一种阀门胶套用丁腈橡胶,由生胶、硫化剂、补强剂、增塑剂、防老剂、促进剂、聚四氟乙烯粉末和聚乙烯蜡组成,其中聚四氟乙烯粉末和聚乙烯蜡的质量用量相对于生胶分别为:生胶100份;聚四氟乙烯粉末5~10份;聚乙烯蜡10~20份;由本发明丁腈橡胶的胶料制备的橡胶阀门胶套,用于聚氨酯发泡胶阀门后,可以防止阀门胶套与聚氨酯发泡胶的粘接,减少聚氨酯发泡胶因阀门粘接造成的产品质量问题。

一种阀门胶套用丁腈橡胶
技术领域  
本发明涉及密封材料领域,提供一种丁腈橡胶,可用于制备聚氨酯发泡胶阀门胶套。 
 
背景技术
聚氨酯发泡胶的阀门胶套,一般采用丁腈橡胶材料,对气雾剂阀门起开关阀的密封作用。这种丁腈橡胶是由丁二烯和丙烯腈聚合而成的高分子材料,耐油、耐热性能和物理机械性能优异,是制作密封弹性体的常用材料。在丁腈橡胶的分子机构中,由于极性腈基的存在,使丁腈橡胶与同样是极性材料的聚氨酯之间,非常容易粘接,这在聚氨酯发泡胶中尤其明显。聚氨酯发泡胶是以气雾剂方式灌装的单组分聚氨酯预聚物。气雾剂罐中的聚氨酯预聚物会在以丁腈橡胶为材料的阀门胶套上附着固化,从而在阀门胶套与其它构件间形成粘接,造成阀门无法打开,这是引起聚氨酯发泡胶质量问题的主要因素之一。
 
发明内容
本发明的目地是提供一种丁腈橡胶材料,由此制备的胶套用于聚氨酯发泡胶阀门,能够有效防止聚氨酯发泡胶的阀门粘接,减少因此而产生的产品质量问题。
本发明的丁腈橡胶,是由生胶、硫化剂、补强剂、增塑剂、防老剂和助剂组成,其特征是在助剂中包含聚四氟乙烯粉末和聚乙烯蜡,其用量的质量分数相对于生胶为:生胶100份;聚四氟乙烯粉末5~10份;聚乙烯蜡10~20份;聚四氟乙烯粉末,其粒度为500~5000目。  
 所述的硫化剂是硫磺或过氧化物;补强剂是炭黑;增塑剂是邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂;防老剂是防老剂DQ;以及促进剂等,其用量的质量分数相对于生胶分别为:生胶100份;硫化剂1~10份;补强剂10~50份;增塑剂5~10份;防老剂RD 1~2份;其它促进剂等1~2份。  
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种丁腈橡胶材料,组成为生胶100份;硫磺1.0份;炭黑30份;DOP 8份;防老剂RD 1份;聚四氟乙烯粉末5份;聚乙烯蜡15份;聚四氟乙烯粉末,其粒度为500目。
 
实施例2
一种丁腈橡胶材料,组成为生胶100份;过氧化物3.0份;炭黑30份;DOP 5份;防老剂RD 1份;聚四氟乙烯粉末10份;聚乙烯蜡20份;聚四氟乙烯粉末,其粒度为1000目。
 
由上述实施例1和实施例2的丁腈橡胶,制备的聚氨酯发泡胶阀门胶套,在聚氨酯发泡胶中的使用效果见表1(加速老化试验)。

1.一种阀门胶套用丁腈橡胶,由生胶、硫化剂、补强剂、增塑剂、防老剂和助剂组成,其特征在于:所述助剂中包含聚四氟乙烯粉末和聚乙烯蜡,其用量的质量分数相对于生胶为:生胶100份;聚四氟乙烯粉末5~10份;聚乙烯蜡10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈橡胶,其特征在于:所述的聚四氟乙烯粉末,其粒度为500~5000目。
