本发明涉及一种压缩机缸体精加工专用夹具,包括旋转平台以及工位座,工位座设置在旋转平台上,旋转平台两端向上垂直固装旋转臂,其在工位座两侧的旋转平台上分别固装有液压转角缸,在液压转角缸旁的工位座上设置有气密检测定位部,在工位座上安装有压缩机缸体定位销。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理、制作简单、成本较低、加工精度高、能够有效检测压缩机缸体的平面度。

本发明属于夹具领域,尤其是一种压缩机缸体精加工专用夹具。
背景技术
压缩机缸体在加工时,有多个面需要进行精度较高的切削处理,现有加工工艺中压缩机缸体没有精加工专用夹具,而且也没有检测压缩机缸体平面度的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种压缩机缸体精加工专用夹具,该夹具结构简单、设计科学合理、制作简单、成本较低、加工精度高、能够有效检测压缩机缸体的平面度。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种压缩机缸体精加工专用夹具,包括旋转平台以及工位座,工位座设置在旋转平台上,旋转平台两端向上垂直固装旋转臂,其在工位座两侧的旋转平台上分别固装有液压转角缸,在液压转角缸旁的工位座上设置有气密检测定位部,在工位座上安装有压缩机缸体定位销。
而且,所述的工位座为3个均布在旋转平台上。
而且,所述的液压转角缸为3个,气密检测定位部为3个,压缩机缸体定位销为2个。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种压缩机缸体精加工专用夹具,包括旋转平台5以及工位座6,工位座设置在旋转平台上,工位座为3个均布在旋转平台上,旋转平台两端向上垂直固装旋转臂1,其在工位座两侧的旋转平台上分别固装有液压转角缸2,在液压转角缸旁的工位座上设置有气密检测定位部4,在工位座上安装有压缩机缸体定位销3,液压转角缸为3个,气密检测定位部为3个,压缩机缸体定位销为2个。
本发明在使用时,设置在机床上通过旋转臂连接机床上的旋转电机,压缩机缸体放置在工位座上的压缩机缸体定位销上,并通过液压转角缸固定在工位座上,加工时气密检测定位部可以通气并连接压力表,通过观测压力表读数来确定压缩机缸体是否加工的平面度良好。

1.一种压缩机缸体精加工专用夹具,包括旋转平台以及工位座,工位座设置在旋转平台上,旋转平台两端向上垂直固装旋转臂,其特征在于:在工位座两侧的旋转平台上分别固装有液压转角缸,在液压转角缸旁的工位座上设置有气密检测定位部,在工位座上安装有压缩机缸体定位销。
