本发明涉及一种手动铁路货车螺栓紧固扭力矩数显智能扳手,包括电子式扭矩仪1、扭力矩扳手2、声光报警器3、施力手柄4、套筒5组成,其特征于所述的电子式扭矩仪1安装在所述的扳手5上,所述的声光报警器3与所述的电子式扭矩仪1连接。所述的扭力矩扳手2本体上具有螺纹孔。所述的施力手柄4上有防滑纹。本发明的有益效果是:代替传统的机械指针式扭力测量装置,测量更加准确,读数更加容易,能改变现有扭力扳手普遍使用效率低下、读错率较高的现象。

本发明涉及一种手动铁路货车螺栓紧固扭力矩数显智能扳手,主要用于铁路货车轮对轴承端盖螺栓紧固组装后要求其扭力矩读值,属于铁路货车检修专用装置技术领域。
背景技术  
目前国内铁路货车轮对轴承端盖螺栓紧固组装后要求其扭力矩必须达到217KN,使用的扭力矩扳手为传统的机械式扳手,扭矩达到设定值后,即发出声响。这种扳手一旦内部产生机械故障则扭力矩数值计算和错误,操作者凭借响声判断螺栓紧固程度则必定失误。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种克服以上技术的不足,提供一种手动铁路货车螺栓紧固扭力矩数显智能扳手使得螺栓紧固时的扭矩显示保持正确读值,操作时可以直观地得到扭矩数值。为实现上述发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:本发明涉及一种手动铁路货车螺栓紧固扭力矩数显智能扳手,包括电子式扭矩仪1、扭力矩扳手2、声光报警器3、施力手柄4、套筒5组成,其特征于所述的电子式扭矩仪1安装在所述的扭力矩扳手2上,所述的声光报警器3与所述的电子式扭矩仪1连接。所述的扭力矩扳手2本体上具有螺纹孔。所述的施力手柄4上有防滑纹。
本发明的有益效果是:
代替传统的机械指针式扭力测量装置,测量更加准确,读数更加容易,能改变现有扭力扳手普遍使用效率低下、读错率较高的现象。

当施力手柄4受到作用力时,电子式扭矩仪1则显示出其扭矩读值,当扭矩值达到217KN时,声光报警器3则发出持续的蜂鸣声。
