本发明公开了一种沼气池料口浇筑模具,该浇筑模具包括料口内模和料口外模,所述料口内模设置于料口外模内。所述料口外模包括进料口外模和出料口外模;所述料口内模包括进料口内模和出料口内模;该进料口内模设置于进料口外模内,该出料口内模设置于出料口外模内。它不仅能减少施工所需耗材种类,缩短施工周期,而且能有效根除进料口和出料口与沼气池顶盖间的渗漏。

一种沼气池料口浇筑模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种沼气池料口浇筑模具,尤其是指在沼气池建造中用来对其进料口和出料口进行浇筑的模具。
背景技术
近年来,发展农村沼气已取得显著的能源、经济、生态和社会效益,成为建设社会主义新农村的重要组成部分。而生产沼气的沼气池以其节能、增收、减排效果明显等优点,已在能源产出、经济效益和生态效益方面发挥出了巨大作用。现行的对沼气池的建造方法主要是运用混凝土通过模具对沼气池体进行浇筑,在施工过程中为保证沼气池体的建造质量,设置于沼气池体顶盖上的进料口和出料口则需在待混凝土完全收浆后,由人工先进行砖砌,砌好后再进行粉刷。这种运用砖砌沼气池进料口和出料口的方式,虽能实现对沼气池的整体构建,但在实际建造过程中因要运用砖头,则增加了材料种类,产生了采购和运输的麻烦;而对进料口和出料口的施工又要等到浇筑沼气池体的混凝土完全收浆后才能进行,这样不但使整个沼气池的施工周期变得过长,而且在所砌好的进料口和出料口底层砖与沼气池顶盖间因不能融合常常会产生渗漏。显然,用砖砌进料口和出料的方法存在耗材种类多,施工周期长,且不能完全断漏的缺陷。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种沼气池料口浇筑模具,它不仅能减少施工所需耗材种类,缩短施工周期,而且能有效根除进料口和出料口与沼气池顶盖间的渗漏。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的沼气池料口浇筑模具,该浇筑模具包括料口内模和料口外模,所述料口内模设置于料口外模内。
所述料口外模包括进料口外模和出料口外模;所述料口内模包括进料口内模和出料口内模;该进料口内模设置于进料口外模内,该出料口内模设置于出料口外模内。
采用上述结构后,由于设置有包括进料口内模和进料口外模的料口外模,则一方面可实现在施工时利用该内、外模具直接运用混凝土对进料口实施浇筑,免去了原先对砖块的运用,减少了建材种类,相应地就避免了原先对砖块的采购和运输的麻烦,具有应用耗材种类少的优点;另一方面,运用模具对进料口实施浇筑的时机可选择在沼气池体稍微收浆后,而无需等到其完全收浆,这样就大幅缩短了施工周期,具有施工周期短的优点;又一方面,也因运用模具对进料口实施浇筑,进料口底部的混凝土便能与沼气池顶盖相融合成一体,这样也就从根本上杜绝了原先用砖砌时可能存在的渗漏现象,具有能完全断漏的优点。又由于设置有出料口内模和出料口外模,则可实现在施工时利用该内、外模具直接运用混凝土对出料口实施浇筑,该设置方式同样具有应用耗材种类少,施工周期短,能完全断漏的优点。
本发明的一种优选实施方式是,所述进料口外模为管状,该进料口外模底面与沼气池体顶面相贴合,所述进料口内模为一倒置的空心锥状体,该进料口内模底面与沼气池体顶面相贴合。将进料口外模设置为管状,具有构造简单、易于实施的优点;将进料口内模设置为一倒置的空心锥状体,则扩大了进料口进料范围,具有进料范围宽、易于进料的优点;将内外模底面均设置成与沼气池体顶面相贴合,则可避免浇筑时混凝土从接合面处泄出,从而有效地节省了混凝土的用量,具有能节省材料,不会产生材料浪费的优点。
本发明的又一种优选实施方式是,所述出料口外模和出料口内模均为管状,该出料口外模和出料口内模底面均与沼气池体顶面相贴合。将出料口外模和出料口内模均设置为管状,同样具有结构简单,易于实施的优点;而将出料口外模和出料口内模底面均与沼气池体顶面相贴合亦同样具有能节省材料,不会产生材料浪费的优点。

图中,1-进料口内模,2-进料口外模,3-内、外模底面,4-出料口外模,4.1-外模前片,4.2-外模后片,5-出料口内模,6-沼气池体。
具体实施方式
