Abstract

一种焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，包括风机、离尘装置、烟道和吸尘罩，风机的进风口与离尘装置连接，离尘装置与烟道连接，烟道与一个软管连接，软管与吸尘罩连接。烟道上设有固定卡。吸尘罩的开口呈喇叭口形。离尘装置包括过滤箱和过滤网，过滤网设置在过滤箱内。风机、离尘装置、烟道、软管和吸尘罩构成密封式吸尘风道，通过软管的伸缩、弯曲，能随时调整吸尘罩的位置，满足焊接的位置不停变动的需要。吸尘罩将压力容器焊接过程中产生的烟尘吸走，大大净化压力容器内部空气，提高工人焊接过程中的工作环境；同时在吸风过程中由离尘装置对烟尘进行过滤，排除的空气中所含粉尘大大减少，减少对工作环境的污染。

技术领域:
本发明涉及机械领域，尤其涉及压力容器焊接辅助工装，特别是一种焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统。
背景技术:
现有技术中，压力容器的制造过程大多为焊接工艺，在焊接过程中容易产生大量烟尘，对现场工作人员的身体健康带来负面影响，长期吸入大量烟尘就有可能造成尘肺等职业病。目前，压力容器制造行业就操作工人避尘基本以带防尘口罩为主，但效果不甚理想，且工作场所环境污染严重，影响厂区周边环境。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，所述的这种焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统要解决现有技术中压力容器焊接过程烟尘影响工作人员的健康以及工厂周边环境的技术问题。
本发明的这种焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，包括风机、离尘装置、烟道和吸尘罩，其中，所述的风机的进风口与所述的离尘装置连接，离尘装置与所述的烟道连接，烟道与一个软管连接，所述的软管与所述的吸尘罩连接。
进一步的，烟道上设有固定卡。
进一步的，所述的吸尘罩的开口呈喇叭口形。
进一步的，所述的离尘装置包括过滤箱和过滤网，所述的过滤网设置在所述的过滤箱内。
本发明和已有技术相比较，其效果是积极和明显的。本发明利用风机、离尘装置、烟道、软管和吸尘罩构成密封式吸尘风道，通过软管的伸缩、弯曲，能随时调整吸尘罩的位置，满足焊接的位置不停变动的需要。吸尘罩将压力容器焊接过程中产生的烟尘吸走，大大净化压力容器内部空气，提高工人焊接过程中的工作环境；同时在吸风过程中由离尘装置对烟尘进行过滤，排除的空气中所含粉尘大大减少，减少对工作环境的污染。

实施例1:
如图1所示，本发明的焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，包括风机5、离尘装置4、烟道3和吸尘罩1，风机5的进风口与离尘装置4连接，离尘装置4与烟道3连接，烟道3与软管2连接，软管2与吸尘罩相连接，烟道3上设有固定卡，通过固定卡可以将烟道3固定于压力容器的侧壁，避免其晃动。
进一步的，吸尘罩1的开口呈喇叭口形。
进一步的，离尘装置4包括过滤箱和过滤网，过滤网设置在所述的过滤箱内。
或者，离尘装置4采用离心式分离装置。

1.一种焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，包括风机、离尘装置、烟道和吸尘罩，其特征在于：所述的风机的进风口与所述的离尘装置连接，离尘装置与所述的烟道连接，烟道与一个软管连接，所述的软管与所述的吸尘罩连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，其特征在于：烟道上设有固定卡。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，其特征在于：所述的吸尘罩的开口呈喇叭口形。
4.如权利要求1所述的焊烟小颗粒自动分离排放系统，其特征在于：所述的离尘装置包括过滤箱和过滤网，所述的过滤网设置在所述的过滤箱内。
