Abstract
一种竹炭纤维伤口贴,由外层的胶布(2)和内层的纱条(1)组成,所述胶布(2)和所述纱条(1)由竹炭纤维材料制成。所述竹炭纤维伤口贴的制备包括以下步骤:步骤(一)取鲜毛竹烟熏预干燥、干燥、预炭化、炭化、煅烧、喷雾、粉碎,制成纳米级的竹炭粉;步骤(二)将所述竹炭粉掺入涤纶或粘胶中并加以搅拌,透过抽丝设备,抽出含竹炭粉的长丝,制得竹炭纤维;步骤(三)用所述竹炭纤维纺织获得胶布和纱条;步骤(四)将所述胶布和纱条粘贴在一起,即得。由于竹炭纤维材料具有良好的透气性、抑菌性和吸水性,本发明能够避免伤口周围的皮肤发皱、发白;有效控制伤口周围细菌的繁殖;有效吸收伤口的渗出,保持伤口处干燥洁净,促进伤口愈合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗敷料及其生产方法,具体涉及一种竹炭纤维伤口贴及其生产方法。
背景技术
伤口贴,又名切口贴,是人们生活中最常用的一种医用敷料,具有止血,护创作用。它是由一条长形的胶布,中间附以一块纱条构成,可以制作成不同规格,用于术后保护各类切口和其他创伤伤口的保护。
目前的伤口贴所用的棉布及棉纤维透气性差,人体局部所正常分泌的水汽和汗液不能穿透这层胶布,于是对局部皮肤产生浸泡作用,具体表现为伤口周围的皮肤发皱、发白;目前的伤口贴所用的棉布及棉纤维没有竹炭纤维吸水性强(资料显示竹炭纤维的吸水性是棉纤维的6倍),表现为伤口渗出不能有效的被伤口贴吸收,导致伤口积液,为细菌繁殖提供合适场所;目前的伤口贴所用的棉布及棉纤维没有抑菌性,术后或创后需要大量应用抗生素。
为了解决上述缺陷和不足,本发明提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种竹炭纤维伤口贴及其生产方法,本发明采用竹炭纤维材料作为外层的胶布和内层的纱条,由于竹炭纤维横截面布满了椭圆形的孔隙,因此本发明具有良好的透气性能,人体局部正常分泌的水汽和汗液能够穿透这层胶布,避免伤口周围的皮肤发皱、发白,增强了使用的舒适度;由于竹炭纤维是由纳米级的竹炭粉制作而成,具有良好的抑菌性,所以能够有效控制伤口周围细菌的繁殖,对伤口愈合起到良好的辅助作用;由于竹炭纤维具有良好的吸水性,能够有效吸收伤口的渗出,保持伤口干燥洁净,从而起到促进伤口愈合的功能。
本发明的第一个目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种竹炭纤维伤口贴,由外层的胶布和内层的纱条组成,所述胶布和所述纱条由竹炭纤维材料制成。
优选的,所述胶布的形状为长方形。
优选的,所述纱条的数目为一个或多个。
优选的,所述纱条的形状为长方形、圆形、菱形或者椭圆形。
本发明的第二个目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种生产上述竹炭纤维伤口贴的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤(一)取鲜毛竹烟熏预干燥、干燥、预炭化、炭化、煅烧、喷雾、粉碎,制成纳米级的竹炭粉;步骤(二)将所述竹炭粉掺入涤纶或粘胶中并加以搅拌,透过抽丝设备,抽出含竹炭粉的长丝,制得竹炭纤维;步骤(三)用所述竹炭纤维纺织获得胶布和纱条;步骤(四)将所述胶布和所述纱条粘贴在一起,即得所述竹炭纤维伤口贴。
优选的,所述烟熏预干燥的温度为60~100℃。
优选的,所述干燥的温度为100~150℃。
优选的,所述预炭化的温度为150~270℃。
优选的,所述炭化的温度为270~450℃。
优选的,所述煅烧的温度为450℃~1000℃。

以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的解释,但是以下的内容不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1制备竹炭纤维胶布和竹炭纤维纱条
竹炭纤维胶布和竹炭纤维纱条的制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤(一)取鲜毛竹,60~100℃烟熏预干燥、100~150℃干燥、150~270℃预炭化、270~450℃炭化、450℃~1000℃煅烧、喷雾、粉碎,制成纳米级的竹炭粉;步骤(二)将所述竹炭粉掺入涤纶或粘胶中并加以搅拌,透过抽丝设备,抽出含竹炭粉的长丝,制得竹炭纤维;步骤(三)用所述竹炭纤维纺织获得竹炭纤维胶布和竹炭纤维纱条。
实施例2制备竹炭纤维伤口贴
将实施例1中获得的胶布和纱条粘贴在一起,即得本发明所述的竹炭纤维伤口贴。如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明提供的竹炭纤维伤口贴由外层的胶布2和内层的纱条1组成,胶布2由竹炭纤维材料制成,胶布2的形状为长方形。纱条1由竹炭纤维材料制成,纱条1的数目为一个或多个,其形状为长方形、圆形、菱形或者椭圆形。
使用本发明提供的竹炭纤维伤口贴之前,应先仔细检查伤口内是否留有污物,如有不洁物,需用生理盐水或者清水将伤口清洗、擦干,然后再贴上该竹炭纤维伤口贴。本发明提供的伤口贴用于术后和创伤后,规格可大可小。

1.一种竹炭纤维伤口贴,由外层的胶布(2)和内层的纱条(1)组成,其特征在于,所述胶布(2)和所述纱条(1)由竹炭纤维材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹炭纤维伤口贴,其特征在于,所述胶布(2)的形状为长方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的竹炭纤维伤口贴,其特征在于,所述纱条(1)的数目为一个或多个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的竹炭纤维伤口贴,其特征在于,所述纱条(1)的形状为长方形、圆形、菱形或者椭圆形。
5.一种生产权利权利要求1所述的竹炭纤维伤口贴的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤(1)取鲜毛竹烟熏预干燥、干燥、预炭化、炭化、煅烧、喷雾、粉碎,制成纳米级的竹炭粉;步骤(2)将所述竹炭粉掺入涤纶或粘胶中并加以搅拌,透过抽丝设备,抽出含竹炭粉的长丝,制得竹炭纤维;步骤(3)用所述竹炭纤维纺织获得胶布和纱条;步骤(4)将所述胶布和纱条粘贴在一起,即得所述竹炭纤维伤口贴。