在图1、图2及图3所示的沼气池料口浇筑模具中,在沼气池体7顶盖上分别设置着一套包含进料口内模1和进料口外模2的进料口模体及一套包含出料口内模5和出料口外模4的出料口模体。该进料口内模1、进料口外模2、出料口内模5和出料口外模4其材料均为钢板,将模具材料运用钢板,具有强度大、经久耐用的优点。在施工时运用该进料口模体和出料口模体可实现直接用混凝土对进料口和出料口实施浇筑,免去了原先建造进料口和出料口时对砖块的运用,减少了建材种类,相应地就避免了对砖块的采购和运输的麻烦,达到了应用耗材种类少的目的;在施工过程中对进料口和出料口所选择的浇筑时机可安排在沼气池体7稍微收浆后,而无需等到其完全收浆,这样就达到了缩短施工周期的目的;在施工过程进料口底部和出料口底部的混凝土能与沼气池顶盖相融合成一体,这样也就从根本上杜绝了原先用砖砌时可能存在的渗漏现象,能达到完全断漏的目的。在该实施例中,所述进料口外模2为方管状,所述进料口内模1为一倒置的空心方形锥台体。将进料口外模2设置为方管状,实现了构造简单、易于实施的应用效果;将进料口内模1设置为一倒置的空心方形锥台体,则扩大了进料口进料范围,获得了进料范围宽、易于进料的优越性能。出料口外模4和出料口内模5均为圆管状,所述出料口外模4为组合结构,其至少包含一片外模前片4.1和一片外模后片4.2,所述出料口内模5为组合结构,其至少包含三片模片,在本实施例中,所述外模前片4.1和外模后片4.2均为一片,所述出料口内模5模片为五片。将出料口内模5和出料口外模4均设置为组合结构,不但方便了对模具的制造,在使用时更方便了对模具的脱卸。图中进料口内、外模底面3与沼气池顶盖相贴合,该设置方式可避免浇筑时混凝土从接合面处泄出,有效地节省了混凝土用量,达到了能节省材料,不会产生材料浪费的目的。
使用时,在所浇筑的沼气池体7稍微收浆后,将进料口内模1安装于沼气池上所预留的进料孔上,并使其底面与沼气池顶盖相贴合,将进料口外模2套于进料口内模1上,并使其底面与沼气池顶盖相贴合,调整好外模与内模间间隙,保证内外模对应边间的距离应相称;在沼气池上所预留出料孔上用夹具将出料口内模5各模片顺次装夹好,且使各模片底面与沼气池顶盖相贴合后,运用夹具将出料口外模4的外模前片4.1和外模后片4.2装夹好,调整好出料口外模位置,使内外模保持同心,其后便可向各模具中加注混凝土,以实现对进料口和出料口进行浇筑。
上述仅仅列出了本发明沼气池料口浇筑模具的一些优选实施方式,但并不限于此。在不违背本发明基本原理情况下,还可作若干变换和改进。例如,对进料口内模所用结构不仅限为空心方形锥台状,亦可为空心圆台状等其它形式的空心锥台状体;对出料口内模的模片片数不仅限为5片,亦可为少于或多于5片;对进料口内模和进料口外模的设置不仅限为整体结构,亦可运用组合结构,如此等等。只要是在本发明基础上所作的任何结构相近,功能相似的更改均视为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种沼气池料口浇筑模具,其特征在于:该浇筑模具包括料口内模和料口外模,所述料口内模设置于料口外模内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气池料口浇筑模具,其特征在于:所述料口外模包括进料口外模(2)和出料口外模(4);所述料口内模包括进料口内模(1)和出料口内模(5);该进料口内模(1)设置于进料口外模(2)内,该出料口内模(5)设置于出料口外模(4)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沼气池料口浇筑模具,其特征在于:所述进料口外模(2)为管状,该进料口外模(2)底面与沼气池体(6)顶面相贴合,所述进料口内模(1)为一倒置的空心锥状体,该进料口内模(1)底面与沼气池体(6)顶面相贴合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的沼气池料口浇筑模具,其特征在于:所述进料口外模(2)为方管状,所述进料口内模(1)为一倒置的空心方形锥台体。根据权利要求2所述的沼气池料口浇筑模具,其特征在于:所述出料口外模(4)和出料口内模(5)均为管状,该出料口外模(4)底面和出料口内模(5)底面均与沼气池体(6)顶面相贴合。
5.根据权利要求5所述的沼气池料口浇筑模具,其特征在于:所述出料口外模(4)为组合结构,其至少包含一片外模前片(4.1)和一片外模后片(4.2),所述出料口内模(5)为组合结构,其至少包含三片模片。
6.根据权利要求6所述的沼气池料口浇筑模具,其特征在于:所述外模前片(4.1)和外模后片(4.2)均为一片,所述出料口内模(5)模片为五片。
