本发明公开了一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:氯化聚乙烯100-110、等规聚丙烯10-20、硬酯酸镁1-2、氢氧化铝10-15、氢氧化镁2-4、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1-2、氧化钙1.5-3、氧化锌0.8-1、硬脂酸锌0.4-0.6、邻苯二甲酸聚酯0.3-0.5、环氧大豆油1-2、硫酸钡1-2、改性白云石粉60-70、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、抗氧剂DLTP?1.4-3。

一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,确切地说是一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料。
背景技术
聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,密度只有0.90--"0.91g/m3,是目前所有塑料中最轻的品种之一。它对水特别稳定,在水中的吸水率仅为0.01%,分子量约8万一15万。成型性好,但因收缩率大(为1%~2.5%).厚壁制品易凹陷,对一些尺寸精度较高零件,还难于达到要求,制品表面光泽好,易于着色。
电线电缆专用树脂包括电缆绝缘料和电缆护套料,所用原料主要有聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯。
聚乙烯是结晶热塑性树脂。它们的化学结构、分子量、聚合度和其他性能很大程度上均依赖于使用的聚合方法。聚合方法决定了支链的类型和支链度。结晶度取决件分子链的规整程度与其所经历的热历史。
聚乙烯对于环境应力(化学与机械作用)是很敏感的,耐热老化性差于聚合物的化学结构和加工条。聚乙烯可用一般热塑性塑料的成型方法(见塑料加工)加工。用途十分广泛,主要用来制造薄膜、包装材料、容器、管道、单丝、电线电缆、日用品等,并可作为电视、雷达等的高频绝缘材料。随着石油化工的发展,聚乙烯生产得到迅速发展,产量约占塑料总产量的1/4。1983年世界聚乙烯总生产能力为24.65Mt,在建装置能力为3.16Mt。2011年最新统计结果,全球产能达到96Mt,聚乙烯生产的发展趋势显示,生产消费逐步向亚洲地区转移,中国日渐成为最重要的消费市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:氯化聚乙烯100-110、等规聚丙烯10-20、硬酯酸镁1-2、氢氧化铝10-15、氢氧化镁2-4、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1-2、氧化钙1.5-3、氧化锌0.8-1、硬脂酸锌0.4-0.6、邻苯二甲酸聚酯0.3-0.5、环氧大豆油1-2、硫酸钡1-2、改性白云石粉60-70、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、抗氧剂DLTP1.4-3;
改性白云石粉由下列重量份的原料制成:
白云石20-25、重质碳酸钙2-3、钢渣1-2,抗氧剂22460.4-0.5,氧化锌1-2、氯化石蜡1-2、硼酸锌4-6,磷酸甲苯二苯酯3.2-3.8、氢氧化铝8-10;
制备方法是将白云石、重质碳酸钙、钢渣混匀后在800-850℃下煅烧3-4小时,然后,取出,与氢氧化铝一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4-5,研磨浆料至700-800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,研磨,过600-800目筛后,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀即得。
所述的一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料,其特征在于:
制备方法为:(1)取氯化聚乙烯、硬酯酸镁、氧化锌、环氧大豆油按重量份混匀,于捏合机中170-180℃下捏合4-6分钟后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在180-195℃,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明配料混合合理,各填充料、添加剂与聚丙烯相容性好,起到改善聚丙烯流动性的作用,阻燃剂配方合理,制备工艺简单,可与聚丙烯更好地相容,实现低烟、阻燃的目的。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:氯化聚乙烯100、等规聚丙烯20、硬酯酸镁2、氢氧化铝15、氢氧化镁4、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯2、氧化钙1.9、氧化锌1、硬脂酸锌0.6、邻苯二甲酸聚酯0.3、环氧大豆油2、硫酸钡2、改性白云石粉70、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1.72、抗氧剂DLTP1.8;
改性白云石粉由下列重量份的原料制成:
白云石25、重质碳酸钙2、钢渣2,抗氧剂22460.5,氧化锌2、氯化石蜡1、硼酸锌6,磷酸甲苯二苯酯3.5、氢氧化铝10;
制备方法是将白云石、重质碳酸钙、钢渣混匀后在830℃下煅烧3.5小时,然后,取出,与氢氧化铝一并加入适量水中研磨,加13%盐酸溶液调PH为4.4,研磨浆料至800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,研磨,过800目筛后,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀即得。
所述的一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料,制备方法为:
(1)取氯化聚乙烯、硬酯酸镁、氧化锌、环氧大豆油按重量份混匀,于捏合机中176℃下捏合5分钟后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在188℃,得到成品。
将本实施例进行性能测试,抗张强度29MPa,断裂伸长率344%,阻燃级别V0。

Claims (2)

1.一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:氯化聚乙烯100-110、等规聚丙烯10-20、硬酯酸镁1-2、氢氧化铝10-15、氢氧化镁2-4、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1-2、氧化钙1.5-3、氧化锌0.8-1、硬脂酸锌0.4-0.6、邻苯二甲酸聚酯0.3-0.5、环氧大豆油1-2、硫酸钡1-2、改性白云石粉60-70、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、抗氧剂DLTP1.4-3;
改性白云石粉由下列重量份的原料制成:
白云石20-25、重质碳酸钙2-3、钢渣1-2,抗氧剂22460.4-0.5,氧化锌1-2、氯化石蜡1-2、硼酸锌4-6,磷酸甲苯二苯酯3.2-3.8、氢氧化铝8-10;
制备方法是将白云石、重质碳酸钙、钢渣混匀后在800-850℃下煅烧3-4小时,然后,取出,与氢氧化铝一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4-5,研磨浆料至700-800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,研磨,过600-800目筛后,将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合均匀即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆料,其特征在于:
制备方法为:(1)取氯化聚乙烯、硬酯酸镁、氧化锌、环氧大豆油按重量份混匀,于捏合机中170-180℃下捏合4-6分钟后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在180-195℃,得到成品。
