本发明公开了一种分段阀杆式无摩擦球阀,阀杆为上阀杆(12)和下阀杆(16),阀芯上设有对称的阀芯销钉孔内插有阀芯销钉(3),下阀杆斜楔扁头插入两阀芯销钉之间,阀芯销钉与斜楔扁头相触一侧为平面,下阀杆上部与套接于直行程导向筒(10)内的角行程导向筒(11)通过销钉孔(16b、11c)和销钉(15)连接,直行程导向筒上设有直行程导向通槽(10a)和L形导向通槽销钉孔(10b),角行程导向筒上设有角行程导向通槽(11a)、L形导向通槽(11b)和销钉孔(11c),L形导向通槽销钉(14)穿过销钉孔(10b)和L形导向通槽(11b)并固定于L形导向通槽销钉孔(10b)上,上阀杆销钉(13)穿过直行程导向通槽(10a)和角行程导向通槽(11a)并与上阀杆(12)相固定。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术产品,尤其是一种分段阀杆式无摩擦球阀。
背景技术
随着现代工业技术的发展,流体控制领域越来越多的出现各种高温、高压、高压差、强冲蚀工况,并且出于安全性、经济性和环境保护的目的,对阀门的泄漏也有着越来越严格的要求,传统的截断类阀门如闸阀,截至阀,旋塞阀等已越来越难以满足这些多样性和复杂性的要求,球阀作为近几十年发展最快的阀类,因其具有流体阻力小、结构简单、紧密可靠、操作方便、开闭迅速、阀门密封面不受介质冲蚀、适用范围广等优点得到了广泛的应用,但传统的软密封球阀在高温、强冲蚀和高压工况下的应用受到限制,金属硬密封球阀存在启闭力矩大、密封面与阀座磨损严重、密封性难以保证等缺点,Orbit阀(Orbit Valves,轨道球阀)和RSBV阀(Rising Stem Ball Valves,升降杆式球阀)作为结合截止阀的强制密封,密封面启闭无摩擦和球阀的流体阻力小,密封面不受流体冲蚀的优点于一身,是一种在高温高压等复杂工况下具有较长使用寿命和具有零泄漏特征的阀门,但上述两种阀门均存在阀芯销钉和阀杆磨损较大,使用寿命难以继续提高,对管线压差承载能力较低的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构更合理、能进一步提高阀门整体使用寿命、便于维护和检修的分段阀杆式无摩擦球阀。本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:本发明包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、耳轴衬套、内设有阀杆衬套和填料压环及预载碟簧的阀盖、阀杆、导向筒、销钉及连接螺栓,其特征在于阀杆为分体的上阀杆和下阀杆组成,下阀杆下端部设有斜楔扁头,阀芯上设有与斜楔扁头相适应的凹槽和阀芯销钉孔,对称的阀芯销钉孔内插有阀芯销钉,下阀杆斜楔扁头插入两阀芯销钉之间,阀芯销钉与斜楔扁头相触一侧为平面,阀盖固定于阀体上,下阀杆上部穿过阀盖并与套接于直行程导向筒内的角行程导向筒通过销钉孔和销钉连接,直行程导向筒上设有直行程导向通槽和L形导向通槽销钉孔,角行程导向筒上设有角行程导向通槽、L形导向通槽和销钉孔,L形导向通槽销钉穿过销钉孔和L形导向通槽并固定于直行程导向筒上的L形导向通槽销钉孔上,上阀杆销钉穿过直行程导向通槽和角行程导向通槽并与上阀杆相固定。
阀盖上可增设有填料嘴用于填料函的注入式填料密封。
必要时可在上阀杆销钉和L形导向通槽销钉上套接一衬套。
本发明的工作原理如下,当提升上阀杆时,角行程导向筒在L形导向通槽销钉的限制下不能转动,只能带动下阀杆做整体提升运动,通过下阀杆的斜楔扁头使阀芯与阀座脱离接触,继续提升上阀杆时,角行程导向筒在L形导向通槽销钉的限制下不能继续提升,在上阀杆销钉,直行程导向通槽和角行程导向通槽的共同作用下,角行程导向筒带动下阀杆并通过下阀杆斜楔扁头使阀芯旋转,阀门开启。
当下降上阀杆时,角行程导向筒在L形导向通槽销钉的限制下不能做下降运动,只能在上阀杆销钉,直行程导向槽和角行程导向通槽的共同作用下带动下阀杆做旋转运动,通过下阀杆的斜楔扁头使阀芯旋转至关闭位,继续下降上阀杆时,角行程导向筒在L形导向通槽销钉的限制下不能继续旋转,在上阀杆销钉,直行程导向槽的共同作用下,角行程导向筒带动下阀杆下降,阀芯在下阀杆的斜楔扁头和阀芯销钉的作用下压向阀座,阀门关闭。
以上两种动作过程是可逆的并可重复实现的。
