Description

Method of issuing payment units and method of use thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, computer and electronic commerce, in particular to a method for issuing a payment unit and a using method thereof.
Background
The sightseeing industry, known as a factory without a chimney, is a very important economic resource for countries with a serious shortage of resources in their reserves. In particular, the sightseeing industry today receives attention internationally as a strategic industry for guiding economic and social development, and france, italy, switzerland, the united states, which have been called sightseeing countries, have since a long time started to develop a lot of investments and policies for the development of the sightseeing industry of this country.
The root cause for the sightseeing industry to become a common policy goal in almost all countries of the world is the high foreign exchange rate, employment effectiveness, and environmental characteristics brought about by the sightseeing industry. Meanwhile, the importance of the sightseeing industry is increased in the aspect that the excellent culture and the positive image of a country can be widely spread overseas to improve the brand effect of the country.
Taking korea as an example, korea has promoted a sightseeing supporting policy in various fields in order to become a sightseeing center country in asia of the 21 st century, and in particular, has increased interest in korea due to the drama seriatim on korea and the korean stream heat tide of famous music combinations. However, even with such high-quality sightseeing resources, the scale of sightseeing collection and reimbursement of black characters is greatly reduced because of the lack of an accurate policy for efficiently utilizing the sightseeing resources, and the recent reality is that the scale of the black characters tends to be enlarged instead.
The scale of korean sightseeing revenue and expenditure deficit is gradually enlarged because, first, the increasing trend of foreign people from korea is relatively small not only compared to the increasing trend of foreign people; and the overall consumption scale of foreigners from korea cannot be increased greatly. In particular, in the latter case, when a visitor visiting a foreign country in korea sets up a sightseeing plan in advance, it is not easy to obtain sight spot information and position to be sightseeed, and to calculate the required cost or the like.
In addition, when a foreigner consumes a specific product and service provided in korea, the payment means is limited to cash or a personal credit card held by the foreigner, but in this case, the foreigner is not willing to consume if not necessarily because the foreigner cannot enjoy various benefits that the korean would enjoy when conducting a commercial transaction in korea, in addition to the non-tax of the product.
For this reason, a sightseeing information providing and paying system and method using a memory card are proposed in korean laid-open patent No. 2003-0094525, and a sightseeing function member card using electronic money and a paying system using them are proposed in korean laid-open patent No. 2004-0019659. These technologies are characterized by providing a payment unit that uses a card using a memory card or an IC chip to be able to utilize a charged amount or electronic money when purchasing a sightseeing good or service.
However, in these technologies, a foreigner must use a memory card or a payment unit mounted with an IC chip charged with a specific amount of money when conducting a commercial transaction in korea and paying the amount of money, and the amount of money needs to be limited to the amount charged on the memory card or the IC chip, and the memory card or the like needs to be replaced or the amount of money needed to be charged again when the charged amount of money is insufficient, thereby causing inconvenience.
In addition, these payment units can be used after foreign people enter korea, and thus there is no method of use at all before entering korea. Further, since these payment means are equal to the amount of money charged, the benefit that the korean would enjoy when the korean transacts business using the credit card cannot be enjoyed, and thus it is difficult to promote consumption by foreigners. In addition, although the credit transaction has been daily conducted in most countries around the world, foreign visitors from korea simply cannot enjoy the credit offer granted to korea by korean financial institutions when conducting business transactions.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but in describing embodiments of the present invention, detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted for matters which are not directly related to technical features of the present invention or which are obvious to those having ordinary knowledge in the technical fields described in the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow configuration diagram of a credit payment method of a foreign visitor according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic system configuration diagram of a credit payment method of a foreign visitor according to the present invention.
First, the foreign visitor 10 accesses the information management server 100 as shown in S110. The information management server 100 provides various tourist goods and services information which can be enjoyed domestically to a foreign tourist, and includes at least a foreign tourist person information DB unit 120, a home tourist goods/services DB unit 140, a communication unit 160, and a control unit 180.
