Abstract

本发明涉及一种管路启闭装置,包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、阀杆、钢球、软管、套筒、复位弹簧和调整螺钉,阀体与阀盖连接在一起,阀芯直接穿过阀体并轴向固定在阀体上,阀芯外圆上开有球形凹槽,钢球置于套筒中,套筒与阀体固定连接,钢球通过套筒的开口沉入阀芯的球形凹槽内,钢球下端面与阀杆上端面相切,阀杆下端面与橡胶软管贴合,软管下方装有调节螺钉,调节螺钉与阀体螺纹连接,调节螺钉可控制软管的开启程度,当钢球处于球形凹槽内时,软管处于打开状态,转动阀杆,钢球被弹出时,软管处于关闭状态。其有益效果是实现了管路中溶液的通断切换功能,防止溶液混液、漏液,尤其适用于空间小、低压力、小流量、无泄漏、不混液的特殊连接环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管路启闭机构,特别涉及一种用于多管路液体小流量的管路启闭机构。
背景技术
目前,液控阀内部结构均采用阀体与阀芯锥度配合密封,液路通道孔直接径向穿过阀体与阀芯,靠阀芯径向旋转到适当角度位置,来封堵通道孔液路结构形式。在工程应用中阀芯摩擦转动力矩大,尤其是加工精度高,配合要求严密,容易出现漏液和混液等故障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的液控阀管路启闭机构,克服现有技术容易出现漏液和混液等故障的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案为:管路启闭机构,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀芯穿过阀体并轴向固定在阀体上,其特征在于,所述管路为弹性软管,所述弹性软管垂向穿过所述阀体,所述阀体内开槽,所述槽内安装启闭装置,所述阀芯通过所述启闭装置连接所述弹性软管外壁。在关闭管路时,所述启闭装置压迫所述弹性软管外壁,从而阻塞弹性软管;开启管路时,所述启闭装置解除对所述弹性软管外壁的压迫,弹性软管在自身张力作用下恢复开通状态。
所述启闭装置包括钢球、套筒、阀杆、弹性元件和调节螺钉,所述阀芯外圆上开有球形凹槽,所述钢球活动置于所述套筒中,所述套筒与所述阀体固定连接,所述钢球通过套筒的开口沉入阀芯的球形凹槽内,所述钢球下端面与阀杆上端面相切,所述阀杆的上端与所述套筒间隙配合,所述弹性元件套在阀杆上,所述弹性元件的上端连接所述阀杆上部,所述弹性元件的下端连接所述阀体,所述阀杆下端面与所述弹性软管外壁接触,所述调节螺钉安装所述弹性软管下方,所述调节螺钉与阀体螺纹连接,调节螺钉可控制弹性软管的开启程度。
管路启闭机构还包括阀盖,所述阀体与阀盖连接在一起。
本发明的使用原理是,当钢球处于球形凹槽内时,位于钢球下方的阀杆下端面与弹性软管外壁相切,管路为开启状态;转动阀杆,钢球被弹出凹槽时,钢球带动阀杆产生向下的位移,压缩弹性软管壁使管路闭合;再次转动阀杆,当钢球置于阀芯的球形凹槽内时,阀杆在复位弹簧和弹性软管弹性力的共同作用下向上移动,此时管路为打开状态。
本发明的有益效果是实现了管路中溶液的通断切换功能,操作简单方便,防止溶液混液、漏液,尤其适用于空间小、低压力、小流量、无泄漏、不混液的特殊连接环境。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种新型液控阀管路启闭机构,阀体9与阀盖1通过螺钉连接在一起,阀芯2直接穿过阀体9被平垫圈、弹簧垫圈、螺母轴向固定于一体。阀体9结构采用管路通道方式将橡胶软管7至于其中,避免了橡胶软管7在阀体9内的窜动,保证了管路正常通断的可靠性。阀芯2外圆上开有球形凹槽,钢球3置于套筒4中,套筒4与阀体9固定连接,钢球3通过套筒4的开口沉入阀芯2的球形凹槽内,钢球3下端面与阀杆6上端面相切,阀杆6的上端与套筒4间隙配合,弹性元件5套在阀杆6上,弹性元件5的上端连接阀杆6上部,弹性元件5的下端连接阀体9,阀杆6下端面与橡胶软管7贴合,软管7下方装有调节螺钉8,调节螺钉8与阀体9螺纹连接,调节螺钉8可控制软管的开启程度,当钢球3处于球形凹槽内时,软管7处于打开状态。转动阀芯2,钢球3被弹出球形凹槽时,钢球3带动阀杆产生向下的位移,压迫软管7,而软管7的下方受到调节螺钉8的支撑,从而挤压软管7,使软管7处于关闭状态。再次转动阀芯2,使钢球3与球形凹槽的位置对应时,阀杆6受到弹性元件5的张力作用,向上推动钢球3进入球形凹槽内,阀杆6活动向上的位移,解除对软管7的挤压,软管7在自身软管比的张力作用下,软管恢复开通状态。
本发明实现了管路中溶液的通断切换功能,操作简单方便,防止溶液混液、漏液,尤其适用于空间小、低压力、小流量、无泄漏、不混液的特殊连接环境。

1.一种管路启闭机构,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀芯穿过阀体并轴向固定在阀体上,其特征在于,所述管路为弹性软管,所述弹性软管垂向穿过所述阀体,所述阀体内开槽,所述槽内安装启闭装置,所述阀芯通过所述启闭装置连接所述弹性软管外壁;所述启闭装置包括钢球、套筒、阀杆、弹性元件和调节螺钉,所述阀芯外圆上开有球形凹槽,所述套筒与所述阀体固定连接,所述钢球活动置于所述套筒中,所述钢球通过套筒的开口沉入阀芯的球形凹槽内,所述钢球下端面与阀杆上端面相切,所述阀杆的上端与所述套筒间隙配合,所述弹性元件套在阀杆上,所述弹性元件的上端连接所述阀杆上部,所述弹性元件的下端连接所述阀体,所述阀杆下端面与所述弹性软管贴合,所述调节螺钉安装所述弹性软管下方,所述调节螺钉与阀体螺纹连接;还包括阀盖,所述阀体与阀盖连接在一起。
