Abstract

一种散热器智能输送装置,是由左电机、螺旋杆、圆柱管、斜坡板,传送带、后轮、后轮电机、前轮、支架、挡板雨刷、圆桶组成,左电机在一定的速度下控制螺旋杆旋转,从装散热器的圆桶内使散热器上升,使其整齐的通过斜坡板滑落到传送带上,后轮电机带动传送带运动,传送带将散热器传送到挡板雨刷时,挡板雨刷使散热器横列在传送带上,输送到指定位置进行打孔处理,然后把打孔处理后的散热器输送到收集圆桶内。该发明的有益之处是:可辅助输送并放置散热器。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送装置,具体的说是一种散热器智能输送装置。
背景技术
散热器在电子设备中应用比较广泛,在散热器的加工过程中,因目前没有自动化输送装置,需要人工手动放置,严重浪费劳动力,效率低。现代工厂自动化加工要求,散热器的输送放置应方便灵活,迫切需要一种辅助放置装置,但目前市场上没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种散热器智能输送放置装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现的:一种散热器智能输送装置,其结构是由左电机、螺旋杆、圆柱管、斜坡板,传送带、后轮、后轮电机、前轮、支架、挡板雨刷和圆桶组成,左电机控制螺旋杆旋转,从装散热器的圆桶内使散热器上升,使其整齐的通过斜坡板滑落到传送带上,后轮电机带动传送带运动,传送带将散热器传送到挡板雨刷时,挡板雨刷使散热器横列在传送带上,输送到指定位置进行打孔处理,然后把打孔处理后的散热器输送到收集圆桶内。
该发明的有益之处是:可辅助输送并放置散热器。

具体实施方式
一种散热器智能输送装置,是由1左电机、2螺旋杆、3圆柱管、4斜坡板,5传送带、后轮、6后轮电机、7前轮、8支架、9挡板雨刷、11圆桶组成,1左电机在一定的速度下控制2螺旋杆旋转,从装散热器的11圆桶内使散热器上升,使其整齐的通过4斜坡板滑落到5传送带上,6后轮电机带动5传送带运动,5传送带将散热器传送到9挡板雨刷时,9挡板雨刷使散热器横列在5传送带上,输送到指定位置进行打孔处理,然后把打孔处理后的散热器输送到收集11圆桶内。从而完成散热器的输送放置。

1.一种散热器智能输送装置,其特征在于:是由左电机、螺旋杆、圆柱管、斜坡板,传送带、后轮、后轮电机、前轮、支架、挡板雨刷和圆桶组成,左电机控制螺旋杆旋转,从装散热器的圆桶内使散热器上升,使其整齐的通过斜坡板滑落到传送带上,后轮电机带动传送带运动,传送带将散热器传送到挡板雨刷时,挡板雨刷使散热器横列在传送带上,输送到指定位置进行打孔处理,然后把打孔处理后的散热器输送到收集圆桶内。
