Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the information pushing method includes:
step 101, obtaining information of a television program to be watched by a user.
The steps in this embodiment may be performed by a server. In this embodiment, the information about the television program to be watched may include a name of the television program to be watched, or other characteristic information capable of representing the television program. For example, for a television show, the television program information may include: number of episodes of the tv show to be watched.
And 102, determining multimedia information corresponding to the information of the television program to be watched.
In this embodiment, the multimedia information may include: advertisements or program related information. In practical applications, the multimedia information may also be any other information configured to be required to be pushed to the client. For example: the advertisement may include: advertisements associated with information of television programs to be viewed; the program related information may include: the shooting of the television program includes a feature, a trailer, actor information, director information, and/or surrounding merchandise information.
And step 103, sending the multimedia information to the client.
In this embodiment, step 103 may include: the server can directly push the multimedia information to the client. Alternatively, step 103 may further include: the server sends the download address of the multimedia information to the client, the client sends a download request according to the download address, and the server sends the multimedia information to the client according to the received download request.
According to the technical scheme of the information pushing method, the information of the television program to be watched by the user is obtained, the multimedia information corresponding to the information of the television program to be watched is determined, and the multimedia information is sent to the client.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information pushing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the information pushing method includes:
step 201, the server obtains the information of the television program to be watched by the user.
In this embodiment, the information of the television program to be watched may include a name of the television program to be watched, and further may include: the number of episodes of the television program to be viewed.
In this embodiment, the server may obtain information of a television program to be watched by the user in three ways, which is specifically as follows:
step 201 may include:
in step 2011a, the server obtains the information of the tv program that the user is watching.
In this embodiment, the information of the television program being watched may include a name of the television program being watched, and further may include: the number of episodes of the television program being viewed.
In this embodiment, the server may send a television program information acquisition request to the client, and the client sends the television program information being watched to the server according to the television program information acquisition request, so that the server acquires the television program information being watched. Or, in this embodiment, the client may actively send the information of the television program being watched to the server, so that the server acquires the information of the television program being watched. The client can acquire the station caption of the television program being watched, identify the channel of the television program being watched through the station caption of the television program being watched, and determine the information of the television program being watched according to the program list and the channel of the television program being watched; or the client can identify the television program information being watched through an audio fingerprint technology or a video fingerprint technology.
Or, the server may send a television program information acquisition request to the client, the client acquires the logo of the television program being watched according to the television program information acquisition request, and sends the logo of the television program being watched to the server, and the server identifies the channel of the television program being watched according to the logo of the television program being watched, and then determines the television program information being watched according to the program list and the channel of the television program being watched.
Or the server can identify the television program information being watched through an audio fingerprint technology or a video fingerprint technology, wherein the audio fingerprint or the video fingerprint can be collected by the client and then sent to the server, and the server compares the audio fingerprint or the video fingerprint to acquire the specific television program information.
In step 2011b, the server predicts the information of the tv program to be watched according to the information of the tv program being watched.
In this embodiment, the television program to be watched and the television program being watched are different television programs or the same television program.
For the case where the television program to be watched is the same as the television program being watched, for example: the information of the television program being watched is information of live broadcast of a certain football game, if the live broadcast of the football game lasts for a long time, the server can predict that the information of the television program to be watched is still the information of the live broadcast of the football game, or if the information of the television program being watched is the 1 st episode of a certain television play, and the broadcast of the television play lasts for a long time, the server can predict that the information of the television program to be watched is still the same episode of the television play.
For the situation that the television program to be watched is different from the television program being watched, the server may identify that the television program information being watched by the user is the 1 st episode of a certain drama, and the episode of the drama is to be played, and may know from the program table that the food program will be played after the episode of the drama is collected, and the television program to be played is the food program.
Alternatively, step 201 may include:
step 2012a, the server obtains the viewing history information of the user.
In this embodiment, the viewing history information of the user may be a list of the received television programs.
In this embodiment, the server may send a viewing history information acquisition request to the client, and the client sends the viewing history information to the server according to the viewing history information acquisition request, so that the server acquires the viewing history information. Or, in this embodiment, the client may actively send the viewing history information to the server, so that the server acquires the viewing history information.
Step 2012b, the server predicts the information of the television program to be watched according to the program list and the watching history information.
Specifically, the server may predict information of a television program to be viewed from the program table based on the viewing history information. Preferably, the program table is an Electronic program menu (EPG).
