Abstract

一种柱塞式节流阀,包括阀杆、硬质合金衬套、阀座套、阀座芯、第一O形圈、第二O形圈和阀体;由手轮驱动阀杆和硬质合金衬套在阀座芯的腔体内上下移动,实现开关和调节流量和压力。本发明三个方向的针对性改进:阀杆和硬质合金衬套设有贯通上下的流道孔,在节流阀开启或关闭过程中,减小开关扭矩、缩短开关时间,流量调节灵敏度更高;阀杆和硬质合金衬套增加销轴和销钉连接,增强阀杆和硬质合金衬套的结合力,提高了对大流量流体冲击的承受力,能保护衬套与阀杆不会掉落,有效防止硬质合金衬套因承受拉力而断裂;阀座芯和阀座套间隙配合处加设圆柱销,防止阀座芯和阀座套在大流量的高压流体冲击下松动而产生相对运动,导致节流孔位置偏移。

Description

一种柱塞式节流阀
技术领域
本发明是用于石油开采设备上的一种柱塞式节流阀。
背景技术
柱塞式节流阀,安装在采油树生产翼或管汇系统中,用来控制油气井的生产流量和压力。见图1、图2所示常规的柱塞式节流阀,设有阀杆1'、硬质合金衬套2'、阀座套3'、阀座芯4'、O形圈5'、挡圈6'和阀体7'等构件;其中阀体7'设有进口30'和出口40',阀体7'内腔中阀座套3'和阀座芯4'采用过盈配合方式连为一体,阀杆1'和硬质合金衬套2'采用过盈配合方式连为一体,阀座套3'与阀体7'之间设有O形圈5'和挡圈6';由手轮20'驱动阀杆1'和硬质合金衬套2'在阀座芯4'的腔体内上下移动,实现开关和调节流量和压力。但是,在大流量(Max.Cv=420)的工况条件下,阀体内部会受到高速流体极大的冲击,从而导致节流阀开启力矩较大,流量调节不灵敏,噪音大等问题。更为重要的是,阀杆1'和硬质合金衬套2'在长期受高速流体作用下容易产生分离和脱落,严重时,甚至会造成阀杆断裂,刺穿阀座,脱落的硬质合金碎片还会堵塞并破坏下游设备。
发明内容
为了克服常规柱塞式节流阀在大流量工况条件下出现的缺陷,本发明提出一种柱塞式节流阀,能克服上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种柱塞式节流阀,包括阀杆、硬质合金衬套、阀座套、阀座芯、第一O形圈、第二O形圈和阀体;其中阀体设有进口和出口,阀体内腔中阀座套和阀座芯采用间隙配合方式连为一体,阀杆和硬质合金衬套采用过盈配合方式连为一体,第一O形圈设于阀体与阀座套之间,第二O形圈设于阀座套与阀座芯之间;由手轮驱动阀杆和硬质合金衬套在阀座芯的腔体内上下移动,实现开关和调节流量和压力,其特征在于阀杆和硬质合金衬套设有贯通上下的流道孔,流道孔分为两段,一段设在阀杆,另一段设在硬质合金衬套,两段流道孔对接。
进一步,阀杆和硬质合金衬套增加销轴和销钉连接,其中销轴沿阀杆轴心线穿越硬质合金衬套后与阀杆连接,销钉依阀杆径向穿插于阀杆1和销轴中。
进一步,阀座芯和阀座套间隙配合处加设圆柱销。
本发明针对常规柱塞式节流阀在大流量工况条件下出现的问题,从上述三个方向进行针对性改进:在阀杆和硬质合金衬套内设计上下贯通的流道孔,在节流阀开启或关闭过程中,该流道孔可以平衡阀杆上下腔的压力,因此获得减小开关扭矩、缩短开关时间,流量调节灵敏度更高的效果;阀杆和硬质合金衬套除了有过盈配合的连接外,增加销轴和销钉连接,增强阀杆和硬质合金衬套的结合力,提高了对大流量流体冲击的承受力,能保护衬套与阀杆不会掉落,有效防止硬质合金衬套因承受拉力而断裂;阀座芯和阀座套采用间隙配合,方便安装,再增加圆柱销定位,防止阀座芯和阀座套在大流量的高压流体冲击下松动而产生相对运动,导致节流孔位置偏移。

