本发明是一种矿用自卸车尾气底板加热装置的连接件，连接件包括上部连接件和下部连接件，下部连接件与自卸车尾气排气口连接，上部连接件包括与自卸车箱体相连接的连接管，在连接管的下端焊接有垫板，在垫板的下端设置有上锥面，下部连接件包括下锥面，上锥面与下锥面结合构成锥密封。本发明利用排气口和连接件结合面进行锥密封，可以对排气口和连接件进行有效密封。可以有效防止由于排气口与连接件密封不严尾气泄露的情况。本发明结构简单，制作方便，锥密封机构小巧，拆装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿用自卸车尾气底板加热装置，具体的说是一种矿用自卸车尾气底板加热装置的连接件。
背景技术
目前市场上使用的底板加热装置，密封不严密，导致使用底板加热装置时有尾气泄露。无法均匀的加热底板，使得大箱内部角落在低温情况下仍然有结冰现象。
发明内容
    为了上述问题，本发明提供了一种锥密封的连接件，锥密封具有机构小巧、拆装方便、通用性好且密封可靠等特点。
    本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本发明是一种矿用自卸车尾气底板加热装置的连接件，连接件包括上部连接件和下部连接件，下部连接件与自卸车尾气排气口连接，上部连接件包括与自卸车箱体相连接的连接管，在连接管的下端焊接有垫板，在垫板的下端设置有上锥面，下部连接件包括下锥面。
本发明的进一步改进在于：上锥面与下锥面结合构成锥密封。
本发明的有益效果是：利用排气口和连接件结合面进行锥密封，可以对排气口和连接件进行有效密封。可以有效防止由于排气口与连接件密封不严尾气泄露的情况。
本发明结构简单，制作方便，锥密封机构小巧，拆装方便。

如图 1-3所示，本发明是一种矿用自卸车尾气底板加热装置的连接件，所述连接件包括上部连接件和下部连接件，所述下部连接件与自卸车尾气排气口连接，所述上部连接件包括与所述自卸车箱体相连接的连接管1，在所述连接管1的下端焊接有垫板2，在所述垫板2的下端设置有上锥面3，所述下部连接件包括下锥面4，所述上锥面3与所述下锥面4结合构成锥密封。本发明利用排气口和连接件结合面进行锥密封，可以对排气口和连接件进行有效密封。可以有效防止由于排气口与连接件密封不严尾气泄露的情况。
本发明结构简单，制作方便，锥密封机构小巧，拆装方便。

1.一种矿用自卸车尾气底板加热装置的连接件，所述连接件包括上部连接件和下部连接件，所述下部连接件与自卸车尾气排气口连接，所述上部连接件包括与所述自卸车箱体相连接的连接管（1），其特征在于：在所述连接管（1）的下端焊接有垫板（2），在所述垫板（2）的下端设置有上锥面（3），所述下部连接件包括下锥面（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种矿用自卸车尾气底板加热装置的连接件，其特征在于：所述上锥面（3）与所述下锥面（4）结合构成锥密封。
