技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电动自行车的电机,尤其有重量轻、成本低的电动自行车磁性橡胶车轮电机。
背景技术
目前尚无相关技术。已有电动自行车电机,都是采用单独直流永磁电机与车轮连在一起,这种电机它由永磁体定子、电枢转子、碳刷、外壳等组成。存在加工复杂,硅钢片,永磁材料重量大,成本高的不足。
发明内容
为了克服已有电动自行车电机存在重量大造价高的不足,本发明的目的提供一种有重量轻,造价低的电动自行车磁性橡胶车轮电机。
本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括半圆定子、车轮转子、撑杆、霍尔传感器,半圆定子包括铁芯、线包,车轮转子包括永磁胶胎、泡沫内胎、钢圈、轴,半圆定子装在车轮转子上方,用撑杆与车轮转子轴连接固定。铁芯用导磁橡胶制成半圆环形状,在铁芯上设有多个凸磁极,线包装在磁极上,钢圈中心设有轴,钢圈外圆连接泡沫内胎和永磁胶胎,永磁胶胎外圆面上设有多对N.S磁极,霍尔传感器装在铁芯上。本电机半圆定子相当传统电动车的后轮挡水板,使用时半圆定子和车轮转子与车架连接,多只线包与电子换向器输出电连接,霍尔传感器输出与电子换向器输入电连接。当多只线包通电后在多个对称磁极上产生N.S磁场,与永磁胶胎上相对称N.S磁极相同时,产生斥力将车轮转子转动,当转到永磁胶胎上磁极为S.N极性时,霍尔传感器输出高电平,去驱动电子换向器,改变多只线包电源极性与永磁胶胎S.N相同,继续产生斥力,重复上述换向使车轮转子连续旋转。因本磁性材料都采用磁性橡胶具有比重轻、价廉,一次成形不要金加工,本半圆定子采用半圆磁极和多只线包能节省另外半圆线包,从而达到本发明有重量轻造价低的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,有重量轻、造价低,还因重量轻行驶时能省电。

具体实施方式
在图1、2所示的实施例中,半圆定子1它由半圆环形导磁橡胶制成的铁芯1-1和线包1-2组成。半圆环形铁芯1-1上设有多个凸磁极,多只线包1-2分别装在多个磁极上,多只线包1-2串联电连接。车轮转子3它由永磁胶胎3-1、泡沫内胎3-2、钢圈3-3、轴3-4组成,永磁胶胎3-1用磁性橡胶制成,外圆面上充磁有多对N.S磁极。半圆定子1装在车轮转子3上面,用多根撑杆2与轴3-2连接固定。霍尔传感器4采用双极性霍尔传感器,霍尔传感器4装在半圆定子1的铁芯1-1上。本磁性橡胶材料用钕铁硼磁粉和橡胶混合浇铸成铁芯1-1和永磁胶胎3-1.因车轮转子3直径大,作用在永磁胶胎3-1的力臂就大,磁场作用面积大,斥力大,扭矩就大。所以本设计只采用半圆多个磁极的斥力,就能满足车轮扭矩。线包1-2和铁芯磁极少重量轻,不要金加工,制造很方便。具有重量轻造价低等优点。
双极性霍尔传感器4有二个输出,当车轮转子3N磁极与霍尔传感器4对牢时,第一个输出为高电平,驱动电子换向器正向电源接通,在半圆定子1多个磁极极性与车轮转子3相对应极性相同时,在多个磁极上产生同性相斥斥力,使车轮转子3旋转;当车轮转子3转到S磁极与霍尔传感器4对牢时,第二个输出为高电平,去驱动电子换向器反向电源接通,同理又产生另一个斥力,这样重复上述过程车轮转子3就连续旋转。电机电源和调速与传统电动自行车一样。

1.一种电动自行车磁性橡胶车轮电机,它包括半圆定子、车轮转子、撑杆、霍尔传感器,半圆定子包括铁芯、线包,车轮转子包括永磁胶胎、泡沫内胎、钢圈、轴,其特征是:半圆定子装在车轮转子上方,用撑杆与车轮转子轴连接固定,铁芯用导磁橡胶制成半圆环形状,在铁芯上设有多个凸磁极,线包装在磁极上,钢圈中心设有轴,钢圈外圆连接泡沫内胎和永磁胶胎,永磁胶胎外圆面上设有多对N.S磁极,霍尔传感器装在铁芯上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车磁性橡胶车轮电机,其特征是:所述霍尔传感器采用双极性霍尔传感器。
