本发明涉及了一种护套水槽压缆器,包括水槽,所述水槽上两端对称设置有支架,所述支架由固定支架、底座和连接在底座上的左右调节手柄组成,所述底座上通过螺母固定有压盖和螺纹杆固定支架,所述压盖下设置有调节支架,所述调节支架通过螺纹连接有上下调节螺纹杆,所述左右调节手柄上连接有左右调节螺纹杆,所述底座底部通过螺母固定有夹紧模块,所述夹紧模块通过夹紧螺纹杆和夹紧手柄连接。本发明的优点是:这种护套水槽压缆器为塑料导辊,并根据电线电缆的外径可进行上下左右调节,确保缆芯沉于冷却水中得到充分冷却,且防止缆芯左右浮动而刮伤护套表。

Description

一种护套水槽压缆器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电线电缆挤塑机组冷却水槽内用的压缆装置,具体涉及一种压住电线电缆浮出水面的装置。
背景技术
一般情况下,电线电缆由金属材料和塑料材料组成,电线电缆的密度比水的密度要大。在电线电缆的塑料护套挤出制造过程中,缆芯会自动下沉埋于冷却水中,确保电线电缆的塑料护套在挤出后得到充分冷却。正因为如此,目前行业内用于制造电线电缆的挤塑机组,在冷却水槽内只配置了预防电线电缆下沉划伤的挡缆辊装置。
    随着社会数字信息化的高速发展,对电线电缆的传输频率及带宽的要求越来越高,发泡结构的电线电缆随之应运而出。然而,部分发泡结构的电线电缆的密度比水的密度要小,在电线电缆的塑料护套挤出制造过程中,缆芯会上浮而不埋于冷却水中,导致电线电缆护套表面起筋不光洁。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可防止发泡结构电线电缆在护套挤出过程中缆芯浮于冷却水上的护套水槽压缆器。
为达到上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采取的方案是:
这种护套水槽压缆器,包括水槽,所述水槽上两端对称设置有支架,所述支架由固定支架、底座和连接在底座上的左右调节手柄组成,所述底座上通过螺母固定有压盖和螺纹杆固定支架,所述压盖下设置有调节支架,所述调节支架通过螺纹连接有上下调节螺纹杆,所述左右调节手柄上连接有左右调节螺纹杆,所述底座底部通过螺母固定有夹紧模块,所述夹紧模块通过夹紧螺纹杆和夹紧手柄连接。
进一步地,所述固定支架通过两个螺母固定在调节支架上,所述上下调节螺纹杆与固定支架的光孔配合。
更近一步地,所述左右调节螺纹杆与螺纹杆固定支架、调节支架之间为螺纹连接。
更近一步地,所述支架中间设置有导辊,所述导辊的中心轴与上下调节螺纹杆底部的光孔相配合,所述导辊下方设置有电线电缆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:这种护套水槽压缆器为塑料导辊,并根据电线电缆的外径可进行上下左右调节,确保缆芯沉于冷却水中得到充分冷却,且防止缆芯左右浮动而刮伤护套表面。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
图1、2所示一种护套水槽压缆器,包括水槽16,所述水槽16上两端对称设置有支架,所述支架由固定支架12、底座2和连接在底座2上的左右调节手柄1组成,所述底座2上通过螺母3固定有压盖5和螺纹杆固定支架7,所述压盖5下设置有调节支架8,调节支架8通过压盖5压住,确保调节支架8只可在压盖5下左右移动,所述调节支架8通过螺纹连接有上下调节螺纹杆6,所述左右调节手柄1上连接有左右调节螺纹杆4,所述底座2底部通过螺母3固定有夹紧模块11,所述夹紧模块11通过夹紧螺纹杆10和夹紧手柄9连接。
所述所述固定支架12通过两个螺母3固定在调节支架8上,所述上下调节螺纹杆6与固定支架12的光孔配合。
所述左右调节螺纹杆4与螺纹杆固定支架7、调节支架8之间为螺纹连接。
所述支架中间设置有导辊13,所述导辊13的中心轴14与上下调节螺纹杆6底部的光孔相配合,所述导辊13下方设置有电线电缆15。
这种护套水槽压缆器为塑料导辊,并根据电线电缆的外径可进行上下左右调节,确保缆芯沉于冷却水中得到充分冷却,且防止缆芯左右浮动而刮伤护套表面。

1.一种护套水槽压缆器,包括水槽(16),其特征在于:所述水槽(16)上两端对称设置有支架,所述支架由固定支架(12)、底座(2)和连接在底座(2)上的左右调节手柄(1)组成,所述底座(2)上通过螺母(3)固定有压盖(5)和螺纹杆固定支架(7),所述压盖(5)下设置有调节支架(8),所述调节支架(8)通过螺纹连接有上下调节螺纹杆(6),所述左右调节手柄(1)上连接有左右调节螺纹杆(4),所述底座(2)底部通过螺母(3)固定有夹紧模块(11),所述夹紧模块(11)通过夹紧螺纹杆(10)和夹紧手柄(9)连接,所述支架中间设置有导辊(13),所述导辊(13)的中心轴(14)与上下调节螺纹杆(6)底部的光孔相配合,所述导辊(13)下方设置有电线电缆(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护套水槽压缆器,其特征在于:所述固定支架(12)通过两个螺母(3)固定在调节支架(8)上,所述上下调节螺纹杆(6)与固定支架(12)的光孔配合。