The visitor information DB unit 120 manages information on the members of the visitor who travels in the country, and also manages information on products and services (hereinafter, referred to as products) selected by the visitor and a travel schedule in the country. The domestic sightseeing goods/service DB unit 140 stores various sightseeing goods which can be enjoyed by foreigners after entering the home, and each sightseeing goods is linked with each server of the domestic sightseeing goods service provider 400 which provides the sightseeing goods. The sightseeing commodity can be a single commodity or a package combining various single commodities. The communication unit 160 is a part for communicating with each server other than the information management server, and the control unit 180 controls the entire information management server.
The information management server 100 is linked to at least one home financial institution 200. The above-described home financial institution 200 functions similarly to a general domestic bank as an institution capable of generating and managing an account. The home financial institution 200 includes at least a foreign visitor information DB part 210, an account DB part 240, a weighting value calculation/accumulation part 260, and a credit index calculation/accumulation part 280.
The visitor information DB unit 210 manages visitor information of a visitor who has made an account, and the account DB unit 240 is a part for making and managing an account issued to the visitor and is composed of a temporary account DB unit 242 and a main account DB unit 246, and differences thereof will be described later. The weighted value calculation/accumulation unit 260 and the credit index calculation/accumulation unit 280 calculate and accumulate a weighted value and a credit index based on the amount of money paid by the foreign visitor, respectively, and manage them, and their specific functions will be described later.
After searching for various kinds of product information provided from the information management server 100 by the foreign tourist 10 who accesses the information management server 100 linked with each organization and provider as described above, any one of the products that meets the interest or the sightseeing purpose of the user is selected, as shown in S130. The commodity selected by the foreign tourist can be one of an air ticket, a hotel, a medical treatment and a tour, or can be formed by the combination of the air ticket, the hotel and the medical treatment and the tour.
The information management server 100 may also request the foreign visitor 10 to join the member before the step of selecting one of the commodities provided from the information management server 100 by the foreign visitor 10. The information requested to be provided when a member is added may include the nationality, name, emergency contact method, passport number, etc. of the foreign visitor 10, and these pieces of information are registered and managed in the foreign visitor information DB unit 120.
When the foreign visitor 10 selects a specific commodity, an account is generated from the home financial institution 200 and provided to the foreign visitor 10, and the foreign visitor 10 temporarily pays the amount of the selected commodity for the account (S220). In a general commercial transaction, payment is directly made for a selected product, but in the case of the present invention, payment is made in a manner of being accumulated in an account arbitrarily opened by a domestic financial institution. The account generated in the home financial institution 200 may be an account of a domestic branch institution or an account of a overseas branch institution of the domestic financial institution, which may be a country where foreign visitors are located. The temporary payment for the foreign visitor 10 may be made through a direct account transfer or may be made using a credit card. Thus, the foreign financial institution 20 of FIG. 2 may be a foreign bank or a foreign credit card company.
In the provisional payment step, if the amount of money paid by the foreign visitor 10 is normally deposited on the account issued by the home financial institution 200, the home financial institution 200 accumulates the amount of money (the amount of the commodity) provisionally paid by the foreign visitor 10 on the account by adding a weighted value to the amount of money (the amount of the commodity) as a reference (S230), and issues the payment means linked to the account in real time, in which the total amount of the payment amount and the weighted value is accumulated, to the foreign visitor 10 (S240).
The above-mentioned weight value is added in anticipation of the actual purchase of the product selected from the information management server by the foreign visitor after entering the home country, and may be varied according to the period between the date when the temporarily paid amount is paid into the account and the date when the actual payment is made by the payment means issued from the foreign visitor 10. The specific reference of the weighted value can comprehensively consider interest rate, exchange rate between countries, tax refund and the like. In the above-mentioned weighted value elements, the refund may include the presence or absence of a free tax according to the goods, the degree of the free tax of the goods, the presence or absence of an additional tax reduction, and the like. Therefore, an amount more than the amount temporarily paid by the foreign visitor is accumulated on the account of the foreign visitor 10.
