Abstract

本发明公开了一种整体式弹性夹头,它包括弹性夹头和输钉软管接口,弹性夹头沿轴向开设有通道和螺钉定位孔,螺钉定位孔开设在通道下端,螺钉定位孔与通道接通;弹性夹头下部沿轴向切割有多个变形切口,变形切口位于螺钉定位孔侧方。另外,输钉软管接口的一端开设在通道的侧壁,输钉软管接口另一端穿出弹性夹头。本发明结构简单,没有零件之间的装配,加工简单,操作方便,适合大批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械装备,具体指的是一种应用在工厂自动化装配的自动打螺钉设备中用于输送螺钉的整体式弹性夹头。
背景技术
目前,工厂自动化装配的自动打螺钉设备上,采用的夹头都是由若干个零件装配成的,并且装配时还要配弹簧等附加零件,零件的加工难度高、装配复杂、经济性不好;而且大多采用两爪式,机器锁螺钉时螺钉的定位精度和稳定性都欠佳。
因此,需对现有技术进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决上述背景技术的不足,提供一种结构装配简单的整体式弹性夹头。
本发明的技术方案为:一种整体式弹性夹头,它包括弹性夹头和输钉软管接口,其特征在于:所述弹性夹头沿轴向开设有通道和螺钉定位孔,所述螺钉定位孔开设在通道下端,螺钉定位孔与通道接通;所述弹性夹头下部沿轴向切割有多个变形切口,所述变形切口位于螺钉定位孔侧方;所述输钉软管接口的一端开设在通道的侧壁,输钉软管接口另一端穿出弹性夹头。
上述方案中:
所述输钉软管接口设有多个。
所述螺钉定位孔为锥形定位孔。
本发明为弹簧钢一体成型,结构简单,操作方便,没有零件之间的装配,加工简单,适合大批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、图2所示的一种整体式弹性夹头,它包括整体式弹性夹头1和输钉软管接口4,弹性夹头1为高弹性材料的弹簧钢一体成型制成的整体式结构,弹性夹头1下部沿轴向切割有四个变形切口6,已使其获得弹性。弹性夹头1沿轴向开设有通道3和螺钉定位孔5,螺钉定位孔5开设在通道3下端,螺钉定位孔5与通道3接通;输钉软管接口4的一端开设在通道3的侧壁,输钉软管接口4另一端穿出弹性夹头1,输钉软管接口4用于连接输钉软管。
可根据生产应用需求,可开设多个输钉软管接口4(本实施例设有2个输钉软管接口4),实现一种弹性夹头可以完成多种规格的螺钉的锁附。
本实施例中的变形切口6位于螺钉定位孔5侧方,螺钉定位孔5为锥形定位孔,锥形定位孔使得从输钉软管接口4进入弹性夹头体1的螺钉保持垂直向下的姿态。
另外,本实施例所设计的整体式弹性夹头,弹性夹头1通过法兰2固定在一个安装座上,以便使用。
如图3所示,将本实施例所设计的整体式弹性夹头安装在安装座上,初始状态时,锁紧螺钉批头7在通道3内,由外力抬起,并位于螺钉定位孔5上方;螺钉8经输钉软管接口4进入通道3内,螺钉8在惯性与重力作用下竖直向下定位于螺钉锥形定位孔5内,此时螺钉头与夹头嘴内侧贴合,然后锁紧螺钉批头7边旋转边向下运动,接触并吸住螺钉8,与螺钉8一起向下运动,撑开弹性夹头1头部的变形切口6,将螺钉8锁紧在工件上。随后锁紧螺钉批头7向上抬起,变形切口6在弹性作用下恢复原来的状态。如此重复。
本发明结构简单,没有零件之间的装配,加工简单,操作方便,适合大批量生产。

1.一种整体式弹性夹头,它包括弹性夹头(1)和输钉软管接口(4),其特征在于:所述弹性夹头(1)沿轴向开设有通道(3)和螺钉定位孔(5),所述螺钉定位孔(5)开设在通道(3)下端,螺钉定位孔(5)与通道(3)接通;所述弹性夹头(1)下部沿轴向切割有多个变形切口(6),所述变形切口(6)位于螺钉定位孔(5)侧方;所述输钉软管接口(4)的一端开设在通道(3)的侧壁,输钉软管接口(4)另一端穿出弹性夹头(1);所述螺钉定位孔(5)为锥形定位孔;所述输钉软管接口(4)设有多个。
