三.发明二级厌氧塔的内容
该发明的目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种二级厌氧塔,以达到充分发酵,提高发酵物的利用率,提高沼气产量的目的。
该发明提供的二级厌氧塔的技术分类
本发明提供的二级厌氧塔,其特征二级厌氧发酵。其主要结构为集料计量池,一级厌氧塔,二级厌氧塔,脱硫塔,储气框,沼渣浓缩池,好氧过滤池,生物氧化塘。一级厌氧塔设有溢流管,导向二级厌氧塔。
该发明的内容
1.用砖混结构垒砌成一圆柱体。顶部封闭,中间开有天窗。此为一级厌氧塔。
2.在一级厌氧塔的旁边,同样用砖混结构垒砌成一小型圆柱体。此为二级厌氧塔。
3.一级厌氧塔的旁边,建造一集料计量池。
4.二级厌氧塔的一边建造一沼渣浓缩池。
5.沼渣浓缩池的下方建造好氧过滤池及与其相连的生物氧化塘。
6.二级厌氧塔的另一边,设计脱硫塔。
7.脱硫塔的下游,设计储气框。

五.具体实施方案
1.将原料计量放入集料计量池加水搅拌。
2.用进料泵将搅拌后的溶液打入一级厌氧塔内。
3.一级厌氧塔内多余的溶液通过溢流管道进入二级厌氧塔发酵。
4.一,二级厌氧塔内发酵后的废液通过泵抽取注入沼渣浓缩池,浓缩后的液体流入好氧过滤池,过滤后的液体排入生物氧化塘。
5.一,二级厌氧塔内产生的沼气,通过阻燃进入脱硫塔脱硫后,进入气水分离器将水分去除,然后注入储气框储存使用。

1.二级厌氧塔,其特征在于二级厌氧塔发酵。主要结构为一级厌氧塔,二级厌氧塔,沼渣浓缩池,好氧过滤池,生物氧化塘。一级厌氧塔设有溢流管,导向二级厌氧塔。
