胆道蛔虫病是因蛔虫进入胆道而引起的一种蛔虫异位病，临床中广大农村常见，多发于儿童及青年，本病由饮食不洁、肠道感染机蛔虫所致，复因肌饱失常或因发热、脏腑寒湿等诱因，或累及胰腺，或犯肝脏，均可导致肝胆气郁，致使疼痛，肝气犯胃，胃气上送则恶心呕吐、胆道被阻、胆汁外溢、胃肠运化失司，蛔虫上窜钻入胆道而发此病，使用中药治疗胆道蛔虫病，取得了较好的疗效，而且副作用小，治疗成本低。

治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：麦冬6-10、玉竹3-5、神曲2-4、藿香1-3、猴头菌2-4、鸡内金2-4、乌梅1-3、当归4-6、桂枝8-10、黄柏3-5、黄连2-4、人参1-3、苦楝子5-7、使君子2-4、扁豆根6-8、远志2-4、海松子6-8、小茴香3-5、旋鸡尾1-3、老君须1-3、野苋菜6-8和兔耳风3-5。

实施例1：治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份（g）为：麦冬8、玉竹4、神曲3、藿香2、猴头菌3、鸡内金3、乌梅2、当归5、桂枝9、黄柏4、黄连3、人参2、苦楝子6、使君子3、扁豆根7、远志3、海松子7、小茴香4、旋鸡尾2、老君须2、野苋菜7和兔耳风4。
用量和用法：服用本发明的汤剂，每日一剂。
典型病例：
病例1：韩某，男，15岁，脘腹剧痛，时作呕吐，无发热，无黄疸，舌淡红苔微厚腻，脉弦，B超示胆道蛔虫，大便中见蛔虫卵，确诊为胆道蛔虫病，服用本发明中药10剂，腹痛明显减少，排出5条蛔虫，呕吐停止，继续服用7剂，痊愈，后经回访未复发。
病例2：冯某，男，12岁，腹痛、呕吐不止，检查确诊胆道蛔虫病，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，服用2剂后，腹痛、呕吐缓解，并排出3条小蛔虫，继续服用5剂后，腹痛、呕吐等症状完全消失。
病例3：张某，男，17岁，右上腹阵发性剧烈绞痛，无明显诱因，并伴有大汗、恶心、呕吐等症状，确诊为胆道蛔虫病，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，服用3剂后，即有蛔虫排出，腹痛、呕吐症状大大缓解，继续服用5剂后，腹痛完全消失，诸症消失。

1.一种治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：麦冬6-10、玉竹3-5、神曲2-4、藿香1-3、猴头菌2-4、鸡内金2-4、乌梅1-3、当归4-6、桂枝8-10、黄柏3-5、黄连2-4、人参1-3、苦楝子5-7、使君子2-4、扁豆根6-8、远志2-4、海松子6-8、小茴香3-5、旋鸡尾1-3、老君须1-3、野苋菜6-8和兔耳风3-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：麦冬8、玉竹4、神曲3、藿香2、猴头菌3、鸡内金3、乌梅2、当归5、桂枝9、黄柏4、黄连3、人参2、苦楝子6、使君子3、扁豆根7、远志3、海松子7、小茴香4、旋鸡尾2、老君须2、野苋菜7和兔耳风4。
