Abstract

本发明公开了一种电池盒,包括盒体一、盒体二、连杆,所述盒体二的侧壁断面上开有槽孔,侧壁外侧面上开有滑槽,槽孔与滑槽相连通,所述连杆的一端与盒体的侧壁断面连接,另一端从槽孔伸入到盒体二侧壁内部,并在此端部设置一与连杆垂直的拨杆,拨杆从滑槽伸出盒体二侧壁外,拨杆能够在滑槽内来回滑动。在盒体一与盒体二的断面之间还设有拉簧,拉簧的两端分别与盒体一与盒体二的断面连接,本发明通过拉簧与连杆的配合可以使电池盒的长度可调节,使电池易装易拆。

本发明涉及电动产品配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池盒。
背景技术
当今社会已经完全进入电力时代,无论是工作还是生活中均少不了电子电动产品,很多产品都需要用到电池,那就少不了需要用到电池盒,传统的电池盒主体均为固定大小,里面通常会设置一布条,装电池的时候将电池压在下面,拆电池的时候拉布条将电池拉起,由于电池在生产的过程中尺寸难免有误差,所以电池往往会装的过紧,经常出现易装难拆的现象。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种电池盒,通过拉簧与连杆的配合可以使电池盒的长度可调节,使电池易装易拆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
      一种电池盒,其特征在于:包括盒体一、盒体二、连杆,所述盒体二的侧壁断面上开有槽孔,侧壁外侧面上开有滑槽,槽孔与滑槽相连通,所述连杆的一端与盒体的侧壁断面连接,另一端从槽孔伸入到盒体二侧壁内部,并在此端部设置一与连杆垂直的拨杆,拨杆从滑槽伸出盒体二侧壁外,拨杆能够在滑槽内来回滑动,在盒体一与盒体二的断面之间还设有拉簧,拉簧的两端分别与盒体一与盒体二的断面连接。
   优选地,所述盒体一与盒体二的两侧侧壁内侧还设有压条。
   优选地,所述拨杆采用工程塑料。
优选地,所述压条为橡胶带。
      本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过拉簧与连杆的配合可以使电池盒的长度可调节,使电池易装易拆,并且可以通过压条有效的防止电池在电池盒受到冲击的情况下晃动。

为了进一步描述本发明的技术特点和效果,以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述。
参照图1,一种电池盒,包括盒体一1、盒体二2、连杆3,所述盒体二2的侧壁断面上开有槽孔,侧壁外侧面上开有滑槽5,槽孔与滑槽5相连通,所述连杆3的一端与盒体1的侧壁断面连接,另一端从槽孔伸入到盒体二2侧壁内部,并在此端部设置一与连杆3垂直的拨杆6,拨杆6从滑槽5伸出盒体二2侧壁外,拨杆6能够在滑槽5内来回滑动,在盒体一1与盒体二2的端面之间还设有拉簧4,拉簧4的两端分别与盒体一1与盒体二2的断面连接。
为了防止电池在电池盒受到震动情况下造电池松脱接触不良,所述盒体一1与盒体二2的两侧侧壁内侧还设有压条7。
为了保证耐用性,所述拨杆6采用工程塑料。
为了使压条与电池之间保持弹性接触,所述压条7为橡胶带。
使用时将拨杆6拨沿滑槽5拨向靠近盒体二2断面的一侧,此时盒体一1与盒体二2分离,可以很容易卸下电池,松开拨杆6后在拉簧4的作用下盒体一1与盒体二2会再次靠在一起自动恢复到正常使用时的状态。

1.一种电池盒,其特征在于:包括盒体一(1)、盒体二(2)、连杆(3),所述盒体二(2)的侧壁断面上开有槽孔,侧壁外侧面上开有滑槽(5),槽孔与滑槽(5)相连通,所述连杆(3)的一端与盒体(1)的侧壁断面连接,另一端从槽孔伸入到盒体二(2)侧壁内部,并在此端部设置一与连杆(3)垂直的拨杆(6),拨杆(6)从滑槽(5)伸出盒体二(2)侧壁外,拨杆(6)能够在滑槽(5)内来回滑动,在盒体一(1)与盒体二(2)的断面之间还设有拉簧(4),拉簧(4)的两端分别与盒体一(1)与盒体二(2)的断面连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电池盒,其特征在于:所述盒体一(1)与盒体二(2)的两侧侧壁内侧还设有压条(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电池盒,其特征在于:所述拨杆(6)采用工程塑料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种电池盒,其特征在于:所述压条(7)为橡胶带。
