Abstract

本发明是一种带螺纹油槽的自润滑工作台,包括导轨,所述导轨上滑动地设置有圆柱滚子,在所述圆柱滚子上设置有螺纹油槽,所述圆柱滚子安装在滚子毂内,所述滚子毂通过连接筋连接上方的工作台,所述工作台底端为一L型板,所述L型板与所述工作台、滚子毂形成油腔,并且在所述L型板上设置有油路,所述油路连通所述油腔,在所述油路入口处安装有密封盖。采用本发明技术方案,通过带螺纹油槽的圆柱滚子取代传统的滑块结构,不仅润滑效果大大改善,而且也变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,大大减小了摩擦阻力,工作台可以实现高速运动。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑领域,具体涉及一种带螺纹油槽的自润滑工作台。 
背景技术
一般的导轨工作台都由滑轨、滑块和滑台组成,有的直接使滑轨、滑块之间形成滑动摩擦,这种方式虽然结构简单,但摩擦损耗大,且润滑不方便;还有的是用滑块内置滚珠或圆柱滚子的方式,其为滚动摩擦,润滑比较方便,但制造难度大,成本高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题,提供一种带螺纹油槽的自润滑工作台。 
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现: 
一种带螺纹油槽的自润滑工作台,包括导轨,所述导轨上滑动地设置有圆柱滚子,在所述圆柱滚子上设置有螺纹油槽,所述圆柱滚子安装在滚子毂内,所述滚子毂通过连接筋连接上方的工作台,所述工作台底端为一L型板,所述L型板与所述工作台、滚子毂形成油腔,并且在所述L型板上设置有油路,所述油路连通所述油腔,在所述油路入口处安装有密封盖。
优选的,所述滚子毂上端与所述工作台内侧面形成缓冲油腔,在所述滚子毂上端设置有多个浸润孔。 
本发明的有益效果是: 
采用本发明技术方案,通过带螺纹油槽的圆柱滚子取代传统的滑块结构,不仅润滑效果大大改善,而且也变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,大大减小了摩擦阻力,工作台可以实现高速运动。

下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。 
参照图1所示,一种带螺纹油槽的自润滑工作台,包括导轨1,所述导轨1上滑动地设置有圆柱滚子2,在所述圆柱滚子2上设置有螺纹油槽21,所述圆柱滚子2安装在滚子毂22内,所述滚子毂22通过连接筋3连接上方的工作台4,所述工作台4底端为一L型板41,所述L型板41与所述工作台4、滚子毂22形成油腔5,并且在所述L型板41上设置有油路6,所述油路6连通所述油腔5,在所述油路6入口处安装有密封盖7。 
优选的,所述滚子毂22上端与所述工作台4内侧面形成缓冲油腔8,在所述滚子毂22上端设置有多个浸润孔9。 
本发明的原理: 
带螺纹油槽21的圆柱滚子2取代传统的滑块结构,通过油路6、油腔5、缓冲油腔8、浸润孔9和螺纹油槽21对圆柱滚子2进行润滑,润滑效果大大改善,而且也变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,大大减小了摩擦阻力,工作台4可以实现高速运动。

1.一种带螺纹油槽的自润滑工作台,包括导轨(1),其特征在于,所述导轨(1)上滑动地设置有圆柱滚子(2),在所述圆柱滚子(2)上设置有螺纹油槽(21),所述圆柱滚子(2)安装在滚子毂(22)内,所述滚子毂(22)通过连接筋(3)连接上方的工作台(4),所述工作台(4)底端为一L型板(41),所述L型板(41)与所述工作台(4)、滚子毂(22)形成油腔(5),并且在所述L型板(41)上设置有油路(6),所述油路(6)连通所述油腔(5),在所述油路(6)入口处安装有密封盖(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带螺纹油槽的自润滑工作台,其特征在于,所述滚子毂(22)上端与所述工作台(4)内侧面形成缓冲油腔(8),在所述滚子毂(22)上端设置有多个浸润孔(9)。
