本发明涉及一种长丝纤维反射缝毡,其特征是:包括玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层,在玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层之间设置铝箔层;所述玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层的厚度分别为10~30mm所述保温底层为玻璃纤维毡或玻璃纤维布。所述玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层的密度分别为120kg/m3。本发明所述长丝纤维反射缝毡采用玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层之间设置铝箔层,并且合理控制玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层的厚度,一方面可以提高长丝纤维反射缝毡的强度,不但不影响长丝纤维反射缝毡在使用时的卷绕,还可降低热量的对流和辐射传递,提高施工效率,具有良好的保温效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝热保温材料,尤其是一种长丝纤维反射缝毡,属于绝热保温材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在各项生产、生活中人们节能的意识不断提高,保温包覆材料被大量使用于各种工业管道、窑炉、建筑物等。现有常用的保温材料如石棉、玻璃纤维毡或玻璃纤维布等,为了提高保温效果大多采用增加材料厚度的手段,但采用该种方式时由于材料本身厚度增加,当保温材料需要包覆在管道上时,就会影响包覆效果和包覆的层数。
现有技术中铝箔在隔热保温材料中具有一定的应用,一般通过在芯材的表面设置涂层铝箔后制成复合材料,保护芯材的同时又具有一定的保温性能。铝箔层不仅增加了材料整体的机械强度,使得复合板具有更加优异的可塑性,铝箔表层还可以增加材料的外观美感度。但现有技术中应用于保温材料时,是将铝箔设置于保温材料表面,制作成保温板用于平面的隔热保温;对于一些需要弯曲卷绕的管道、窑炉等不适用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种长丝纤维反射缝毡,提高保温材料强度的同时,实现了铝箔对各种管道的保温,提高保温效果且易于施工。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述长丝纤维反射缝毡,其特征是:包括玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层,在玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层之间设置铝箔层;所述玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层的厚度分别为10~30mm
所述保温底层为玻璃纤维毡或玻璃纤维布。
所述玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层的密度分别为120kg/m3
本发明所述长丝纤维反射缝毡采用玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层之间设置铝箔层,并且合理控制玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层的厚度,一方面可以提高长丝纤维反射缝毡的强度,不但不影响长丝纤维反射缝毡在使用时的卷绕,还可降低热量的对流和辐射传递,提高施工效率,并具有良好的保温效果。

如图1所示:所述长丝纤维反射缝毡包括玻璃纤维毡保温面层1、保温底层2、铝箔层3等。

为了在使用时不影响长丝纤维反射缝毡包裹于管道等保温体上,玻璃纤维毡保温面层1和保温底层2的厚度和密度需要严格控制;所述玻璃纤维毡保温面层1和保温底层2的厚度分别为10~30mm,玻璃纤维毡保温面层1和保温底层2的密度分别为120kg/m3
所述玻璃纤维毡保温面层1和保温底层2采用连续玻璃纤维制成。
本发明所述长丝纤维反射缝毡采用玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层之间设置铝箔层,并且合理控制玻璃纤维毡保温面层和保温底层的厚度,一方面可以提高长丝纤维反射缝毡的强度,不但不影响长丝纤维反射缝毡在使用时的卷绕,还可降低热量的对流和辐射传递,提高施工效率,并具有良好的保温效果。本发明所述纳米复合缝毡的导热系数≤0.030W/m·k。

1.一种长丝纤维反射缝毡,其特征是:包括玻璃纤维毡保温面层(1)和保温底层(2),在玻璃纤维毡保温面层(1)和保温底层(2)之间设置铝箔层(3);所述玻璃纤维毡保温面层(1)和保温底层(2)的厚度分别为10~30mm
如权利要求1所述的长丝纤维反射缝毡,其特征是:所述保温底层(2)为玻璃纤维毡或玻璃纤维布。
