技术领域
本发明公开了一种安全型煤气引风机插板阀，具体地为煤气引风机出口安装的安全型煤气插板阀，属煤气设备管件领域。 
背景技术
目前煤气引风机出口处插板阀样式较多，多数在安装设备时为自制插板阀，以往的插板阀无密封，煤气泄漏较严重，存在人员煤气中毒的安全隐患。 
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术中的不足，旨在提供一种简单便捷的安全型煤气引风机插板阀。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过下述方式实现的：安全型煤气引风机插板阀，包括插板阀上下法兰、 插板内密封条、插板、 法兰孔、 插板阀前密封法兰、前法兰密封条、拉手，其特征在于当插板阀打开时插板内密封条（2）与插板阀前密封法兰（5）紧密贴合，煤气从法兰孔（4）通过，避免煤气从阀芯处漏气；当插板阀关闭时，插板阀前密封法兰（5）与前法兰密封条（6）紧密贴合，必要时插板阀前密封法兰（5）和前法兰密封条（6）法兰可以穿M8螺栓紧固连接，有效防止煤气泄漏，避免人员煤气中毒。

具体实施方式
参照图1、2，插板阀上下法兰（1）在安装时分别与排烟管道法兰盘和引风机出口法兰盘用螺栓连接，安装时法兰之间安装密封垫，保证密封可靠。在使用时通过拉手（7）将插板（3）向外拉开，保证插板拉到尽头，此时，插板内密封条（2）与插板阀前密封法兰（5）紧密贴合，避免从插板口处泄漏煤气；在不使用时，可关闭插板阀，通过拉手（7）将插板（3）向里推动，前法兰密封条与插板阀前密封法兰（5）紧密贴合，用M8x30螺栓紧固，加强密封效果。 
本发明是一种制作简单，投资费用少、安装检修方便、使用安全可靠、开关方便快捷，是值得推广的安全型煤气引风机插板阀。

1.安全型煤气引风机插板阀，包括插板阀上下法兰、插板内密封条、插板、法兰孔、插板阀前密封法兰、前法兰密封条、拉手，其特征在于当插板阀打开时插板内密封条（2）与插板阀前密封法兰（5）紧密贴合，煤气从法兰孔（4）通过，避免煤气从阀芯处漏气；当插板阀关闭时，插板阀前密封法兰（5）与前法兰密封条（6）紧密贴合，必要时插板阀前密封法兰（5）和前法兰密封条（6）法兰可以穿M8螺栓紧固连接，有效防止煤气泄漏，避免人员煤气中毒。