For example: the user likes to watch the gourmet programs, the watching history information comprises the received gourmet program information, the program list comprises the same gourmet programs, and the server can predict that the television program information to be watched is the gourmet program information in the program list.
In this embodiment, the number of pieces of information of the television program to be watched may include one or more, and the number of pieces of multimedia information corresponding to each piece of information of the television program to be watched may also include one or more.
Alternatively, step 201 may include: and the server receives the information of the television program to be watched, which is sent by the client. The client can acquire the information of the television programs to be watched by the user and send the information of the television programs to be watched to the server. The client can acquire the information of the television program to be watched by the user in two ways, which is specifically as follows:
the client acquires the information of the television program which is being watched, and predicts the information of the television program which is about to be watched according to the information of the television program which is being watched. Specifically, the client can obtain the station caption of the television program being watched, identify the channel of the television program being watched through the station caption of the television program being watched, and determine the information of the television program being watched according to the program list and the channel of the television program being watched; or the client can identify the television program information being watched through an audio fingerprint technology or a video fingerprint technology. In this embodiment, the television program to be watched and the television program being watched are different television programs or the same television program. For the case where the television program to be watched is the same as the television program being watched, for example: the information of the television program being watched is information of live broadcast of a certain football game, if the live broadcast of the football game lasts for a long time, the client can predict that the information of the television program to be watched is still the information of the live broadcast of the football game, or if the information of the television program being watched is the 1 st episode of a certain television play, and the broadcast of the television play lasts for a long time, the client can predict that the information of the television program to be watched is still the same episode of the television play. For the situation that the tv program to be watched is different from the tv program being watched, the client identifies that the tv program information being watched by the user is the 1 st episode of a certain drama, and the episode of the tv program is about to be played, and can know that the food program will be played after the episode of the tv program is played according to the program table.
Or the client predicts the information of the television program to be watched according to the program list and the watching history information. Specifically, the client may predict the information of the television program to be watched from the program table according to the viewing history information. For example: the user likes to watch the gourmet programs, the watching history information comprises the received gourmet program information, the program list comprises the same gourmet programs, and the server can predict that the television program information to be watched is the gourmet program information in the program list.
It should be noted that: in the above step 201, three methods for acquiring the information of the television program to be watched by the user by the server are listed, and in practical applications, other methods may also be adopted to acquire the information of the television program to be watched. For example, the television program to be watched can be directly confirmed according to the previously known broadcasting time of the television program of each channel and the time information.
Step 202, the server obtains the device information of the client.
In this embodiment, the device information may include: geographic location and/or device parameter information. The geographic location is used to indicate a region where a user using the client is located, for example: the geographic location may be Beijing or Shanghai. Wherein the device parameter information may include: and displaying the resolution and/or the operating system information, and the server can select the played multimedia information according to the equipment parameter information and send the multimedia information to the client.
And step 203, the server determines multimedia information corresponding to the information of the television program to be watched according to the equipment information.
In this embodiment, the multimedia information may include advertisements or program related information.
For example: the geographical position is Beijing, the television program information to be watched is a certain food program information, the multimedia information is an advertisement, the server can determine that the advertisement corresponding to the food program information is a five-fold advertisement of a Beijing branch store of a certain restaurant, and the display resolution of the advertisement corresponding to the food program information is the display resolution included in the equipment information.
For example: the geographical position is Shanghai, the television program information to be watched is the food program information, the multimedia information is the advertisement, the server can determine that the advertisement corresponding to the food program information is a six-fold advertisement of the Shanghai branch of the restaurant, and the display resolution of the advertisement corresponding to the food program information is the display resolution included in the equipment information.
As can be seen from the above example, for the same tv program to be watched, the advertisement content for the same restaurant is different due to the different geographical locations of the clients. And the display resolution of the advertisement may be different for different clients.
Step 204, the server judges whether the multimedia information is stored in advance on the client according to the sending history record stored by the server or reported by the client, if not, step 205 is executed; if so, go to step 207.
The sending history record is a record of the server sending the multimedia information to the client. In this embodiment, the server may store the transmission history; alternatively, the client may report the transmission history to the server periodically. The server determines whether the multimedia information is pre-stored on the client according to the sending history, if it is determined that the multimedia information is not pre-stored on the client, it indicates that the server has not sent the multimedia information to the client, or the server has sent the multimedia information to the client and the client has deleted the client information, at this time, the server needs to execute step 205; if the multimedia information is pre-stored on the client, which indicates that the server has sent the multimedia information to the client and the client stores the multimedia information, the server does not need to execute the step of sending the multimedia information to the client again.
