Abstract

本发明设计的齿轮与齿条,包括一个以圆的渐开线为齿廓线的直齿圆柱齿轮1和一个具有圆柱啮合面的齿条2,齿条2为一凹槽形构件,构件上安装有众多的向心轴承组3,轴承组的内轴的圆柱面将作为齿条的啮合面,众多的轴承组的内轴的圆柱面的一侧与齿条垂线的切点将作为齿条上与齿轮啮合的固定的活的啮合点,各啮合点连线为一直线,平行于齿条,并且是齿轮基圆的切线,这一连线将作为距离或能量(力)传递路线。按齿轮的一个单齿面在齿条方向传递的距离设置齿条齿距。

技术领域
本发明是对齿轮与齿条的转动的设计制造提出一种新的技术方案。其产品用于各种机械。 
背景技术
一、目前制造和使用的齿轮和齿条转动机械中的齿轮都为标准的直齿圆柱齿轮,标准压力角为20°,齿条为直线齿,为了迎合齿轮的压力角,直线齿的倾斜角也设计成20°。 
二、一对相互以渐形线面啮合转动的齿轮,其间能量(力)是沿基圆内公切线(切法线)方向作不间断且同等的线速度传递,直线可以看作一个半径无穷大的圆,直线的渐开线是垂直于该直线的射线,直线与圆的公切线就等于是该直线与圆相切。 
三、目前使用的齿轮与齿条的转动装置,啮合点的连线不是在两者的内公切线上,所以随着啮合点的移动,齿轮传送力的方向也在不断变化,并且不是沿齿条方向,至于线速度也不是同等的。 
四、所以说齿条直线齿的倾斜角设计成20°是错误的,应该设计成垂直的齿廓,这样齿轮的渐开线齿面与齿条的垂直齿面啮合传递能量(力),方向是沿齿条方向,且线速度同等。但是啮合点在垂直线齿面上只存在一个点。齿轮的渐开线的齿面是在齿条的垂直齿面上的一点上滑动。 
五、纵观齿轮转动的设计,最优先考虑的是能量(力)传递的同等速度及力传递方向的致性,其次是考虑解决滑动及摩擦问题。 
六、齿轮与齿条的转动中存在一种不含滚动的纯滑动摩擦问题,这种问题在其本身的结构性质上是一个无法解决的问题。 
发明内容
一、为了保证齿轮与齿条传动中方向的致性、传动中同等线速度,以及啮合点的纯滑动的问题,本发明提出了一套彻底解决方案,在不改变齿轮设计的情况下,将齿条的啮合面设计成垂直于齿条的垂直面,将齿条中垂直齿面上固定的死的啮合点改变成一个固定的活的啮合点。 
二、本发明设计的齿轮与齿条,如图1,包括一个以圆的渐开线为齿廓线的直齿圆柱齿轮1和一个具有圆柱啮合面的齿条2,齿条2为一凹槽形构件,构件上安装有众多的向心轴承组3,轴承组的内轴的圆柱面将作为齿条的啮合面,众多的轴承组的内轴的圆柱面的一侧与齿条垂线的切点将作为齿条上与齿轮啮合的固定的活的啮合点,各啮合点连线为一直线,平行于齿条,并且是齿轮基圆的切线,这一连线将作为距离或能量(力)传递路线。按齿轮的一个单齿面在齿条方向传递的距离设置齿条齿距。这样就形成了一科学的齿轮与齿条的纯滚动传递装置。 
三、本发明中设计的齿轮齿齿根圆小于渐开线基圆,基圆渐开线的起始点为每一单齿与齿条最初的啮合点,齿条设计成以轴承组连轴面为啮合面的槽型梯状齿条,齿轮在齿条的齿槽中带动连轴梯档运转。 
四、本发明中的齿轮与齿条不具备可分性,啮合点连线与基圆相切。 
五、本发明在外观上似乎是将简单的问题复杂化,但具有绝对的科学性,适用于传动要求精准、机械效率要求高的机械使用。 
六、按本发明的设计方案设计的齿轮与齿条传动装置容易生产,使用方便运转协调非常实用。

1.本发明的齿轮与齿条是一种在以直齿圆柱齿轮与斜齿齿条啮合传动装置基础上发明的齿轮与齿条传动装置,其特征是:利用轴承组内轴将齿条的啮合面设计成可旋转的圆柱面,每齿只有一个位置作为啮合点,齿条各齿的啮合点在一条平行于齿条的直线上,并且是齿轮基圆的切线。