具体实施方式
见图3和图4所示,一种柱塞式节流阀,图3的图面左侧表示节流阀处于关闭状态,图3的图面右侧表示节流阀处于打开状态,包括阀杆1、硬质合金衬套2、阀座套3、阀座芯4、第一O形圈5、第二O形圈6和阀体7;其中阀体7设有进口30和出口40,阀体7内腔中阀座套3和阀座芯4采用间隙配合方式连为一体,阀杆1和硬质合金衬套2采用过盈配合方式连为一体,第一O形圈5位于阀体7与阀座套3之间,第二O形圈6位于阀座套3与阀座芯4之间;由手轮20驱动阀杆1和硬质合金衬套2在阀座芯4的腔体内上下移动,实现开关和调节流量及压力,以上和常规柱塞式节流阀的构件和功能基本相同。本实施例增加的特征是阀杆1和硬质合金衬套2设有贯通上下的流道孔,该流道孔分为两段,一段设在阀杆1,称为阀杆流道孔9;另一段设在硬质合金衬套2,称为硬质合金衬套流道孔14,两段流道孔9、14对接。当本节流阀处于打开状态下,如图3的右侧图面所示,来自于入口30的油气流体从阀座套3的节流孔进入阀座芯4,然后从出口40离开阀座芯4,同时油气流体会分出一股支流经过硬质合金衬套流道孔14、阀杆流道孔9到达阀杆1和硬质合金衬套2的上部,由此,油气流体给予阀杆1下部的压力被平衡,流量调节灵敏度更高,阀杆1的行程和阀体出口40处的流量呈现较为理想的线性关系,如图5所示。
阀杆1和硬质合金衬套2之间除了过盈配合连接外,再增加销轴16和销钉15连接,其中销轴16沿阀杆1轴心线穿越硬质合金衬套2后与阀杆1连接(一般情况用螺纹螺孔连接方式),销轴16与硬质合金衬套2之间配有非金属垫片18、金属垫片19。安装时,阀杆1与销轴16的连接端先钻一孔,将销轴16旋入压紧垫片后,与阀杆1配作沿径向钻通,再将两个销钉15沿阀杆1径向装配于阀杆1和销轴16的通孔中。因此,即使阀杆1和硬质合金衬套2受到大流量高压油气流体冲击有所松动,硬质合金衬套2也不会从阀杆1上脱落。
在阀座套3和阀座芯4间隙配合处加设弹性圆柱销17定位,即使受大流量高压油气流体冲击,阀座套3和阀座芯4之间也不会产生相对运动导致节流孔位置偏移。
附图中标注的阀盖8、孔用格来圈10、阀盖垫环11、PTFE垫片12、耐磨环13都是本实施例所需要的密封件,沿用了现有节流阀中相应的构件和功能,与本发明的所要解决的问题无紧密关联,恕不赘述。

1.一种柱塞式节流阀,包括阀杆、硬质合金衬套、阀座套、阀座芯、第一O形圈、第二O形圈和阀体;其中阀体设有进口和出口,阀体内腔中阀座套和阀座芯采用间隙配合方式连为一体,阀杆和硬质合金衬套采用过盈配合方式连为一体,第一O形圈设于阀座套与阀体之间,第二O形圈设于阀座套与阀座芯之间;由手轮驱动阀杆和硬质合金衬套在阀座芯的腔体内上下移动,实现开关和调节流量及压力,其特征在于阀杆和硬质合金衬套设有贯通上下的流道孔,该流道孔分为两段,一段设在阀杆,另一段设在硬质合金衬套,两段流道孔对接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞式节流阀,其特征在于阀杆和硬质合金衬套之间增加销轴和销钉的连接,其中销轴沿阀杆轴心线穿越硬质合金衬套后与阀杆连接,销钉依阀杆径向穿插于阀杆和销轴中。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的柱塞式节流阀,其特征在于阀座芯和阀座套间隙配合处加设圆柱销。
