本发明提供一种回收塑料制备的管材,由下列重量份数的原料组成:废旧回收塑料100-110份,增韧剂5-20份,亚磷酸酯0.1-2份,丙烯酸树脂1-10份,亚硝酸盐0.01-0.05份,硬脂酸钡0.01-0.03份,色料1-4份,相容剂3-6份。所述废旧回收塑料包括高密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯;所述增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体、氯化聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种;所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。本发明制得的塑料管材成本低廉,韧性、抗老化性和润滑性好,且使用寿命长,节约资源,适用于给排水、农业灌溉等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排水排污管道管材,具体涉及一种回收塑料制备的管材。
背景技术
目前城市地下排污管道主要混凝土和铸铁制造,存在密闭性差、笨重、液体流动阻力大,容易附着污染物造成堵塞,同时它们在承受负载或地面下沉时容易脆裂,且铸铁管道易受到废水的腐蚀,使用寿命短。塑料管材以它轻便、省料,优质、防腐,摩擦阻力小、使用寿命长等优点,在市政工程给排水、农业灌溉等领域已得到广泛的应用,但是全塑料的管道设计成本较高。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种回收塑料制备的管材,利用废旧回收塑料以降低管材的成本,同时保证管材的韧性、抗老化性和润滑性,且使用寿命长。
技术方案:本发明提供一种回收塑料制备的管材,由下列重量份数的原料组成:废旧回收塑料100-110份,增韧剂5-20份,亚磷酸酯0.1-2份,丙烯酸树脂1-10份,亚硝酸盐0.01-0.05份,硬脂酸钡0.01-0.03份,色料1-4份,相容剂3-6份。
所述废旧回收塑料包括高密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯;所述增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体、氯化聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种;所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
本发明提供的一种回收塑料制备的管材的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将上述各原料按照重量份数加入挤出机中进行高速熔融捏合混炼10-30min,由挤出机挤出进入挤出模具中,在170-185℃下挤压塑化并在成型机中成型,通过再加热成型装置对圆度进行再加工,然后通过冷却装置冷却定型,再通过对管材进行牵引,提高其拉伸应力,最后按需要进行切割。
有益效果:由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,制得的塑料管材成本低廉,韧性、抗老化性和润滑性好,且使用寿命长,节约资源,适用于给排水、农业灌溉等领域。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但本发明并不因此局限于下述实施例。
实施例1
本发明一种回收塑料制备的管材,由下列重量份数的原料组成:废旧回收塑料100-110份,增韧剂5份,亚磷酸酯0.1份,丙烯酸树脂1份,亚硝酸盐0.01份,硬脂酸钡0.01份,色料1份,相容剂3份。
将上述各原料按照重量份数加入挤出机中进行高速熔融捏合混炼10-30min,由挤出机挤出进入挤出模具中,在170-185℃下挤压塑化并在成型机中成型,通过再加热成型装置对圆度进行再加工,然后通过冷却装置冷却定型,再通过对管材进行牵引,提高其拉伸应力,最后按需要进行切割。

将上述各原料按照重量份数加入挤出机中进行高速熔融捏合混炼10-30min,由挤出机挤出进入挤出模具中,在170-185℃下挤压塑化并在成型机中成型,通过再加热成型装置对圆度进行再加工,然后通过冷却装置冷却定型,再通过对管材进行牵引,提高其拉伸应力,最后按需要进行切割。
实施例3
本发明一种回收塑料制备的管材,由下列重量份数的原料组成:废旧回收塑料100-110份,增韧剂20份,亚磷酸酯2份,丙烯酸树脂10份,亚硝酸盐0.05份,硬脂酸钡0.03份,色料4份,相容剂6份。
将上述各原料按照重量份数加入挤出机中进行高速熔融捏合混炼10-30min,由挤出机挤出进入挤出模具中,在170-185℃下挤压塑化并在成型机中成型,通过再加热成型装置对圆度进行再加工,然后通过冷却装置冷却定型,再通过对管材进行牵引,提高其拉伸应力,最后按需要进行切割。
对上述各实施例所得管材的相关性能进行测试,测试结果如下:

1.一种回收塑料制备的管材,其特征在于由下列重量份数的原料组成:废旧回收塑料100-110份,增韧剂5-20份,亚磷酸酯0.1-2份,丙烯酸树脂1-10份,亚硝酸盐0.01-0.05份,硬脂酸钡0.01-0.03份,色料1-4份,相容剂3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回收塑料制备的管材,其特征在于所述废旧回收塑料包括高密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的回收塑料制备的管材,其特征在于所述增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体、氯化聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的回收塑料制备的管材,其特征在于所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
