本发明公开了一种电动扭矩扳手，包括扳手套筒和手柄，扳手套筒与输出轴连接，输出轴与电机连接，电机安装于扳手套筒和手柄之间，电机的定子与手柄之间通过缓冲弹簧固定连接，电机的转子与扳手套筒连接，电机的定子与电机的转子之间为电机的线圈，手柄上安装有扭矩调节器，手柄末端连接有电源线，电源线与电流控制器连接。本发明的优点：本发明的电动扳手具有扭矩输出，扭矩控制功能，有效解决了手动调节钳口开度不太准确的问题，增加了安全性，遇到空间太小情况时变得十分方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动扳手，尤其涉及一种电动扭矩扳手。
背景技术
扳手是一种常用的电动工具，采用手动的方式调节钳口的开度，比较费力。特别对于空间较小的场所，手不容易进入较小的空间调节扳手的螺母，一般要进行预先调节，所以调节钳口开度不太准确；现有的扭矩扳手，多为手动带扭杆测力装置的机械扳手，受环境影响大，难以实现扭矩的精确控制。因此，需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种容易控制的电动扭矩扳手。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种电动扭矩扳手，包括扳手套筒和手柄，所述扳手套筒与输出轴连接，所述输出轴与电机连接，所述电机安装于扳手套筒和手柄之间，所述电机的定子与手柄之间通过缓冲弹簧固定连接，所述电机的转子与扳手套筒连接，所述电机的定子与电机的转子之间为电机的线圈，所述手柄上安装有扭矩调节器，所述手柄末端连接有电源线，所述电源线与电流控制器连接。
所述手柄内设有干电池。
所述手柄上设有照明灯。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的电动扳手具有扭矩输出，扭矩控制功能，有效解决了手动调节钳口开度不太准确的问题，增加了安全性，遇到空间太小情况时变得十分方便。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本发明的一种电动扭矩扳手，包括扳手套筒1和手柄2，扳手套筒1与输出轴3连接，输出轴3与电机4连接，电机4安装于扳手套筒1和手柄2之间，电机4的定子5与手柄2之间通过缓冲弹簧13固定连接，电机4的转子6与扳手套筒1连接，电机4的定子5与电机4的转子6之间为电机4的线圈7，手柄2上安装有扭矩调节器8，手柄2末端连接有电源线9，电源线9与电流控制器10连接，手柄2内设有干电池11，手柄2上设有照明灯12，方便在黑暗的地方使用。
本发明的电动扳手具有扭矩输出，扭矩控制功能，有效解决了手动调节钳口开度不太准确的问题，增加了安全性，遇到空间太小情况时变得十分方便。

1.一种电动扭矩扳手，包括扳手套筒和手柄，其特征在于：所述扳手套筒与输出轴连接，所述输出轴与电机连接，所述电机安装于扳手套筒和手柄之间，所述电机的定子与手柄之间通过缓冲弹簧固定连接，所述电机的转子与扳手套筒连接，所述电机的定子与电机的转子之间为电机的线圈，所述手柄上安装有扭矩调节器，所述手柄末端连接有电源线，所述电源线与电流控制器连接。