This is to return the benefit of the period between the date of temporary payment in a state where no commodity is provided and the date of actual supply to the commodity to the foreign visitor, considering the case where there is a blank period between the date of temporary payment for the commodity selected by the foreign visitor and the date of supply to the commodity after the foreign visitor actually enters the house. That is, the foreign visitor can enjoy the benefit provided to the home person by the domestic financial institution even for the amount of money accumulated in the account. If the foreign visitors select the respective commodities and pay the respective commodities temporarily, it is obvious that they can enjoy the benefits of the weighted values according to the commodities and the payment date. The application, calculation, accumulation, and management of the above-described weighted values are performed by the weighted value calculation/accumulation unit 260 of the home financial institution 200.
On the other hand, in the step of giving the weight value as described above, the present invention does not exclude the case where the credit index is calculated for the foreign visitor 10 by the home financial institution 200 (S232). The credit index is a concept similar to a credit rating used by a domestic financial institution for internal evaluation of a person in the country, and the credit degree is evaluated in the case where a foreign visitor 10 provides a product temporarily paid in advance and actually pays the product.
Therefore, it is preferable that such credit indexes are newly generated and accumulated by foreign visitors each time they actually pay using the payment means, and the calculated credit indexes are managed independently of the amount of money accumulated in the account. However, if the visitor uses the system for the first time in the foreign country or the visitor has not made a financial transaction at the domestic financial institution, a credit index is generated on the date the visitor provides the provisionally paid goods and actually pays.
In order to guide the foreign visitors to actively purchase goods and to guide actual payment for the purchased goods, the domestic financial institution may also use a credit index in such a manner that a basic value of a prescribed value is provided when the foreign visitors purchase goods for the first time and a prescribed value is added to the basic value initially provided when the goods are actually paid. In addition, when a person in the country pays with a credit card, the credit index may be used in the same manner in a concept of points or scores as a way of providing points or scores (mileages) as a return for the payment. The application, calculation, accumulation, and management of the credit index are performed in the credit index calculation/accumulation unit 280 of the home financial institution 200.
The payment means may be constituted by a general card and linked in real time with an account on which the sum of the amount of temporary payment and the weighted value is accumulated. It is also apparent that the payment means may be linked to a weighted value managed independently of the sum of the temporarily paid amount and the accumulated amount of the weighted value.
The total sum of the provisional payment amount and the weighting value is accumulated in the account of the foreign visitor, and when the issuance of the payment means is completed, the foreign visitor enters the home country (S140) and receives the issued payment means (S260). In terms of the drawing of the payment unit, if the payment unit is previously transmitted to a branch of the domestic financial institution at the airport or the harbor site by the domestic financial institution according to the schedule of the foreign visitor's entry, it can be directly drawn when the foreign visitor enters the country. However, in the case where there is a foreign branch of the home financial institution 200, the foreign visitor 10 can be picked up through the above-mentioned branch before entering the home.
On the other hand, the present invention proposes a method of generating a temporary account and providing it to a foreign visitor when an account is generated by the home financial institution 200, and granting a formal account when the foreign visitor pays the temporary account for the amount of money. This is explained with reference to fig. 3.
First, when the foreign visitor 10 selects an article (132), a temporary account is created by the home financial institution 200 and provided to the foreign visitor 10 (S212). Then, the foreign visitor 10 provisionally pays the corresponding amount to the provisionally provided account, and the provisionally paid amount is refunded (S222). When the amount of the temporary payment to the temporary account by the foreign visitor 10 is confirmed, the home financial institution 200 issues a formal account linked with the temporary account to the foreign visitor 10 (S242), and the additionally issued payment means is linked with the formal account.
