯曲将起到减少弹簧力在反方向增大的作用,使得在动力杆104上作用几乎恒定的弹簧力。这也将抵消由弯曲的板簧106、108增加的额外的力。
如图4b所示,螺旋弹簧110的弯曲也具有降低作用在第一方向上的力的分量的效果,反而增加了作用在垂直方向上的力的分量,如图4a、4b和4c所示。如果螺旋弹簧110被可转动地连接在任一端,则类似的效果就已经达到,使得螺旋弹簧的单单纯压缩将发生。如上面所提到的那样,这两种效果是通过与想要偏置力的方向成角度安装螺旋弹簧110实现的,并且这一角度在螺旋弹簧压缩期间是增大的。
动力杆104的导电部分包括三个操作部分:
是在第一方向上向上倾斜的斜坡的形式的接触开始部104A,其中在动力杆104和合作的刷子之间的接触压力可能会逐渐增加;
是在第一方向上向下倾斜的斜坡的形式的接触终端部104C,其中在动力杆104和合作的刷子之间的接触压力可能会逐渐减小到零;和
中间部104B,其中所述接触压力可保持恒定。
这种设计提供了在动力杆104和刷子之间的轻柔而稳定的接触,从而延长刷子和动力传输设备的使用期,这是因为对系统的快速变化的压力和影响被减少了。
在本实施例中,接触起始部104A和接触终端部104C的总长度对应于中间部104B的长度的大约一半。在本实施例的上下文中,“对应于大约”可以被定义为使得中间部104B的长度的一半落在接触起始部104A和接触终端部104C的总长度的80%至120%的的范围内:
0.8x(104A+1104C)<0.5x1104B<1.2x(1104A+1104C)
对本实施例,这将导致在刷子和动力杆相互全速接触时小于1G的动力杆104的加速度,这是已被证明为有益的当前的一般标准。在本实施例中,这将消除杆组件的高度不希望的特征-“弹跳”。与在刷子和动力杆之间的接触相关的参数显然将取决于例如这两个组件的相对速度。
应当指出的是,即使是在公开的实施例的完全复杂的情况下,也提供了没有单一的轴承或刷子并没有任何枢轴点就可以约束住的极好的运动。与传统的设备相比,使用的部件数被显著减少,并且不复杂的机制也保证了低磨损以及任何存在的磨损的低的效果。力是由压缩螺旋弹簧提供的,由于弹簧的设计,力在整个行程(冲程)上都是一致的。使用板簧而不是轴承和连接件,并且这些板簧也确保系统只在所希望的方向上移动。动力杆104的动力可沿板簧传输-不再需要传统的汇流条(busbar),但传统的汇流条仍然可以使用。
用于将电流传输到动力杆104和传输来自动力杆的电流的优选手段是通过使用条带状材料。在本实施例中,条带(braid)114、116被用于此目的。在本实施例中的条带114、116具有在两端有靴(shoe)的条带铜丝(用于连接的目的),并且整个条带是镀锡和镀银的,以便提供一定程度的耐腐蚀性。条带的尺寸和材料可以随应用不同而变化,但对于转移约3赫兹的约100A的、脉冲长度约150毫秒的电流的本实施例,已经发现0.15mm的丝宽度和约1.5mmx26mm的条带尺寸是适用的。该特定的条带由排成48束的1056条这样的丝组成,产生了比用于相同的总尺寸的单个导电体的情况大10倍以上的表面面积。这样的条带114、116被平坦化成细长的横截面。在另一个实施例中,各丝的直径为0.10mm,排列成35束的125条丝,导致丝的数量和有效表面面积都大大增加了。
条带已经证明自己在传输大电流而不会过热的能力方面优于传统的汇流条或其它固体导电体。部分的解释可以在上面的例子中所示的该条带层提供了显著增大的表面面积这一事实中发现。
传送大电流的能力的另一个关键是如图1所示,条带是平行排列,以紧靠的关系彼此面对。这将减少感应涡流,并从而减少在装置操作期间所产生的热量。因为过多的热量产生是有害于导电体的使用期的,所以在本发明的实施例的许多应用中,使用以这种方式布置的条带可能是有利的。电镀的选择可以取决于设置有动力传输单元的环境,并且本发明不应限于所给出的特定的实施例。在典型的安装中,动力传输单元被设置在其中可能会发生腐蚀性液体飞溅和冲洗的潜在不利的环境中。在不太恶劣的环境中,可能根本不需要镀覆条带。
返回到第一实施例中的支撑件102和它的设计:虽然支撑件102本身可以具有与附图中给出的设计不同的其它设计,但也有一些优点是与它是如何构造的相关联的。它有盘状形式的支撑件基座120,支撑件固定件122、124、126、128从其延伸到安装了板簧和螺旋弹簧的支撑件基座上。这种不对称的设计留下容易进入以在必要时进行维修和保养的一侧。安装有螺旋弹簧110的固定件126在一个或多个实施例中可包括两部分,第一部分被刚性地连接到支撑件基座120,第二部分被刚性地连接到第一部分。在另一实施例中,第一部分和第二部分被单一的部分取代。安排一个固定件128来限制每一个动力杆104的冲程。在一个或多个实施例中,两个动力杆104中的第一动力杆包括在第二个动力杆的方向上延伸的螺栓(未示出)。第二动力杆设置有在动力杆的运动方向(在图2的视图中基本上为上下方向,对应于杆104的正交方向)上有纵向延伸的长圆形槽(未示出),螺柱延伸到插槽中。以这种方式,第一动力杆的位置相对于第二动力杆是有限的,以避免可能会导致短路的过度运动,而仍然允许每一个动力杆在小的尺度上与另一个相互独立地移动。使用动力传输(导电体)的不同的设计,有短路的危险可能不再是问题了。
图2示出了第一实施例的侧视图,并且为了进一步说明动力传输单元100的结构的目的而被添加。
