Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻氧型抗菌塑料,所述的抗菌塑料是由塑料本体、阻燃剂、润滑剂、粘合剂和抗菌剂组合而成,各组分的质量百分比如下:塑料本体70~85%,阻燃剂5~10%,润滑剂1~5%,粘合剂5~10%,铜沸石络合物抗菌剂2~5%。本发明可强效抗菌和抑菌,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率可达70%以上,而且抗菌时间长久。本发明具有良好的阻氧性能,使用本发明制备的PP-R管和PVC管在40℃的温度下的透氧率不超过0.1g/(m3·d)。

一种阻氧型抗菌塑料
技术领域
本发明属于化工材料领域,涉及一种阻氧型抗菌塑料。
背景技术
抗菌塑料是指在塑料中添加一种或者几种特定的抗菌剂,使塑料具有内在抗菌性,是一类具有抑菌和杀菌性能的新型材料,从而在一定的时间内可将沾污在塑料及其制品表面的细菌杀死或抑制其繁殖。与常规的化学和物理消毒方法相比,使用抗菌塑料杀菌具有高效与长效性、既经济又方便。
目前,用于塑料的抗菌剂主要是:有机、无机、天然三大系列。由于无机抗菌剂抗菌时效长,并且耐高温,能够适应塑料加工,被广泛应用于抗菌塑料中。银沸石是目前最常用的塑料用无机抗菌剂,银沸石络合物有很强的抗菌性能,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果较好。银沸石络合物在制品中分布均匀,析出速率平缓,抗菌性能好,持续时间长。但银沸石容易在使用过程中起反应而产生颜色的改变,这严重限制了银沸石在某些场合的应用。
另外,这种银沸石络合物无机塑料抗菌剂存在刚性和阻燃性能差等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种颜色稳定和阻燃性能好的阻氧型抗菌塑料。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明一种阻氧型抗菌塑料,所述的抗菌塑料是由塑料本体、阻燃剂、润滑剂、粘合剂和抗菌剂组合而成,各组分的质量百分比如下:

上述的阻燃剂为聚酰胺及其共聚物或聚乙烯醇及其共聚物。
上述的润滑剂为硬脂酰胺。
上述的粘合剂为环氧树脂胶粘剂。
为进一步提高抗菌性能和耐热稳定性,各组分的质量百分比如下:

与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
本发明可强效抗菌和抑菌,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率可达70%以上,而且抗菌时间长久。本发明具有良好的阻氧性能,使用本发明制备的PP-R和PVC管在40℃的温度下的透氧率不超过0.1g/(m3·d),阻止了氧气等气体对管壁的渗透。

实施例1
一种阻氧型抗菌塑料,所述的抗菌塑料是由塑料本体、阻燃剂、润滑剂、粘合剂和抗菌剂组合而成,各组分的质量百分比如下:

制备时,按照本领域常规方法将各组分进行共混即可,取本实施例的制得的抗菌塑料,按本领域常规方法在塑料挤出机中挤出PP-R管,再参照GB15981-1995,Q/02GZS001检测方法与标准进行检测,结果显示,以菌落数计算,本发明的抗菌型PP-R管对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为72%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为71%。
再按QB1929-93A标准测试本PP-R管的物理机械性能,热膨胀系数和导热系数符合标准,纵向回缩率≤3%,在90℃、环应力3Mpa以及30℃、环应力15Mpa的压力下无渗漏。气体渗透率经检测为:对氧气为0.035mol/m·s·kpa,对水蒸气为0.11mol/m·s·kpa,对CO2为0.501mol/m·s·kpa。
实施例2
一种阻氧型抗菌塑料,所述的抗菌塑料是由塑料本体、阻燃剂、润滑剂、粘合剂和抗菌剂组合而成,各组分的质量百分比如下:
