本发明公开了一种辣木叶微丸的制作方法,是以辣木叶细粉为主要原料,可压性淀粉、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、无水乙醇溶液为辅料,小曲酒和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液为润湿剂制备而成。按重量份数比为主料:辅料≈(5.6~29.5):1。主料的用量根据所制微丸的直径变化,微丸直径为1.5mm时,主料:辅料≈5.6:1,微丸直径为2.5mm时,主料:辅料≈29.5:1。此比例为近似值,实际操作时可以有些微偏差。主要工艺流程为:(药物和辅料)→制母核→成丸→干燥→选丸→质检→包装(内包装)→灭菌。制母核采用挤出滚圆法,设备为WL型离心制丸机组。成丸可采用离心流化法和流化床喷涂法。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品加工制作领域,特别涉及一种颗粒较小的辣木叶微丸的制作方法。
背景技术
辣木树已经成为近年来的保健食品原料之一,它的特点是高钙、高蛋白质、高纤维和低脂肪,是一种增强人体免疫力,促进人体健康,预防疾病的神奇植物。辣木树叶营养丰富,科学实验证明:每天食用25g叶片粉,可获取推荐标准的42%蛋白质、125%钙、61%镁、41%钾、71%铁和272%维生素A。
目前在我国对辣木树的了解和研究还处于起步阶段,还没有形成以辣木为原料制备保健品的大规模应用。另一方面,由于辣木树的营养丰富,各种次生代谢产物含量高,加工工艺较复杂,想要获得营养成分不被破坏,易保藏运输,适于销售的辣木树保健品就更为困难。本发明在对辣木树叶的营养成分进行充分分析后,发现了辣木树叶用于制备微丸的一种新用途。
发明内容
本发明的目的是给人们提供一种提高精力,抗疲劳的辣木叶微丸的制作方法。
本发明是以辣木叶细粉为主要原料,可压性淀粉、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、无水乙醇溶液为辅料,小曲酒和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液为润湿剂制备而成。
按重量份数比为主料:辅料≈(5.6~29.5):1。主料的用量根据所制微丸的直径变化,微丸直径为1.5mm时,主料:辅料≈5.6:1,微丸直径为2.5mm时,主料:辅料≈29.5:1。此比例为近似值,实际操作时可以有些微偏差。
本发明主要工艺流程如下:
(药物和辅料)→制母核→成丸→干燥→选丸→质检→包装(内包装)→灭菌。
制母核采用挤出滚圆法,设备为WL型离心制丸机组。
成丸可采用离心流化法和流化床喷涂法。用离心流化法制作时有粉尘,但成丸后强度高。用流化床喷涂法(设备LDP-min)制作时,辣木叶粉碎细度为300目以上,与小曲酒和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮制成混悬液(比例不变),喷涂在母核上。
本发明的有益效果:
用小曲酒作润湿剂有利于对药性的充分利用。药丸直径小于1.5-2.5mm,为颗粒较小的微丸剂。服用后不受胃排空节律影响,能快速通过胃幽门,广泛分布于肠道,在各个点上同时崩解,同时吸收。具有增强体质,提高精力,抗疲劳等功效。
具体实施方式
本发明一种辣木叶微丸的制作方法具体如下:
当微丸直径为1.5mm,以离心流化法为例:
1. 制母核:
⑴. 母核配方:可压性淀粉35%,微晶纤维素35%,硬脂酸镁6.7%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,无水乙醇溶液18.3%。
⑵. 按配方称取可压性淀粉、微晶纤维素和硬脂酸镁混合,过80目筛,与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,无水乙醇溶液混合后,用挤出滚圆法制成母核(核芯)。
⑶. 分别过20目和30目筛,母核大小为20-30目。
⒉成丸、干燥
⑴. 先将辣木叶洗净,阴干,粉碎成150-200目左右细粉。
⑵. 用BZJ型离心包衣造粒机制作微丸:
①. 配制润湿剂:小曲酒:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮=95:5。
②. 将20-30目母核投入离心床内,启动鼓风和旋转盘后,使物料在离心床内形成环形螺旋状流化态。通过雾化器喷入润湿剂,同时定量撒入辣木叶细粉。
③. 投料比例:母核:辣木叶细粉=1:5.6。按比例投料结束即可。
⒊ 选丸:选出成型不合格药丸。
4.质检,内包装。
5.灭菌。
Claims (1)
1. 一种辣木叶微丸的制作方法 ,其特征在于:通过下述方法制得:
1)制母核:
⑴母核配方:可压性淀粉35%,微晶纤维素35%,硬脂酸镁6.7%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,无水乙醇溶液18.3%;
⑵按配方称取可压性淀粉、微晶纤维素和硬脂酸镁混合,过80目筛,与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,无水乙醇溶液混合后,用挤出滚圆法制成母核(核芯);
⑶分别过20目和30目筛,母核大小为20-30目;
2)成丸、干燥:
⑴先将辣木叶洗净,阴干,粉碎成150-200目左右细粉,
⑵用BZJ型离心包衣造粒机制作微丸:
①配制润湿剂,小曲酒:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮=95:5,