本发明通过重新设计的阀门结构尤其是阀门启闭动作件(机构),减轻了阀芯销钉和阀杆的磨损,提高了阀芯阀杆组件对管线压差的承载能力,提升了阀门尤其是阀门内部部件的使用寿命,延长阀门或阀门部件的维护和更换周期,以适应和满足现代工业流体控制领域各种高参数、长使用寿命和高可靠性的要求。
与现有技术相比其优点明显,其具有与Orbit阀和RSBV阀相同的启闭时密封面无摩擦、启闭力矩小、密封面使用寿命长、密封可靠、可实现零泄漏的优点外,还具有对管线压差承载能力强、阀门内部部件的整体使用寿命长的优点,尤其是阀杆斜楔扁头与阀芯销钉可以具有比Orbit阀更大的平面接触,克服了Orbit阀和RSBV阀阀杆斜楔扁头与阀杆销钉接触面积小导致的磨损严重和对管线压差承载能力较低的关键问题,同时下阀杆轴向行程相比Orbit阀和RSBV阀要短,填料损耗相对较小,阀杆销钉、导向槽等部件或特征外在可视,方便维护、检修。
本阀门可广泛用于石油、化工、电力、冶金等各领域中的复杂恶劣工况下的流体控制,包括高温、高压、高压差等或使用过程中启闭频繁、有极高的泄漏标准要求和需要维持较长的检修维护周期等各种场合。从上述情况可知本发明的目的是可以实现的。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,本发明包括阀体1、阀座19、内设有衬套6和填料压环7及预载碟簧8的阀盖4、连接螺栓5、阀杆、阀芯2、导向筒,其特征在于阀杆为分体的上阀杆12和下阀杆16组成,下阀杆下端部具有斜楔扁头16a,阀芯上设有与斜楔扁头相适应的凹槽及阀芯销钉孔2b,阀芯销钉孔用于安装阀芯销钉3,下阀杆斜楔扁头插入两阀芯销钉之间,阀杆沿阀杆轴向可自由滑动,阀芯销钉在阀芯销钉孔中可转动,下阀杆上部穿过阀盖并与套接于直行程导向筒10内的角行程导向筒11通过销钉15和销钉孔16b、11c连接,直行程导向筒上设有直行导向通槽10a和L形导向通槽销钉孔10b,直行程导向筒通过螺栓9与阀盖上部固定连接,必要时直行程导向筒与上阀盖也可设计为一体式整体结构,角行程导向筒上对称设有角行程导向通槽11a、L形导向通槽11b和销钉孔11c,L形导向通槽销钉14穿过销钉孔10b和L形导向通槽11b固定于直行程导向筒上的L形导向通槽销钉孔10b上,必要时可在上阀杆销钉13和L形导向通槽销钉上套接一衬套。上阀杆销钉13穿过直行程导向通槽10a和角行程导向通槽11a并与上阀杆固定。必要时可在阀盖上设有填料嘴17用于填料函18注入式填料密封,阀芯通过耳轴2a和耳轴衬套20安装于阀体中,阀芯上设有阀芯销钉孔2b,并插有阀芯销钉3,阀芯销钉与斜楔偏头相触一侧为平面。

1.一种分段阀杆式无摩擦球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座(19)、阀芯(2)、耳轴衬套、内设有阀杆衬套(6)和填料压环(7)及预载碟簧(8)的阀盖(4)、连接螺栓(5)、导向筒、销钉及连接螺栓,其特征在于:阀杆为分体的上阀杆(12)和下阀杆(16)组成,下阀杆下端部设有斜楔扁头(16a),阀芯上设有与斜楔扁头相适应的凹槽和阀芯销钉孔(2b),对称的阀芯销钉孔内插有阀芯销钉(3),下阀杆斜楔扁头插入两阀芯销钉之间,阀芯销钉与斜楔扁头相触一侧为平面,阀盖固定于阀体上,下阀杆上部穿过阀盖并与套接于直行程导向筒(10)内的角行程导向筒(11)通过销钉孔(16b、11c)和销钉(15)连接,直行程导向筒上设有直行程导向通槽(10a)和L形导向通槽销钉孔(10b),角行程导向筒上设有角行程导向通槽(11a)、L形导向通槽(11b)和销钉孔(11c),L形导向通槽销钉(14)穿过销钉孔(10b)和L形导向通槽(11b)并固定于直行程导向筒上的L形导向通槽销钉孔(10b)上,上阀杆销钉(13)穿过直行程导向通槽(10a)和角行程导向通槽(11a)并与上阀杆(12)相固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分段阀杆式无摩擦球阀,其特征在于:阀盖(4)上设有填料嘴(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分段阀杆式无摩擦球阀,其特征在于:上阀杆销钉(15)和L形导向通槽销钉(14)上套接一衬套(6)。