图3是根据本发明的第二实施例的装置的透视图。这个装置与第一实施例中的那个非常相似,但它有更紧凑的设计。为了理解,因此参考图1和2的说明。相似的部件被给予相同的参考标号,增加100。在第二实施例中,使用板簧将电流传到动力杆204,而不是使用单独的导电体。在这种情况下,关于使用单独的导电体或板簧来传导电流的一个决定性的参数是所需要的电流量。因此,对于一些应用来说,第二实施例的动力传输单元200可设置有单独的导电体(例如,第一实施例的条带),在一些实施例中,第一实施例的动力传输单元100可以不需要单独的导电体。在图3中容易观察到,动力杆204的各个部分204A、204B、204C的长度之间的关系与第一实施例相比较是如何完全不同的。再一次说明,这种关系在不同的应用之间将是不同的,在第二实施例的替代设计中,这一关系可以不同于图3所示的关系。
选择用于本发明的动力传输单元的部件的材料被认为是在本领域的技术人员的能力范围内。优选的是,所选择的材料是耐用的,但除此外,许多不同的组合是可能的。大多数部件优选为用不锈钢材料制成,除了明显的优点外,这被认为是有利于系统的电性能。因此,板簧和螺旋弹簧优选为由不锈钢制成。支撑件基座120优选是由不锈钢制成,螺母和螺栓亦然。动力杆104、204可以由混合铜制成,在一个优选的实施例中,材料是诸如以商品名AlbrometW200所提供的合金之类的无铍铜合金。
隔离部103、203可优选由塑料材料制成,并且在这样的情况下,应该是能够应付操作过程中存在的压力、温度和湿度的塑料材料。对于图示的实施例,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)可以是合适的选择。
本领域的技术人员认识到,所给定的例子仅是出于公开本发明的功能性实施例的目的而给出的例子,并且所建议的材料或实施例不应该被解释为限制本发明。

Claims (17)

1.一种动力传输单元,其用于包装机的密封单元,其包括:
用于连接到密封单元的支撑件(102),
动力杆(104),其包括接触开始部(104A)、接触终端部(104C)及该两者之间的中间部(104B),所述动力杆(104)被弹性地悬挂在所述支撑件(102)上并能沿与所述中间部(104B)的接触表面垂直的第一方向移动,
其特征在于:
所述动力杆(104)通过第一板簧(106)悬挂在所述支撑件上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述第一板簧(106)沿在所述支撑件(102)和所述动力杆(104)之间的直线路径延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述动力杆(104)由额外的第二板簧(108)悬挂在所述支撑件上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述第二板簧(108)具有与所述第一板簧(106)大致相同的长度,并且被布置成与所述第一板簧(106)平行,但在所述第一方向上隔开某一距离,以防止所述动力杆(104)在由所述第一板簧(106)的中心轴和所述第二板簧(108)的中心轴定义的平面上的旋转。
5.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的动力传输单元,其中,在所述支撑件(102)和所述动力杆(104)之间设置螺旋弹簧(110)以提供在所述第一方向上的偏置力。
6.根据权利要求5所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述螺旋弹簧(110)提供了正的膨胀力,并且任选地包含沿所述螺旋弹簧(110)的中心轴延伸的弹簧导承(130)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述螺旋弹簧被布置为与所述第一方向成一角度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述螺旋弹簧(110)被布置为在所述动力杆(104)被按下时增大其与所述第一方向所成的角度。
9.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的动力传输单元,其中,布置独立的导电体以用于传输电力。
10.根据权利要求9所述的动力传输单元,其中,使用两个条带(114,116)以分别向所述动力杆(104)传输电流和传输来自所述动力杆(104)的电流。
11.根据权利要求10所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述两个条带被安排为彼此平行地面对。
12.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述第一板簧(106)被用于传输电力。
13.根据权利要求3所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述第二板簧(108)被用于传输电力。
14.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述接触开始部(104A)和所述接触终端部(104C)分别由沿与所述第一方向相同的方向和相反的方向倾斜的斜坡提供。
15.根据权利要求1所述的动力传输单元,其中,所述接触开始部和所述接触终端部的总长度超过所述中间部的长度的一半。
16.根据上述权利要求1或2所述的动力传输单元,其中,每一个支撑件(102)包括两个单独地悬挂的动力杆(104)。
17.一种适于设置在根据权利要求4所述的动力传输单元(100)中的动力杆(104),所述动力杆(104)包括:
用于两个板簧(106,108)和螺旋弹簧(110)的附着点;和
接触开始部(104A)、接触终端部(104C)以及在该两者之间的中间部(104B)。
