目前的屏蔽罩为小型的构架件型式,由于尺寸比较小,这种屏蔽罩容易出现保护射线外泄等现象,大大影响了射频发生器的使用效率。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种保护的屏蔽罩,它可以实现保护射线不外泄,全部射至有细菌的泥土中,达到灭菌的效果。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种保护的屏蔽罩,它包括罩体,罩体设置为弧形板,弧形板与射频发生器的电极形状相对应,弧形板位于电极的射线区域。
所述的弧形板为洋白铜或不锈钢。所述的弧形板的宽度为1.2m,弧长2.3m,厚度1mm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明伴随着平行电板进行屏蔽,达到保护射线不外泄,全部射至有细菌的泥土中,达到灭菌的效果,屏蔽效果明显。
