本发明为一种厨余兼气发酵处理方法及其系统,利用厨余处理步骤、废水处理步骤及废气处理步骤的设计,配合前置处理单元、自动油水分离器、发酵收集单元的配合,来达到自动化大量处理厨余并产生固肥及液肥的效果,其中添加有效微生物菌群来缩短发酵周期并降低异味,同时再配合生物脱臭滤塔来将废气中的异味去除后再排出,因此可有效将在厨余处理过程中对环境的影响降至最低。

背景技术
[0002] 厨余为每人每日均会产生的废弃物,在现今社会中,为了环保及废物再利用的考量,如何将厨余回收再利用形成重要的议题,现有技术中回收厨余再利用的方式为好氧堆肥法、厌氧发酵法及有效微生物菌群(EM,Effective Microorganisms)兼气发酵法。
[0003] 好氧堆肥法处理成本较低,其利用好氧菌搭配翻堆、供氧等方式,使厨余腐熟形成有机固肥,但在处理过程中产生高温及恶臭,对周边环境造成不良影响,且发酵时间较长,发酵完成时间至少须30天至半年,不符合经济效益,又仅能形成有机固肥,故使用上有其限制。
[0004] 厌氧发酵法主要利用厌氧方式产生甲烷,经纯化后可提供作为沼气发电材料,少量的残余污泥可作为有机肥,但处理成本较高,且甲烷仅能供特定通路(如电力公司)使用,又甲烷本身为易燃气体,制造过程中将具有危险性,因此制造及使用上均具有其限制。
[0005] 而EM兼气发酵法是利用有效微生物菌群添加的方式,来产生优势菌群,利用兼气密闭环境促使厨余发酵,来形成有机固肥及有机液肥,且发酵过程中不会产生高热及恶臭,又发酵时间仅需14天左右,因而成为较佳的厨余处理方法。
[0006] 然而,现有技术中用来进行EM兼气发酵法的设备均无法处理大量厨余,如何利用EM兼气发酵法来快速且大量的处理厨余并产生有经济效益的肥料(或饲料),成为所属技术领域的研发重点。
发明内容
[0007] 有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于,设计了利用EM兼气发酵法来处理厨余的方法及系统,以期能快速且大量的处理厨余并产生有机固肥和有机液肥。
[0008] 为达到上述的发明目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为设计一种厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其包含有:
[0009] 厨余处理步骤,其包含有以下步骤
[0010] 汇入厨余:将需处理的厨余送入厨余收集槽中;
[0011] 异物筛检:将厨余收集槽中的厨余输送入异物筛检机中,将其中非属厨余的异物加以排除;
[0012] 粉碎厨余:将筛检后的厨余送入厨余破碎机中,使厨余经过粗碎、细碎、清洗的过程后,粉碎为厨余颗粒;
[0013] 分离脱水:将细碎后的厨余颗粒送入固液分离脱水机中加以脱水;
[0014] 高温杀菌烘干:将脱水后的厨余颗粒送入杀菌烘干机中,对厨余颗粒进行高温杀菌以及烘干;
[0015] 加菌混合搅拌:将烘干后的厨余颗粒送入混合搅拌槽中,加入有效微生物菌群,加以搅拌混合;
[0016] 发酵制成固肥:将混合后的厨余颗粒送入固肥发酵槽中静置使其进行恒温厌氧发酵,静置期间达发酵周期后,则形成固体肥料;
[0017] 废水处理步骤:将前述厨余处理步骤中所产生的所有废水加以收集后,通过管路送入自动油水分离器,自动油水分离器将废水中的油脂及悬浮固体袪除,再将处理后的废水送入液肥发酵槽,液肥发酵槽中加入有效微生物菌群,处理后的废水在密闭式液肥发酵槽中供氧曝气进行兼气发酵,达发酵周期后,则形成液体肥料;
[0018] 废气处理步骤:将前述汇入厨余步骤中所产生的废气导入生物脱臭滤塔,生物脱臭滤塔袪除废气中的异味,再将处理后的废气排出外界。
[0019] 配合前述处理方法,本发明亦设计了一种厨余兼气发酵处理系统,其包含有:
[0020] 一前置处理单元,其包含有依序通过运送单元相连接的厨余收集槽、异物筛检机、厨余破碎机、固液分离脱水机、杀菌烘干机、搅拌混合槽,其中搅拌混合槽中添加有效微生物菌群;
[0021] —自动油水分离器,其通过管路与厨余收集槽、异物筛检机、厨余破碎机、固液分离脱水机分别相连接并收集其所产生的废水;
[0022] —发酵收集单元,其与前置处理单元及自动油水分离器相连接,发酵收集单元包含有多个固肥发酵槽及多个液肥发酵槽,各固肥发酵槽通过运送单元与前置处理单元的搅拌混合槽相连接,各液肥发酵槽通过管路与自动油水分离器相连接,液肥发酵槽中添加有效微生物菌群;

[0024] 本发明的优点在于,利用完整的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,可全自动化且有效的处理大量厨余,并配合固肥及液肥的收集,而可完整的利用厨余的剩余价值,且通过有效微生物菌群的作用,缩短发酵周期并降低整体处理步骤中所产生的异味,再进一步搭配生物脱臭滤塔的设置,而使得所排出的废气不具有异味而对环境的影响降至最低,因此,本发明确具有其产业利用性。

[0045] 各固肥发酵槽31通过运送单元与前置处理单元10的搅拌混合槽16相连接,以收集经前置处理后的厨余颗粒,固肥发酵槽31中为密闭式恒温环境,较佳者维持在38°C至40°C之间,使得厨余颗粒在其中进行厌氧发酵,由于发酵周期为14天,故本发明一较佳的实施例是准备14个固肥发酵槽31,以将前置处理单元10每天所处理完毕的厨余颗粒输送入其中一个固肥发酵槽31,经过14天后即可自14天前放入厨余颗粒的固肥发酵槽31中取出已进行完14天厌氧发酵的固体肥料;并于当天取出后再继续输送入新的厨余颗粒于该固肥发酵槽31中,如此循环操作,即能每天依序自其中一个固肥发酵槽31内取出固体肥料使用,而不必记录固肥发酵槽31的发酵时间是否充足,则每天都可取用已发酵完成的固体肥料;
[0046] 各液肥发酵槽32通过管路与自动油水分离器20相连接,自动油水分离器20将处理后的废水送入液肥发酵槽32中,液肥发酵槽32中同样加入有效微生物菌群,定时供氧曝气以使处理后的废水采用好氧及厌氧兼气发酵法而制成液体肥料,由于发酵周期为30天,故本发明一较佳的实施例是准备30个液肥发酵槽32,以将自动油水分离器20每天所处理后的废水输送入其中一个液肥发酵槽32,经过30天后即可自30天前放入废水的液肥发酵槽32中取出已进行完30天兼气发酵的液体肥料;并于当天取出后再继续输送入新的废水于该液肥发酵槽32中,如此循环操作,即能每天依序自其中一个液肥发酵槽32内取出液体肥料使用,而不必记录液肥发酵槽32的发酵时间是否充足,则每天都可取用已发酵完成的液体肥料,进一步而言,由于每日所产生的废水可能不尽相同,故注入废水的方式亦可采取将一液肥发酵槽32注满后再注入下一液肥发酵槽32,并注满后的液肥发酵槽32定时供氧曝气以使处理后的废水采用好氧及厌氧兼气发酵法超过发酵周期,亦即发酵超过30天再取出使用。
[0047] 请参阅图1至3及图9所示,前述的生物脱臭滤塔40与负压单元50以管路相连接,负压单元50作动以形成负压环境A,负压单元50抽取前置处理单元10、自动油水分离器20及发酵收集单元30在作动时所产生的废气,将该些废气导入生物脱臭滤塔40中,一般而言,仅厨余收集槽11中所产生的异味最重,故在一实施例中,负压单元50可仅抽取厨余收集槽11所产生的废气;生物脱臭滤塔40设有生物滤床,生物滤床上设有生物球,生物球提供微生物大量着床繁殖空间,使得微生物在此生长,当所导入的废气通过生物滤床时,废气中的有机污染物质被生物球上的生物膜所吸收,并由微生物在此处进行分解代谢将其转化成二氧化碳、水、和无机盐类,则经此处理后的气体将不再具有臭味,则此时将处理后的废气排放于大气中,对环境将不会造成负面的影响,而生物球上的微生物亦可通过分解有机污染物质来获取生长所需的碳源及能源,继续维持稳定生长。
[0048] 本发明厨余兼气发酵处理方法利用前述的本发明的系统,其主要步骤包括厨余处理步骤、废水处理步骤、废气处理步骤。
[0049] 请参阅图10并配合图3所示,厨余处理步骤中包含有以下步骤:汇入厨余(SI)、异物筛检(S2)、厨余粗碎、细碎、清洗(S3)、固液分离脱水(S4)、高温杀菌烘干(S5)、加菌混合搅拌(S6)、发酵制成固肥(S7);

[0054] 高温杀菌烘干(S5):将脱水后的厨余颗粒送入杀菌烘干机15中,对厨余颗粒进行高温杀菌以及烘干的步骤,在较佳实施例中,高温范围是指120°C至150°C,将厨余颗粒烘干至含水份35%至40% ;
[0055] 加菌混合搅拌(S6):将烘干后的厨余颗粒送入混合搅拌槽16中,混合搅拌槽16中加入有效微生物菌群,搅拌混合烘干后的厨余颗粒与有效微生物菌群;
[0056] 发酵制成固肥(S7):将混合后的厨余颗粒送入固肥发酵槽31中静置使其进行厌氧发酵,固肥发酵槽31为密闭式恒温环境,在较佳实施例中,固肥发酵槽31维持在38°C至40°C的恒温环境下,静置期间达发酵周期后,则形成固体肥料,在较佳实施例中,发酵周期为14天。
[0057] 请参阅图3所示,本发明的废水处理步骤,是将前述厨余处理步骤中所产生的所有废水加以收集后,通过管路送入自动油水分离器20中,自动油水分离器20将废水中的油脂及悬浮固体袪除,再将处理后的废水送入液肥发酵槽32中,液肥发酵槽32中加入有效微生物菌群,处理后的废水在液肥发酵槽32中供氧曝气进行好氧及厌氧兼气发酵,期间达发酵周期后,则形成液体肥料,在较佳实施例中,发酵周期为30天。
[0058] 请参阅图3所示,本发明的废水处理步骤,是将前述汇入厨余步骤所产生的废气利用负压单元50加以抽取收集,在较佳实施例中,是将厨余处理步骤及废水处理步骤中所产生的废气利用负压单元50加以抽取收集,再将收集到的废气导入生物脱臭滤塔40中,生物脱臭滤塔40中利用微生物将废气中的有机污染物质加以分解吸收,则去除废气中的异味,再将处理后的废气排出外界。
[0059] 通过本发明的处理系统及方法,将厨余以全自动化的方式加以处理并回收再利用,可减少人力支出成本,同时完整的系统及方法配合下,厨余中的固体、液体均可制成相对应的固体肥料(或饲料)及液体肥料,将厨余的剩余价值发挥到最高,而在工艺中加入有效微生物菌群可降低异味的产生并缩短发酵周期,同时更将所有废气均通过生物脱臭处理后再排出,更可将对周围环境的影响降到最低。
[0060]当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (12)
1.一种厨余兼气发酵处理系统,其特征在于,其包含有: 一前置处理单元,其包含有依序通过运送单元相连接的厨余收集槽、异物筛检机、厨余破碎机、固液分离脱水机、杀菌烘干机、搅拌混合槽,其中搅拌混合槽中添加有效微生物菌群; 一自动油水分离器,其通过管路与厨余收集槽、异物筛检机、厨余破碎机、固液分离脱水机分别相连接并收集与处理其所产生的废水; 一发酵收集单元,其与前置处理单元及自动油水分离器相连接,发酵收集单元包含有多个固肥发酵槽及多个液肥发酵槽,各固肥发酵槽通过运送单元与前置处理单元的搅拌混合槽相连接,各液肥发酵槽通过管路与自动油水分离器相连接,液肥发酵槽中添加有效微生物菌群,且固肥发酵槽与液肥发酵槽均为密闭式,固肥发酵槽供厨余进行恒温厌氧发酵,液肥发酵槽供厨余进行好氧及厌氧兼气发酵; 至少一生物脱臭滤塔,所述生物脱臭滤塔收集厨余收集槽在作动时所产生的废气,其中生物脱臭滤塔中设有生物滤床,生物滤床上设有生物球; 一负压单元,其作动形成一负压环境,前置处理单元、自动油水分离器、发酵收集单元及生物脱臭滤塔设于由负压单元所形成的负压环境中,负压单元抽取所述废气导入生物脱臭滤塔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的厨余兼气发酵处理系统,其特征在于,固肥发酵槽的数量为14个。
