背景技术
废塑料则是在民用、工业等用途中,使用过且最终淘汰或替换下来的塑料的统称。它按再利用途径的不同可分为:再生塑料、再加工塑料、回收塑料、可重复使用塑料、可回收再利用塑料、不可回收再利用塑料。再生塑料:经工厂模塑、挤塑等预先加工后,用边角料或不合格模制品在二次加工厂再加工制备的热塑性塑料。 许多规范中再生塑料限于清洁塑料使用,它满足对新料规定的要求,而且其产品质量实际相当于由新料制得的产品。 再加工塑料 :由非原加工者,用废弃的工业塑料制备的热塑性塑料。回收塑料:由经清洗和粉碎的废弃制品制得的塑料;广义而言,回收塑料指边角料或废弃制品的任何再利用,包括热解回收有用的原始化学物质,回收塑料可以再配或不再配填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等。 可重复使用塑料: 成型后制品可以多次重复使用,且性能满足相关规定的要求的塑料。 可回收再利用塑料: 废弃后,允许被回收,并经过一定处理后,可再加工利用的一类塑料。不可回收再利用塑料:废弃后,不允许被回收再加工利用的一类塑料。 阻燃废塑料是改性塑料的一种,是指在废塑料基础上,经过填充、共混、增强等方法加工,提高了阻燃性的塑料。目前,以废塑料生产的阻燃塑料较少,且阻燃效果较差。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种可再生阻燃废旧塑料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂5~8份,废塑料60~80份,氯化石蜡5~10份,灰云母氧化铁3~6份,硼酸锌5~10份,粘合剂 3~7份,硅烷偶联剂2~6份,乙醇乙醚醋酸酯8~15份,稀释剂3~6份,相容剂7-11份。
上述的可再生阻燃废旧塑料,其特征是:所述废塑料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯及聚氯乙烯中的一种或几种。
本发明可再生阻燃废旧塑料的优点是:本发明以废塑料改性再生,使改性后的废塑料具有阻燃性,能阻止塑料引燃或抑制火焰蔓延。可广泛应用于化工、日用品、家电等各行各业中。技术简便、操作简单,集清洁、粉碎、混合、着色、改性一次性进行。能减少污染,低碳、无害及资源化。提高产品的附加值。
