技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种管材,尤其涉及一种预应力混凝土用波纹管。
背景技术
PVC管(UPVC管) 硬聚氯乙烯管,是由聚氯乙烯树脂与稳定剂、润滑剂等配合后用热压法挤压成型,是最早得到开发应用的塑料管材。UPVC管抗腐蚀能力强、易于粘接、价格低、质地坚硬,但是由于有UPVC单体和添加剂渗出,只适用于输送温度不超过45℃的给水系统中。塑料管道用于输送饮用水,废水,化学品,加热液和冷却液,食品,超纯液体,泥浆,气体,压缩空气和真空系统的应用。
PE管有中密度聚乙烯管和高密度聚乙烯管。前者适用于输送气态的人工煤气、天然气、液化石油气,后者主要用于输送天然气。和钢管比较,施工工艺简单,有一定的柔韧性,更主要的是不用作防腐处理,将节省大量的工序。缺点就器械性不如钢管,施工中特别的注意热力供暖的安全间距,并且不能裸露于空气中阳光下,并且对化学物品敏感,防止污水管道的泄露造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种预应力混凝土用波纹管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种预应力混凝土用波纹管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
高密度聚乙烯80-85、白矿油0.8-1、色母粒0.2-0.3、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、葵二酸二辛酯2-3、丙烯醇1-2、三氯异氰尿酸0.7-1、八钼酸铵0.1-0.2、三氧化二锑1-2、硅酸钾2-3、大理石粉3-4、复合填料5-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
叶腊石20-24、凹凸棒土10-16、玉石3-5、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.6-1、双咪唑烷基脲1-2、桉树油1-2、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-4;
将上述叶腊石、凹凸棒土与玉石混合,球磨均匀,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡,在80-120℃下保温搅拌3-6分钟,降低温度为40-50℃,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷,600-1000转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,依次加入双咪唑烷基脲、桉树油,充分球磨,造粒,粒径为2-4μm,即得所述复合填料。
一种预应力混凝土用波纹管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,在120-140℃温度下进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后自动冷却,经振动筛过后,自动上料,由双螺杆挤出机经高温高压挤出,经成型机将产品拉出后,由切割机定长切割,送入扩口机,扩口完成后包装入库。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的波纹管环保,质重,改善了目前聚乙烯波纹管质量轻,在混凝土施工中易上浮的缺陷,具有很好的拉伸强度和环刚度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种预应力混凝土用波纹管,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
高密度聚乙烯85、白矿油0.8、色母粒0.3、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1、葵二酸二辛酯2、丙烯醇1、三氯异氰尿酸0.7、八钼酸铵0.2、三氧化二锑2、硅酸钾3、大理石粉4、复合填料10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
叶腊石24、凹凸棒土16、玉石3、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.6、双咪唑烷基脲2、桉树油1、氧化聚乙烯蜡2;
将上述叶腊石、凹凸棒土与玉石混合,球磨均匀,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡,在120℃下保温搅拌3分钟,降低温度为50℃,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷,1000转/分搅拌分散13分钟,依次加入双咪唑烷基脲、桉树油,充分球磨,造粒,粒径为4μm,即得所述复合填料。
一种预应力混凝土用波纹管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,在140℃温度下进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后自动冷却,经振动筛过后,自动上料,由双螺杆挤出机经高温高压挤出,经成型机将产品拉出后,由切割机定长切割,送入扩口机,扩口完成后包装入库。
性能测试:
冲击性能(TIR):≤10%;
环刚度(KN/m2):13.26;
环柔性:试样圆滑,无破裂,两壁无脱开,无反向弯曲;
烘箱实验(110℃,30min):无分层,无开裂、无气泡。

1.一种预应力混凝土用波纹管,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
高密度聚乙烯80-85、白矿油0.8-1、色母粒0.2-0.3、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、葵二酸二辛酯2-3、丙烯醇1-2、三氯异氰尿酸0.7-1、八钼酸铵0.1-0.2、三氧化二锑1-2、硅酸钾2-3、大理石粉3-4、复合填料5-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
叶腊石20-24、凹凸棒土10-16、玉石3-5、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.6-1、双咪唑烷基脲1-2、桉树油1-2、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-4;
将上述叶腊石、凹凸棒土与玉石混合,球磨均匀,加入氧化聚乙烯蜡,在80-120℃下保温搅拌3-6分钟,降低温度为40-50℃,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷,600-1000转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,依次加入双咪唑烷基脲、桉树油,充分球磨,造粒,粒径为2-4μm,即得所述复合填料。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的预应力混凝土用波纹管的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