Step 205, the server sends the multimedia information to the client.
In this embodiment, step 205 may include: the server can directly push the multimedia information to the client. Alternatively, step 205 may further include: the server sends the download address of the multimedia information to the client, the client sends a download request according to the download address, and the server sends the multimedia information to the client according to the received download request. In practical applications, one of the two transmission methods may be selected according to information such as storage capability, calculation capability, and/or network connection status of the client. For example: if the storage capacity, the computing capacity and/or the network connection state of the client side are good, the server can directly push the multimedia information to the client side; if the storage capacity, the computing capacity and/or the network connection state of the client are in a common state or poor states, the server can firstly send the download address of the multimedia information to the client, and the client sends a download request to the server according to the download address at a proper time, so that the server sends the multimedia information to the client according to the received download request, and in this case, the client can automatically determine the time for downloading the multimedia information.
Therefore, the server realizes the pre-pushing of the multimedia information to the client.
Step 206, the client stores the multimedia information.
After the client receives the multimedia information, the client needs to store the multimedia information in advance to play the multimedia information when needed because the multimedia information does not need to be played immediately.
Step 207, the server sends a play instruction to the client.
The playing instruction is used for instructing the client to play the multimedia information which is stored in the client in advance at the set time. The set time point can be set to a certain time point in the process of playing the television program which is predicted to be watched in advance by the television, and for the server, the server can identify the playing progress of the television programs of all channels and know the specific playing time of all the television programs.
And step 208, the client plays the multimedia information according to the playing instruction.
In this embodiment, when the television set plays the television program corresponding to the multimedia information, the multimedia information is played.
Step 209, the client deletes the multimedia message.
Preferably, the client can delete the multimedia information immediately after playing the multimedia information. Or in practical application, the client can temporarily store the multimedia information and delete the multimedia information periodically according to the storage capacity of the client.
In this embodiment, the client may be disposed on the smart television, the smart set-top box, or the mobile terminal. The television for playing the television program can be an intelligent television or a television connected with an intelligent set-top box. The mobile terminal may include: a cell phone, a tablet computer, MP4, or a portable computer, etc.
If the ue includes a mobile terminal, step 2011a may include: the server receives the television program information which is being watched and sent by the mobile terminal, and the television program information which is being watched is obtained by the mobile terminal from the intelligent television or the television connected with the intelligent set top box. The intelligent television or the television connected with the intelligent set-top box can transmit the information of the television program being watched to the mobile terminal through a short-distance communication technology, for example: the short-distance communication technology is wifi technology.
Or the mobile terminal records the television program being watched from the intelligent television or the television connected with the intelligent set top box, and acquires the information of the television program being watched according to the television program being watched. Specifically, the mobile terminal records a television program being watched from an intelligent television or a television connected with an intelligent set top box, acquires a station caption of the television program being watched through the recorded television program being watched, identifies a channel where the television program being watched is located through the station caption of the television program being watched, and determines information of the television program being watched according to a program list and the channel where the television program being watched is located; or the mobile terminal records the television program being watched from the intelligent television or the television connected with the intelligent set top box, and identifies the television program information being watched through an audio fingerprint technology or a video fingerprint technology according to the television program being watched.
If the client comprises a mobile terminal, step 2012a may include: and the server receives watching history information sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the watching history information is acquired by the mobile terminal from an intelligent television or a television connected with an intelligent set top box. The smart television or the television connected with the smart set-top box can transmit the watching history information to the mobile terminal through a short-distance communication technology, for example: the short-range communication technology is Wi-Fi technology.
According to the technical scheme of the information pushing method, the server obtains the information of the television program to be watched by the user, determines the multimedia information corresponding to the information of the television program to be watched, and sends the multimedia information to the client. The server or the client predicts the information of the television program to be watched according to the information of the television program which is watched by the user or according to the program list and the watching history information of the user, and determines the multimedia information corresponding to the information of the television program to be watched according to the equipment information of the client, wherein the multimedia information combines the information of the television program to be watched and the characteristics of the user, thereby realizing the purpose of pushing personalized multimedia information to the client.