In the case where a foreign visitor makes a payment for goods using a credit card without real-time account transfer, the attitude may be changed to cancel a credit transaction after the credit transaction, and thus, the method may be effectively applied in such a case. Therefore, when payment for a product is not a real-time account transfer, it is preferable to issue the temporary account and the permanent account in order as described above. For this purpose, the account DB unit 240 of the home financial institution 200 may be composed of a provisional account DB unit 242 and a main account DB unit 246. The temporary account DB part 242 and the main account DB part 246 are linked to each other.
The service of selecting various domestic sightseeing goods provided by the information management server 100 can be obviously utilized after entering the country and drawing a payment unit, in addition to being utilized before a foreign visitor enters the country. That is, when the foreign tourist confirms his/her own schedule of sightseeing provided by the information management server 100 and purchases a product during traveling, the foreign tourist can purchase the product again according to the above-described procedure. However, since the account is issued, additional accumulation is realized by the issued account, and the weighted value calculation is separately performed in accordance with the payment of the corresponding product and added up.
The foreign visitor 10 who gets to the payment unit accesses the corresponding home-view product provider to receive the supply of the product (S160), and pays for it (S270). Payment is effected by means of a payment unit, and the actually paid amount can be remitted from the home financial institution 200 to the corresponding home visiting goods provider 400 according to the payment behavior. That is, as shown in fig. 3, when the home tourist product provider 400 provides the corresponding product to the foreign tourist 10 (S162), the foreign tourist 10 pays by the payment means (S272), and the home financial institution 200 proposes the amount paid from the account at the same time when confirming that (S282).
That is, according to the present invention, in the case where a foreign visitor purchases a product in advance before entering home or additionally purchases a product after entering home, the foreign visitor can enjoy the benefits of financial benefits, points, and the like for a period corresponding to a point between a purchase time point and an actual payment time point by making a payment after purchasing an actual product after entering home, instead of paying the amount of the purchased product directly to a product provider.
On the other hand, the present invention does not exclude the case where the foreign visitor 10 accumulates a certain amount of money for the account issued by the home financial institution 200 and uses the amount of money (S250). The accumulated amount is independent of the provisional payment amount for the purchase of the product, and can be accumulated at any time when the account is officially issued by a domestic financial institution. Thus, the accumulated amount of money can be removed at any time since it is not a cost for a particular good or service.
Therefore, the amount of money does not need to be managed independently of the amount of money accumulated from the time when the product is purchased and temporarily paid to the time when the product is actually paid. That is, it is preferable to apply a weighted value to the amount of money accumulated due to the purchase of the product, and it is also preferable to calculate the credit index so that a weighted value is applied to the amount of money accumulated due to the purchase of the product. However, the account withdrawal is preferably effected by raising the same payment unit.
In addition, the present invention proposes a method in which the information management server 100 is connected to at least one home mobile communication company 300, and the foreign visitor 10 can receive various convenience offers. The home mobile communication company 300 is a mechanism for leasing and managing a mobile communication terminal when receiving a request of a foreign visitor, and the server of the home mobile communication company 300 connected thereto basically includes a foreign visitor information DB unit 320, a mobile communication terminal DB unit 340 and an account linkage unit 360.
The visitor information DB unit 320 manages the information of the visitor who applies for the communication terminal, and the mobile communication terminal DB unit 340 manages the leased mobile communication terminal. The account linkage unit 360 requests the rental fee of the mobile communication terminal in linkage with the account given by the foreign visitor from the home financial institution 200 and checks the rental fee.
When the foreign visitor 10 officially issues an account from the home financial institution 200, it may designate a specific mobile communication company 300 in the country and request the opening of a mobile communication terminal (S310). Upon receiving the request of the foreign visitor, the home mobile communication company 300 sets up a mobile communication terminal that the foreign visitor can temporarily use in the home country through examination, and transmits the mobile communication terminal to a branch office corresponding to a place such as an airport in advance by the home mobile communication company according to the schedule of the foreign visitor' S entry, so that the foreign visitor can be taken and used when entering the home (S320).
