背景技术
在排风管道上利用风门调节管道风量开启关闭管道，是一项很普遍的技术。目前，比较常见的是手动风门，通过把手手动开启及关闭风门，但是在手动风门内部的叶片，在关闭时没法达到气密性100%。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单，避免漏气现象，安装方便的插板式风门。
一种插板式风门，包括风门、盖子、插板，风门上设置插板，沿插板的长度方向设置盖子。
本实用新型的风门上设置若干个补强挡片，补强挡片垂直与插板长度方向。
本实用新型插板的内壁上设置垫片。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，与现有技术相比具有如下优点：本实用新型在风门上设置与铡刀式叶片相匹配的插板，当关闭风门时，铡刀式叶片卡在风门的插板内，插板上设置盖子，盖子与风门之间采用法兰对锁，结构简单，且提高了密封性。为了防止漏气，本实用新型在插板内壁上布置垫片，且避免了对叶片的损害。由于插板开在风门上，占用空间小，安装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案进行详细说明：
如图1、图2所示，一种插板式风门，包括风门1、盖子3、插板5，风门1上设置插板5，沿插板5的长度方向设置盖子3。
如图1所示，本实用新型的风门1上设置若干个补强挡片4，补强挡片4垂直与插板5长度方向。
如图1所示，本实用新型插板5的内壁上设置垫片6。
本实用新型在风门1上开设外部插板5，将铡刀式叶片2沿着插板5关闭风门，使铡刀式叶片2与风门壁没有间隙，风门在关闭时候，有风压，制作与插板5长度方向垂直的补强挡板4做补强，使铡刀式叶片2不损坏，关闭后将盖子3与风门1用法兰对锁，中间通过垫片密封，提高风门内外的气密性，而且占用空间小，安装方便。

1.一种插板式风门，其特征在于包括风门（1）、盖子（3）、插板（5），风门（1）上设置插板（5），沿插板（5）的长度方向设置盖子（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插板式风门，其特征在于上述风门（1）上设置若干个补强挡片（4），补强挡片（4）垂直与插板（5）长度方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插板式风门，其特征在于上述插板（5）的内壁上设置垫片（6）。
