本发明涉及一种同向高扭矩齿轮箱,具有壳体,壳体设有输一种同向高扭矩齿轮箱,包括壳体,所述壳体为上下箱分体结构,所述壳体设有输入轴、过渡轴,两者通过齿轮进行啮合连接,所述过渡轴上均设置有第一变位斜齿轮和第二变位斜齿轮,本发明各齿轮均采用变位斜齿轮,保证了齿轮在高承载能力的前提下,啮合顺畅、噪音降低、承载能力高,本发明的壳体为上下箱分体结构,具有良好的抗震性能和承载性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动机构,特别涉及一种同向高扭矩齿轮箱。
背景技术
国内的平行挤出机齿轮箱普遍存在着扭矩低,可靠性差,噪音大,容易渗漏油等缺陷,同时由于挤出机所配螺杆的中心距限定而且尺寸很小,所以齿轮箱必须在两个输出轴中心距限定的情况提高齿轮箱的承载能力。而其中一个输出轴的齿轮受中心距限定不能太大,是承载力最薄弱的环节,无法满足平行双螺杆挤出机高扭矩高转速和高可靠性的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种啮合顺畅、噪音低、振动小、扭矩高的同向高扭矩齿轮箱。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种同向高扭矩齿轮箱,具有壳体,壳体设有输一种同向高扭矩齿轮箱,包括壳体,所述壳体为上下箱分体结构,所述壳体设有输入轴、过渡轴,两者通过齿轮进行啮合连接,所述过渡轴上均设置有第一变位斜齿轮和第二变位斜齿轮。
本发明具有以下特点:(1)本发明各齿轮均采用变位斜齿轮,保证了齿轮在高承载能力的前提下,啮合顺畅、噪音降低、承载能力高;
(2)本发明的壳体为上下箱分体式铸造而成,具有良好的抗震性能和承载性能。

具体实施方式
见图1所示,本发明包括壳体11,所述壳体11为上下箱分体结构,所述壳体11设有输入轴12、过渡轴13,两者通过齿轮进行啮合连接,所述过渡轴13上均设置有第一变位斜齿轮4和第二变位斜齿轮5,各齿轮材料均为采用优质合金钢20CrNi2MoA,热处理采用二次回火渗碳淬火工艺,具有更高的抗冲击能力和韧性;同时采用先进的磨齿工艺,所有齿轮均采用德国成型模,齿轮精度达到DIN 3960-67  6级精度;并考虑弯曲变形和扭转变形对齿轮啮合的影响,采用先进的修形技术,保证了齿轮在高承载能力的前提下,啮合顺畅,噪音降低,同时齿轮参数优化,加大模数和齿宽提高了齿轮的承载能力。