The mobile communication terminal preferably provides information on the goods selected by the foreign visitor and account information of the foreign visitor in real time, and may provide a domestic schedule of the foreign visitor together. In addition, the domestic mobile communication company can translate information provided by the mobile communication terminal into the language of the foreign visitor's home country even if there is no request from the foreign visitor.
On the other hand, when a request of a visitor in a foreign country is received, the mobile communication terminal may be provided with a payment means. The payment means may be configured by a chip method including a payment means issued by the home financial institution 200, and in this case, the account linkage part 360 of the home mobile communication company 300 communicates with the home financial institution 200 in a payment procedure to be linked with the account of the visitor in the foreign country in real time.
As described above, in the case where the payment unit issued by the home financial institution 200 is constructed in a chip manner and is mounted on the mobile communication terminal, all the actual payments made by the foreign visitor 10 during the domestic trip are realized on the basis of the communication with the home financial institution 200 through the mobile communication terminal, and the specific flow (route) thereof is similar to the flow shown in fig. 3. In this case, it is obvious that the amount of money individually accumulated according to the step S250 may be paid at any time by a payment means mounted on the mobile communication terminal, regardless of the amount of money accumulated in the account by the temporary payment for the purchase of the product.
At the end of the domestic tour, the foreign visitor 10 may obviously highlight the balance remaining in the account (S290) before the departure (S190), and instead of proposing a portion of the account balance, may propose a departure without proposing an account balance. In the latter case, the account remains active for a prescribed period of time, and foreign visitors can continue to utilize the account if they later purchase home sightseeing merchandise again or re-enter the home.
As described above, the payment means may be configured to be used in association with various usage modes without replacement for a predetermined period. However, when the mobile communication terminal is used with the payment means installed, the mobile communication terminal is returned before the exit (S390), and therefore the payment means cannot be used any more. Therefore, at this time, it is preferable to extract all the balances left in the account and then make the balance out, but if the balance is not extracted, the balance can be used by accepting the issuance of the payment unit associated with the existing account from the domestic financial institution when the user enters the country again later.
The scheme provided by the invention can bring a plurality of beneficial effects, and can bring different effects when being applied in different fields besides the advantages of convenience, safety, high efficiency and the like.
For example, medical sightseeing is taken as an example, from the immigration of a passenger to the emigration, the schedule of the foreign passenger can be managed by a customized system designed by an information management server, so that various projects can be predicted, and the passenger can return expenses after accumulating additional value in the consumption process; the method can solve the problem of reserving in advance and collecting advance deposit in a hospital, thereby being beneficial to the passengers to finish a planned schedule in a limited date; because cash is not required to be carried, the tourist can safely and conveniently travel by using the credit card issued by the financial institution of the tourist country; the medical sightseeing and indwelling enterprises can predict the schedule of the patient, and the service quality and the settlement safety are improved; passengers do not worry about being cheated when getting out a car or shopping, can confirm the settlement amount in the national language, can enjoy the travel safely, and can reduce various troubles brought by change at the same time; all schedules, account numbers and balance conditions can be confirmed by the smart phone; when a smart phone product is purchased, cheap communication service can be selected; foreign travelers can enjoy tax-free preferential refund fees when integrating travel country commodities; and so on.
It is to be understood that the above-described concepts of the present invention, including user, foreigner, and visitor, and home, domestic, and foreign, are merely relative concepts, and that the above-described concepts are merely intended to better illustrate and not limit the present invention. For example, when a resident of a home country stays in a foreign country for a short time due to a working reason, the above-described case of the visitor of the foreign country agrees to be applied to the resident of the home country. It should be understood that they are within the scope of the present disclosure and not departing from the spirit of the invention.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is only illustrative, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, but can be implemented by various modifications, and obviously can be implemented by adding another technical feature based on the proposed technical idea.
