Abstract

本发明涉及一种单芯三通阀包括阀体,阀体上设有上阀座和下阀座,阀体内还设有阀芯。本实施例中有且仅有一个阀芯,该阀芯设在上阀座和下阀座之间,且设有两个分别用于堵塞上下阀座孔的圆锥面。执行机构可通过连杆上拉或下压控制阀芯位置,来选择两个出口中由那一个与进口连通,暨三通阀的工作出口。本发明广泛用于介质传输的管道上。

单芯三通阀
技术领域
本发明涉及三通阀,尤其是一种单芯三通阀。
背景技术
三通阀有一个进口、两个出口。介质进入进口后,当内部阀芯处于不同位置时,流出的出口不同。现有技术中三通阀通常设有两个阀芯,图3、图4、是现有技术的一个实施例。该三通阀包括进口201、出口一202、出口二203、上阀座221、下阀座222、执行机构204、阀芯一211和阀芯二212组成。能够通过堵塞上阀座孔关闭出口一202的阀芯一211,设置在上阀座221上方;能够通过堵塞下阀座孔关闭出口二203的阀芯二212,设置在下阀座222下方,且阀芯一211与阀芯二212串联在执行机构204的连杆241上。执行机构204可通过连杆241,控制阀芯开启或关闭阀座孔。当连杆241上拉时,阀芯二212的圆锥面堵塞下阀座222的通孔,而阀芯一211与上阀座221分离,此时介质从进口201进入,经上阀座221,由出囗一202流出。当连杆下压时,上阀座221通道关闭,介质通过下阀座222,从出口二203流出。为安装连杆241,所述阀芯为圆筒薄壁结构,并设有供介质通过的狼牙口和用于堵塞阀座的圆锥面。
现有技术的缺点是:圆筒薄壁结构的阀芯易损坏,使用寿命较短;开启关闭时易卡死,且泄漏量大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用寿命长、不易卡死,且泄漏量小的三通阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:单芯三通阀,包括阀体,阀体上设有上阀座和下阀座,阀体内还设有阀芯,其特征在于:有且仅有一个阀芯,该阀芯设在上阀座和下阀座之间,且设有两个分别用于堵塞上下阀座孔的圆锥面。
进一步的:所述阀芯为实心结构。
本发明的有益效果是:1)阀芯不需要为安装连杆设置通孔,所以可以设计成实心等更牢固的结构,使用寿命更长;2)阀芯安装比较简单,单个阀芯也不易卡死;3)使用过程中泄漏量更小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
现有技术中阀芯一211和阀芯二212为了安装连杆241,设计成圆筒薄壁结构,这样的阀芯容易损坏,使用寿命短。如图1、图2所示是本发明单芯三通阀的一个实施例,包括阀体105,阀体105上设有上阀座121和下阀座122,阀体105内还设有阀芯110。本实施例中有且仅有一个阀芯110,该阀芯设在上阀座121和下阀座122之间,且设有两个分别用于堵塞上下阀座孔的圆锥面。执行机构104可通过连杆141上拉或下压控制阀芯110位置,来选择两个出口中由那一个与进口101连通,暨三通阀的工作出口。
阀芯110不需要为安装连杆141设置通孔,可以选择实心或者较厚的芯壁,大大提高了阀芯110的使用寿命。另外单阀芯结构的三通阀不易卡死,使用过程中泄漏量也更小。
为了进一步提高阀芯使用寿命,所述阀芯110采用实心结构。

1.单芯三通阀,包括阀体(105),阀体上设有上阀座(121)和下阀座(122),阀体(105)内还设有阀芯(110),其特征在于:有且仅有一个阀芯(110),该阀芯(110)设在上阀座(121)和下阀座(122)之间,且设有两个分别用于堵塞上下阀座孔的圆锥面。
2.如权利要求1所述的单芯三通阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(110)为实心结构。
