Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种真空式墙体阻燃保温板,它包括芯层和表面封闭层,其中芯层为孔隙状,表面封闭层将芯层全部封闭起来,封闭后芯层内的孔隙抽为真空状态。本实用新型由于芯层设为多孔真空状态,热传导系数少,减少了热对流,表层设有反光层,减少了热辐射,所以保温效果好。加上芯层为阻燃材料,所以避免了墙体火灾事故的发生。

本实用新型涉及建材领域,尤其涉及墙体保温材料。 
背景技术
目前,墙体阻燃保温板,大都是用阻燃隔热材料或多孔无机材料直接加工成板材。虽然有一定的隔热保温性,但受材料导热性、空气对流和热辐射的影响,仍达不到人们满足的保温效果。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种保温效果好的真空式墙体阻燃保温板。 
一种真空式墙体阻燃保温板,它包括芯层和不透气的封闭层,其中芯层为孔隙状,表面封闭层将芯层全部封闭起来,封闭后芯层内的孔隙抽为真空状态。 
上述的芯层可为松散状的无机保温材料,如玻化微球,珍珠岩等。松散状的无机保温材料在真空包装下形成具有抗弯强度的板状体。 
上述的芯层可为具有一定支撑性的阻燃纤维胎体,如玻纤胎体、石棉胎体。 
上述的芯层可为多孔结构的蜂窝状板材,如蜂窝状石膏板、蜂窝状岩棉板、蜂窝状硅酸钙板等。要求在满足抗弯强度的前提下增加孔隙度。 
上述表面封闭层优先选用不透气塑料膜。 
为了减少表面热辐射,增加保温效果,封闭层表面再设有反光层,反光层如复合铝箔,镀铝膜等。 
为了提高装饰效果,在反光层表面加工有装饰层。 
这种真空式墙体阻燃保温板的积极效果是:由于芯层设为多孔真空状态,热传导系数少,减少了热对流,表层设有反光层,减少了热辐射,所以保温效 果好。加上芯层为阻燃材料,所以避免了墙体火灾事故的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的真空式墙体阻燃保温板是在不透气的封闭层2内包封有芯层1,芯层1为孔隙状,封闭层2将芯层1全部封闭起来后将孔隙抽为真空状态。 
生产时,如果芯层1的材料是松散状的,应将松散的物料摊平再抽真空,抽真空后表面封闭层2紧紧收缩,板材即达到一定的抗弯强度。 
图2是带有反光层的实施例的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,它是在封闭层2表面设有反光层3,反光层3选用复合铝箔,镀铝膜等。设反光层的目的是为了减少表面热辐射,增加保温效果。 
图3是带有装饰层的实施例的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,它是在封闭层2的正面加工有装饰层4。装饰层4可为粘贴的装饰板,亦可为喷涂的真石漆。 
实施例中的芯层1的材料,包括以下材料中的任何一种:玻化微珠,珍珠岩,玻纤胎,石棉胎,多孔结构的蜂窝状板材如:蜂窝状石膏板、蜂窝状岩棉板、蜂窝状硅酸钙板。 
实施例中的不透气封闭层2优先选用不透气塑料膜。 
为了减少表面热辐射,增加保温效果,塑料膜表面设有反光层3,反光层3如复合铝箔,镀铝膜等。

1.一种真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,它包括芯层和不透气的封闭层,其中芯层为孔隙状,封闭层将芯层全部封闭起来,封闭后芯层内的孔隙抽为真空状态。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,所述的芯层为松散状的无机保温材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,所述的芯层为具有支撑性的阻燃纤维胎体。
4.如权利要求1所述的真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,所述的芯层为多孔结构的蜂窝状板材。
5.如权利要求1所述的真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,所述的不透气封闭层为不透气塑料膜。
6.如权利要求1-5任一所述的真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,在封闭层表面设有反光层。
7.如权利要求6所述的真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,在反光层表面加工有装饰层。
8.如权利要求1-5任一所述的真空式墙体阻燃保温板,其特征在于,在封闭层的正面加工有装饰层。
