本发明公开了一种应用于方坯管的真空定型模具定径套。其特征在于,所述定径套为四边成矩形的定型型腔,所述四边的面向定型型腔中心的内边凸出形成弧面凸起,相邻两条凸起的内边在四个转角处向定型型腔中心的反方向凹陷形成弧面凹槽,所述内边的弧面凸起部到定型型腔中心的距离大于或等于弧面凸起部到外边的距离。本发明在同样环刚度的条件下可以降低坯管壁厚,节省原辅材料,同时,缠绕管表面平整,施工质量可靠。

应用于方坯管的真空定型模具定径套
技术领域:
本发明涉及中空壁缠绕管的方坯管,特别涉及一种应用于中空壁缠绕管的方坯管的真空定型模具定径套。
背景技术:
在市政工程中常用的中空壁缠绕管,主要用作市政雨水、污水的排放管道。它是由方坯管的真空定型模具挤出的方坯管在缠绕成型台上经轴向缠绕并融接焊而成的缠绕管制成品。
目前,所采用的方坯管的真空定型模具的定径套,其定型型腔呈方形。在坯管挤出定型的过程中,坯管在出此定径套时,由于真空的作用,加上坯管本身在定径套经过冷却后已经有一定的硬度,但是还有较大的塑性,坯管四边由中间向外拉伸成类椭圆形。
由于在坯管上成型台以后,坯管塌陷后的高度已达不到设计要求,焊缝呈圆弧工字形,因此削弱了焊缝结构的性能,使缠绕管环刚度指标达不到保障。为满足环刚度要求,必须增大坯管的壁厚,浪费原辅材料,同时,缠绕管表面不平整,影响施工质量。
发明内容:
鉴于上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种应用于方坯管的真空定型模具定径套。该产品能够在满足缠绕管环刚度要求的前提下能节省原辅材料、降低生产成本、提高缠绕管表面平整度。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
应用于方坯管的真空定型模具定径套,其特征在于,所述定径套为四边成矩形的定型型腔,所述四边的面向定型型腔中心的内边凸出形成弧面凸起,相邻两条凸起的内边在四个转角处向定型型腔中心的反方向凹陷形成弧面凹槽,所述内边的弧面凸起部到定型型腔中心的距离大于或等于弧面凸起部到外边的距离。
上述方案中,所述弧面凸起与弧面凹槽的连接处平滑过渡。
本发明在同样环刚度的条件下可以降低坯管壁厚,节省原辅材料,同时,缠绕管表面平整,施工质量可靠。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的应用于方坯管的真空定型模具定径套,其定径套为四边成矩形的定型型腔,四边的面向定型型腔中心100的内边凸出形成弧面凸起200,相邻两条凸起的内边在四个转角处向定型型腔中心100的反方向凹陷形成弧面凹槽300,内边的弧面凸起200部到定型型腔中心100的距离大于或等于弧面凸起200部到外边400的距离。另外,弧面凸起200与弧面凹槽300的连接处平滑过渡。
这样一来,坯管在出此定径套后自然形成规则的正方形。由于在坯管挤出定型的过程中,坯管在出此定径套时,由于真空的作用,加上坯管本身在定径套经过冷却后已经有一定的硬度,但是还有较大的塑性,坯管四边中间向外拉伸自然形成规则的正方形。在坯管上成型台以后,坯管的高度能达到设计要求,焊缝呈标准的工字形,缠绕管的环刚度指标达到保障。

2.根据权利要求1的应用于方坯管的真空定型模具定径套,其特征在于,所述弧面凸起与弧面凹槽的连接处平滑过渡。
