Abstract
本发明公开了一种深海油田专用环保型管道噬铁杀菌剂,通过如下方法制备:1)取水80~100份、THPS25~40份,备用;2)将THPS和四分之一至三分之一的水加入到带有搅拌的容器中,搅拌溶解,之后再加入剩余的水,搅拌制成均质溶液;3)取水80~100份、氯仿15-18份、阳离子表面活性剂15~20份,备用;4)将水、阳离子表面活性剂、氯仿放入带搅拌密闭容器中,搅拌制成均质溶液。之后向其中缓缓加入步骤2)所得溶液,充分搅拌使成均质溶液;5)用有机酸或无机酸将溶液的pH值调至4.5~5,即得。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道噬铁杀菌溶解剂,特别涉及一种专用于深海油田的环保型管道噬铁杀菌溶解剂。
背景技术
石油储罐或输油管道特别是加工高硫原油的装置,由于元素硫、硫化氢以及硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的存在,运行过程中,装置的管道内易生成具有自燃性和腐蚀性的硫化亚铁以及硫化氢,从而引起设备腐蚀和火灾事故,给安全检修和设备保护带来极大隐患。硫化亚铁不仅具有自燃性和腐蚀性,而且会阻碍管道中流体的流动,引发垢下腐蚀、注水管和油管堵塞等一系列问题。硫化氢是一种剧毒气体,因硫酸盐还原菌的存在而产生,硫化氢的存在会使管道腐蚀情况加重;硫化氢不仅能够引起管道和设备的腐蚀、催化剂中毒,致使工艺条件恶化,而且会造成严重的环境污染,危害人类健康。
目前处理Fes沉积物的最常用方法是用强酸溶解。强酸对Fes的溶解会腐蚀管道,而且更加加剧硫化氢的产生,因此如何高效环保地去除硫化氢和Fes沉积垢一直是业内亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明申请人针对海上油田输油管道及输送油脂的特点,经过大量的实验,研究开发出了一种专用于深海油田的环保型管道噬铁杀菌溶解液。
本发明的目的是提供一种深海油田专用环保型管道噬铁杀菌溶解剂。
本发明管道噬铁杀菌溶解剂通过以下方法制备:
1)取水80~100份、THPS25~40份,备用;
2)将THPS和四分之一至三分之一的水加入到带有搅拌的容器中,搅拌溶解,之后再加入剩余的水,搅拌制成均质溶液;
3)取水80~100份、氯仿15-18份、阳离子表面活性剂15~20份,备用;
4)将水、阳离子表面活性剂、氯仿放入带搅拌密闭容器中,搅拌制成均质溶液。之后向其中缓缓加入步骤2)所得溶液,充分搅拌使成均质溶液;
5)用有机酸或无机酸将溶液的pH值调至4.5~5,即得。本发明的优点和特点:
1.具有多重功效
本发明管道噬铁杀菌剂能有效溶解去除硫化亚铁沉淀,从而减少了硫化亚铁污垢的阻塞,有效避免炼油设备中硫化亚铁自燃造成的危害。在去除管道中硫化亚铁的同时,还可以有效地脱除管道中的硫化氢气体,并兼具杀菌的功效;按月周期性使用可以对海上油田输油管道从源头上消除污染,降低生产成本,又为石油炼制提供了安全保障。
2.具有杀菌高活性
在高浓度硫化氢和井下厌氧环境中依然保持杀菌的活性,而且具有广谱、高效、无泡沫等优点。对硫酸盐还原菌的杀灭效果为:浓度大于40mg·L-1时,杀菌率能够达到100%;而且药效持续时间长,在18h后仍能保持很好的杀菌效果。由于其对硫酸盐还原菌良好的杀菌效果,从而增加了抑制硫化氢和硫化亚铁再生的效果。
3.具有优良的环境安全性和环保性
本发明深海油田的环保型管道噬铁杀菌剂在没有空气的深海管道中能够稳定地发挥其优异的杀菌性能并有效地去除石油储罐及管道中的硫化亚铁和硫化氢;当完成杀菌除FeS后排出管道时,将排出液通入低浓度的氢氧化钠溶液中转变成碱性即可变为水溶性非常低、且可逐渐被生物部分降解的物质。因而本发明管道噬铁杀菌剂在具有高效噬铁杀菌性能的同时,还兼具优秀的环境安全性。
本发明深海油田的环保型管道噬铁杀菌可以应用于油田注水系统、水层恢复系统、储藏库以及管道保护等。
具体实施方式
为了进一步了解本发明,兹例举以下实施例作详细说明,但不限制本发明。
实施例1:制备本发明管道噬铁杀菌剂
取水100千克、THPS25千克;将THPS放入带有搅拌的容器中,加入25千克的水,搅拌溶解,之后搅拌下再将剩余的水逐渐加入,制得均质溶液1,备用。
取水100千克、十二烷基二甲基卞基氯化铵20千克、氯仿18千克,依次放入带有搅拌的密封容器中,搅拌使成均质溶液。之后将溶液1缓缓加入,并充分搅拌,使成均质;最后用硫酸将PH值调至5即得。
实施例2制备本发明管道噬铁杀菌剂
取水100千克、THPS40千克;将THPS放入带有搅拌的容器中,加入35千克的水,搅拌溶解,之后搅拌下再将剩余的水逐渐加入,制得均质溶液1,备用。
取水100千克、十二烷基二甲基卞基氯化铵15千克、氯仿15千克,依次放入带有搅拌的密封容器中,搅拌使成均质溶液。之后将溶液1缓缓加入,并充分搅拌,使成均质;最后用硫酸将PH值调至5即得。
实施例3制备本发明管道噬铁杀菌剂
取水80千克、THPS40千克;将THPS放入带有搅拌的容器中,加入35千克的水,搅拌溶解,之后搅拌下再将剩余的水逐渐加入,制得均质溶液1,备用。

试验例:
硫化亚铁溶解能力效果测定:
取实施例2制备的本发明溶解液,用烧杯加温到40℃,向溶解液中加入1g硫化亚铁,搅拌,观察溶液的变化情况,4h小时后停止搅拌,静置,过滤,滤渣经干燥箱恒温60℃烘干后称重,计算硫化亚铁的溶解率。
结果:硫酸亚铁的溶解率在70%以上。
Claims (1)
1.一种深海油田专用环保型管道噬铁杀菌剂,其特征在于通过以下方法制备,包括步骤:
1)取水80~100份、THPS25~40份,备用;
2)将THPS和四分之一至三分之一的水加入到带有搅拌的容器中,搅拌溶解,之后再加入剩余的水,搅拌制成均质溶液;
3)取水80~100份、氯仿15-18份、阳离子表面活性剂15~20份,备用;
4)将水、阳离子表面活性剂、氯仿放入带搅拌密闭容器中,搅拌制成均质溶液。之后向其中缓缓加入步骤2)所得溶液,充分搅拌使成均质溶液;
用有机酸或无机酸将溶液的pH值调至4.5~5,即得。
