Abstract
本发明公开了一种石油管道挤塑机的上料装置,所述的石油管道挤塑机的上料装置包含一料仓和一料槽,所述的料仓的顶部设有一上料口,所述的料仓的底部设有一转动枢轴,所述的转动枢轴的两端分别设有一减震装置,所述的减震装置包含一减震轴杆,所述的减震轴杆的头部设有一连接圆筒,所述的减震轴杆上设有可拆卸的减震胶筒。本发明的石油管道挤塑机的上料装置利用减震轴杆上的可拆卸的减震胶筒,当料仓卸料发生倾斜时,能有效支撑料仓的背面,大大缓解料仓的形变,延展料仓的使用寿命。该石油管道挤塑机的上料装置结构简单,使用方便,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油管道的制造装置,更确切地说,是一种石油管道挤塑机的上料装置。
背景技术
石油管道是一种常见的专用管道设备,用于石油的管网输送。石油管道通常采用高分子材料挤塑成形,在石油管道挤塑机的操作的过程中,需要利用上料器进行上料和填料。现有的上料器在释放时,没有任何限位装置,料仓的底部容易发生挤压而破裂。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种石油管道挤塑机的上料装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种石油管道挤塑机的上料装置,所述的石油管道挤塑机的上料装置包含一料仓和一料槽,所述的料仓的顶部设有一上料口,所述的料仓的底部设有一转动枢轴,所述的转动枢轴的两端分别设有一减震装置,所述的减震装置包含一减震轴杆,所述的减震轴杆的头部设有一连接圆筒,所述的减震轴杆上设有可拆卸的减震胶筒。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的转动枢轴的两端分别设有一减震胶圈。
本发明的石油管道挤塑机的上料装置利用减震轴杆上的可拆卸的减震胶筒,当料仓卸料发生倾斜时,能有效支撑料仓的背面,大大缓解料仓的形变,延展料仓的使用寿命。该石油管道挤塑机的上料装置结构简单,使用方便,实用性强。

如图1至图3所示,本发明的石油管道挤塑机的上料装置,该石油管道挤塑机的上料装置1包含一料仓2和一料槽3,该料仓2的顶部设有一上料口4,该料仓2的底部设有一转动枢轴5,该转动枢轴5的两端分别设有一减震装置6,减震装置6包含一减震轴杆61,减震轴杆61的头部设有一连接圆筒62,减震轴杆61上设有可拆卸的减震胶筒63。
该转动枢轴5的两端分别设有一减震胶圈51。

1.一种石油管道挤塑机的上料装置,其特征在于,所述的石油管道挤塑机的上料装置(1)包含一料仓(2)和一料槽(3),所述的料仓(2)的顶部设有一上料口(4),所述的料仓(2)的底部设有一转动枢轴(5),所述的转动枢轴(5)的两端分别设有一减震装置(6),所述的减震装置(6)包含一减震轴杆(61),所述的减震轴杆(61)的头部设有一连接圆筒(62),所述的减震轴杆(61)上设有可拆卸的减震胶筒(63)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的石油管道挤塑机的上料装置,其特征在于,所述的转动枢轴(5)的两端分别设有一减震胶圈(51)。