3.如权利要求1所述的厨余兼气发酵处理系统,其特征在于,液肥发酵槽的数量为30个。
4.如权利要求1所述的厨余兼气发酵处理系统,其特征在于,厨余收集槽与异物筛检机间的运送单元为斗升机,异物筛检机与厨余破碎机间的运送单元为履带输送机,厨余破碎机与固液分离脱水机间的运送单元为滤水式输送机,固液分离脱水机与杀菌烘干机间的运送单元为螺旋输送机,杀菌烘干机与搅拌混合槽间的运送单元为螺旋输送机。
5.—种厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,其包含有: 厨余处理步骤,其包含有以下步骤 汇入厨余:将需处理的厨余送入厨余收集槽中; 异物筛检:将厨余收集槽中的厨余输送入异物筛检机中,将其中非属厨余的异物加以排除; 粉碎厨余:将筛检后的厨余送入厨余破碎机中,使厨余经过粗碎、细碎、清洗的过程后,粉碎为厨余颗粒; 分离脱水:将粉碎后的厨余颗粒送入固液分离脱水机中,清洗厨余颗粒后并加以脱水; 高温杀菌烘干:将脱水后的厨余颗粒送入杀菌烘干机中,对厨余颗粒进行高温杀菌以及烘干; 加菌混合搅拌:将烘干后的厨余颗粒送入混合搅拌槽中,混合搅拌槽中加入有效微生物菌群,将烘干后的厨余颗粒与有效微生物菌群加以搅拌混合; 发酵制成固肥:将混合后的厨余颗粒送入固肥发酵槽中静置使其进行恒温厌氧发酵,静置期间达发酵周期后,则形成固体肥料,其中固肥发酵槽维持在密闭恒温环境下; 废水处理步骤:将前述厨余处理步骤中所产生的所有废水加以收集后,通过管路送入自动油水分离器中,自动油水分离器将废水中的油脂及悬浮固体去除,再将处理后的废水送入液肥发酵槽中,液肥发酵槽中加入有效微生物菌群,处理后的废水在密闭式液肥发酵槽中定时供氧曝气进行好氧及厌氧兼气发酵,期间达发酵周期后,则形成液体肥料; 废气处理步骤:将前述厨余处理步骤及废水处理步骤中所产生的废气导入生物脱臭滤塔中,生物脱臭滤塔袪除废气中的异味,再将处理后的废气排出外界;生物脱臭滤塔系利用微生物将废气中的有机污染物质加以分解吸收,以去除废气中的异味。
6.如权利要求5所述的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,废气处理步骤是采用负压单元加以抽取并收集废气,负压单元再将收集到的废气导入生物脱臭滤塔中。
7.如权利要求5所述的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,在粉碎厨余步骤中,粉碎后的厨余颗粒为0.75cm。
8.如权利要求5所述的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,在高温杀菌烘干步骤中,是将厨余颗粒烘干至含水份35%至40%。
9.如权利要求5所述的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,在高温杀菌烘干步骤中,是在120°C至150°C的温度范围进行。
10.如权利要求5所述的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,在发酵制成固肥步骤中,固肥发酵槽维持在38°C至40°C的密闭恒温环境下。
11.如权利要求5所述的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,在发酵制成固肥步骤中,发酵周期为14天。
12.如权利要求5所述的厨余兼气发酵处理方法,其特征在于,在废水处理步骤中,发酵周期为30天。
