Abstract

本发明涉及一种一点燃无害烧烤炭块,特点在于不含有毒助燃剂,燃烧时无烟、无异味、无公害。烧烤炭块由上点火层和下本体层组成。上点火层由煤粉、炭素物质、硝酸锶、硝酸钾和粘合剂等按一定比例组合而成,下本体层由煤粉、矿渣、木炭和粘合剂等按一定比例组合而成。烧烤炭为方块形,方块上开有按一定规律布置的圆形和十字形通成。根据本发明内容,即可制成一点燃烧烤炭块。最后将产品用塑料薄膜热塑紧固封装,既便于运输、携带,又清洁卫生。使用时用一根火柴即可点燃,几分钟内上火苗即可进行烧烤食品或烹煮食物,是庭院及旅游烧烤的最佳燃料。

Description

一点燃无害烧烤炭块
本发明涉及一种不加任何有毒添加剂,燃烧时无烟、无异味、无公害的优质烧烤炭块,属固体燃料技术领域。
传统的烧烤、火锅用易燃炭球(或块),需要从其下部用纸张、木材或其他易燃材料将其引燃,引燃过程中冒出的烟气含有毒有害物质,不仅污染环境,而且浪费能源。因而近几十年来研制了一种上点火易燃炭块,引燃过程中将烟气中的有害物质如CO及有机挥发分等充分燃烧,减少大气污染,又充分利用能源。如中国专利88100233.X,发明名称为"上点火易燃炭",研制的是上层为点火层,下层为本体层的上燃式块状燃料。但目前国内外此类产品主要有以下不足之处:(1)点火层的助燃剂以有毒的硝酸盐Ba(NOa)2为主,其用量大,易对人体造成危害,而且硝酸钡燃烧后以BaO残留在灰分中,也有一定的毒性,造成环境污染。(2)本体层一般为单一的炭素物质(煤,木炭之类),这样对煤质(含硫量、煤着火温度、挥发分等)要求高,必须用优质煤和较多的炭化灰物质,以改善环境污染和降低煤的着火温度,造成原材料的局限。(3)易燃炭的点火孔呈园形,着火活性差不易点燃。(4)易燃炭所用的粘合剂为淀粉或羧甲基纤维素,吸水性强,防潮性差,贮存时间长了不易着火。
本发明的目的是研制一种一点燃无害烧烤炭块,使其具有既能用一根火柴就可点燃,又不含有毒物质,燃烧时无公害,原材料来源广泛,防潮性能好,耐贮存等优点。
本发明的内容是:一点燃无毒烧烤炭块是由点火层和本体层组成,点火层在上,本体层在下层。本发明针对传统烧炭的不足,在助燃剂的选择、本体层的配方、粘剂的组成以及烧烤炭的通孔结构和点火孔的形状等多方位的进行了改进,下面详细说明。点火层和本体层中所含的成分及各组分所占的重量百分比为:
(1)点火层
a.煤粉:30-50%
b.木炭粉(或锯未炭或谷壳灰):20-40%
c.硝酸锶:24%-30%
d.硝酸钾(或氯酸钾或过氯酸钾或高锰酸钾):1%-5%
e.粘合剂:1%-3%
各组份的总和为100%。
(2)本体层
a.煤粉:75%-90%
b.矿渣:5%-20%
c.粘合剂:2%-5%
各组份的总和为100%。
上述点火层中,以无毒的硝酸盐Sr(NO3)2为主要助燃剂,配合硝酸钾等硝酸盐或氯酸盐或过氯酸盐或高锰酸盐。
上述点火层和本体层中的粘合剂是由有机防水胶与淀粉按一定比例配制成的,有机防水胶与淀粉的配比为0.1-0.3∶1。这种粘合剂强度高,而且防潮性能好,利于烧烤炭块贮存。
上述本体层中所加矿渣为合成配料,其中主要成份为:K2O  2%-10%,SiO2 3%-16%,MnO2 15%-40%,Fe2O3 5%-25%,MgO 3%-5%,CaO 5%-30%,Ae2O3 4%-6%。其余为任意金属氧化物或无机盐。
经测试证明,在烧烤炭中加入上述矿渣后,能降低煤的着火温度100-200℃,测试结果见图1。另外还能降低燃烧时有害气体如一氧化碳等的排放量,促使燃烧完全,减少大气污染,测试结果见图2。
本体层的成份中,还可以含有木炭等炭化灰物质,各组份的重量百分比为:
煤粉:  75%-90%
矿渣:  5%-20%
木炭:  1%-30%
粘合剂:2%-5%
各组份的总和为100%。
采用本发明的成份、配比做成的烧烤炭,其形状为方块形,沿方块的四边均布有园形通孔,方块中心为十字形通孔,该通孔的上部有一凹台。中心的十字形通孔和四周的园形通孔之间开有十字形和园形相间的通孔。十字形孔为点火孔,有四个点火棱角,其点火活性强,首先在棱角处着火,然后迅速向四面扩散火苗。采取这种结构,使整块烧烤炭外形美观,结构牢固。最后的成品用塑料薄膜热塑紧固封装,既清沽又卫生,便于运输、携带,是旅游烧烤的佳品。

下面介绍本发明的实施例。

将烧烤炭块的各组分,分别粉碎至40-100目,按实施例配比称重配料,然后倒入事先配制好的粘合剂一起搅均、混捏,在成型机中压制成方块状烧烤炭块,在120-150℃的烘干窑中烘数小时,恒重后取出包装。其中粘合剂中所用的有机防水胶是商品名为706胶。

Claims (2)

1.一种一点燃无害烧烤炭块,由上点火层和下本体层组成,点火层的成份为炭素物质、助燃剂和粘合剂,本体层的成份为炭素物质和粘合剂,其特征在于所述的点火层中的炭素物质为煤粉和本炭粉或锯未炭或谷壳灰中的任何一种,助燃剂以硝酸锶为主剂,粘合剂为有机防水胶和淀粉配制而成,有机防水胶与淀粉的重量配比为0.1-0.3∶1;所述的本体层成份中,还有矿渣;上述各组份在点火层和本体层中的重量百分比含量为:
(1)点火层
a.煤粉:30%-50%
b.木炭15粉或锯未炭或谷壳灰;  20%-40%
c.硝酸锶:24%-30%
d.硝酸钾或氯酸钾或过氯酸钾或高锰酸钾:  1%-5%
e.粘合剂:1%-3%
各组份的总和为100%。
(2)本体层
a.煤粉:75%-90%
b.矿渣:5%-20%,该矿渣中含MnO2 15%-40%
c.粘合剂:2%-5%
各组份的总和为100%。
2.一种一点燃无害烧烤炭块,由上点火层和下本体层组成,点火层的成份为炭素物质、助燃剂和粘合剂,本体层的成份为炭素物质和粘合剂,其特征在于所述的点火层中的炭素物质为煤粉和本炭粉或锯未炭或谷壳灰中的任何一种,助燃剂以硝酸锶为主剂,粘合剂为有机防水胶和淀粉配制而成,有机防水胶与淀粉的重量配比为0.1-0.3∶1;所述的本体层成份中,还有矿渣;上述各组份在点火层和本体层中的重量百分比含量为:
