Abstract

本发明提供了一种PVDC膜和其他软包装膜复合用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成方法,在容器中加入聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯于反应得预聚体;加入二乙二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、助溶剂丙酮和催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡反应得中间体;降温,加入三乙胺中和反应,中和后再加入到去离子水中进行乳化分散,经消泡、熟化、过滤得水性聚氨酯乳液;水性聚氨酯乳液中加入水性固化剂,得水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。本发明的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的粘接性好,使PVDC膜和其他软包装膜在普通的干式复合机上进行复合所得的PVDC复合膜平整、透明,耐100℃水煮,制备的高阻隔性能包装袋用于食品、医药和化工等包装行业。

Description

PVDC膜和其他软包装膜复合用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成方法
技术领域
本发明涉及合成方法,具体涉及PVDC膜和其他软包装膜复合用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成方法。
背景技术
PVDC,学名“聚偏二氯乙烯”,是一种软化温度在160~200℃的热塑性聚合物,具有头尾相连的线性聚合链结构。分子结构对称,结晶度高。由于其分子间凝聚力强,结晶度高,PVDC分子中的氯原子有疏水性,不会形成氢键,氧分子和水分子很难在PVDC分子中移动,从而使其具有优良的阻氧性和阻湿性,且其阻氧性不受周围湿度的影响,是目前公认的阻隔性方面综合性能最好的塑料包装材料。
随着PVDC膜生产技术的发展,PVDC膜在食品、药品和化工包装业的应用更加普及;几十年来,其作为高阻隔包装材料一直占有主导地位。由于PVDC膜受热容易收缩,其自身既不能使用普通的干法复合方法来制造复合薄膜,又不能使用普通的热封方法进行封口,使用特殊的胶粘剂和复合方法将PVDC膜制备成层压复合包装膜,从而满足食品、医药和化工等包装行业对高阻隔性复合包装膜日益增长的需求。
郑州宝蓝包装技术有限公司的CN103042784A公开了一种PVDC复合膜的制备方法:将双层PVDC薄膜作为中间层,先采用无溶剂型胶粘剂在其两侧分别复合一层其他软包装膜,再从双层PVDC薄膜之间揭开分离,即得PVDC复合膜。所述的PVDC复合膜制备方法提高了PVDC复合膜的生产效率和生产质量,但是由该PVDC复合膜制成的包装袋需要特殊的封口技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种PVDC膜和其他软包装膜复合用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成方法,该水性聚氨酯胶粘剂可以使PVDC膜和其他软包装膜在普通的干式复合机上进行复合,所得到的PVDC复合膜平整、透明,耐100℃水煮,能够制备成多种用途的包装袋,用于食品、医药和化工等包装行业。
本发明的技术解决方案是该水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成方法包括以下步骤:将聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯于75~80℃反应1h得预聚体,异氰酸酯与多元醇的摩尔比为3.0~3.1:1.0,聚醚多元醇与聚酯多元醇的摩尔比为80~60:20~40;对应于0.10mol多元醇的量,继之加入二乙二醇0.04mol、含有亲水基团的化合物二羟甲基丙酸0.10mol、预聚体总重量的万分之二的催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡和占乳液总重量5%的助溶剂丙酮,于70℃反应2h,得中间体;中间体降温至50℃,对应于0.10mol多元醇的量,再加入0.10mol三乙胺中和中间体,中和好的中间体加入到530~610g去离子水中进行乳化,在25~30min内加完,加完后维持搅拌1h;经消泡、熟化(放置过夜)和过滤,得到水性聚氨酯乳液;以水性聚氨酯乳液的重量为基础,加入其质量5~6%水性固化剂Bayhydur3100,得水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
本发明所用的聚醚多元醇是分子量为2000的聚氧化丙烯二醇,聚酯多元醇是分子量为2000的聚己二酸己二醇酯。
使用时,采用水性聚氨酯粘合剂在干式复合机上复合PET/PVDC/PE(PA)步骤如下:首先在PET膜上涂一层水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,接着复合PVDC膜,形成PET/PVDC膜;然后在PET/PVDC膜的PVDC面再涂上水性聚氨酯粘合剂复合PE膜或PA膜,得PET/PVDC/PE复合膜或PET/PVDC/PA复合膜;PET/PVDC/PE复合膜或PET/PVDC/PA复合膜在干式复合机上的技术要求:(1)选择网纹辊180-200线,保证干基涂布量在0.8g~1.5g/㎡;(2)复合机上有匀胶辊且运转正常;(3)烘道温度不低于60-65℃、70-75℃、80-85℃,排风顺畅;(4)熟化室温度不低于50℃。
本发明的优点是:合成方法简单,操控性好,粘接性能优,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为30%~33%,PH值为6.5~8.0,粘度(25℃)为10~30mPa.s,加过固化剂Bayhydur3100的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的适用期6~8h。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明所述的水性聚氨酯乳液和胶粘剂的合成方法以及所述胶粘剂的应用进行介绍和描述,以使更好地理解本发明。下述实施例并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:向装有温度计、搅拌器和回流冷凝器的500ml烧瓶中加入160g聚氧化丙烯二醇、40g聚己二酸己二醇酯和52.5g甲苯二异氰酸酯,于75℃反应1h得预聚体;继之加入4.24g二乙二醇、13.4g二羟甲基丙酸、0.06g二月桂酸二丁基锡和46.7g丙酮,于70℃反应2h,得中间体;中间体降温至50℃,再加入10.1g三乙胺进行中和,将中和好的中间体加入到570g去离子水中进行乳化,在25min内加完,加完后维持搅拌1h;经消泡、熟化(放置过夜)和过滤,得到水性聚氨酯乳液,其固含量为30%,PH=7.4,粘度为14mPa.s;以水性聚氨酯乳液的重量为基础,加入其质量的6%的固化剂Bayhydur3100,得水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
采用上述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂复合PET/PVDC/PE;复合好的复合膜放在熟化室中固化;熟化12小时,PVDC/PE:横向拉力1.73N/cm,纵向拉力2.40N/cm;PET/PVDC:横向拉力1.88N/cm,纵向拉力2.63N/cm;熟化18小时,PVDC/PE:横向拉力1.96N/cm,纵向拉力2.35N/cm;PET/PVDC:横向拉力2.02.N/cm,纵向拉力2.60N/cm;100℃水煮30min无分层。
实施例2:向装有温度计、搅拌器和回流冷凝器的500ml烧瓶中加入聚氧化丙烯二醇120g、聚己二酸己二醇酯80g和52.5g甲苯二异氰酸酯,于78℃反应1h得预聚体;继之加入4.24g二乙二醇、13.4g二羟甲基丙酸、0.06g二月桂酸二丁基锡和42.5g丙酮,于70℃反应2h得中间体;中间体降温至50℃,再加入10.1g三乙胺进行中和,将中和好的中间体加入到530g去离子水中进行乳化,在28min内加完,加完后维持搅拌1h;经消泡、熟化(放置过夜)和过滤,得到水性聚氨酯乳液,其固含量为33%,PH=7.6,粘度为25mPa.s;以水性聚氨酯乳液的重量为基础,加入其质量的6%的固化剂Bayhydur3100,得水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
采用上述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂复合PET/PVDC/PA,复合好的复合膜放在熟化室中固化;熟化12小时,PVDC/PA:横向拉力1.60N/cm,纵向拉力2.80N/cm;PET/PVDC:横向拉力1.78N/cm,纵向拉力2.40N/cm;熟化18小时后,PVDC/PA:横向拉力1.68N/cm,纵向拉力2.53N/cm;PET/PVDC:横向拉力1.90.N/cm,纵向拉力2.36N/cm;100℃水煮30min无分层。
实施例3:向装有温度计、搅拌器和回流冷凝器的500ml烧瓶中加入聚氧化丙烯二醇160g、聚己二酸己二醇酯40g和54.3g甲苯二异氰酸酯,于80℃反应1h得预聚体;继之加入4.24g二乙二醇、13.4g二羟甲基丙酸、0.06g二月桂酸二丁基锡和47.0g丙酮,于70℃反应2h得中间体;中间体降温至50℃,再加入10.1g三乙胺进行中和,将中和好的中间体加入到610g去离子水中进行乳化,在30min内加完,加完后维持搅拌1h;经消泡、熟化(放置过夜)和过滤,得到水性聚氨酯乳液,其固含量为30%,PH=7.3,粘度为12mPa.s;以水性聚氨酯乳液的重量为基础,加入其质量5.5%的固化剂Bayhydur3100,得水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
采用上述水性聚氨酯胶粘剂复合PET/PVDC/PE,复合好的复合膜放在熟化室中固化;熟化12小时后,PVDC/PE:横向拉力1.65N/cm,纵向拉力2.15N/cm;PET/PVDC:横向拉力1.72N/cm,纵向拉力2.49N/cm;熟化18小时后,PVDC/PE:横向拉力1.78N/cm,纵向拉力2.10N/cm;PET/PVDC:横向拉力1.89N/cm,纵向拉力2.40N/cm;100℃水煮30min无分层。

Claims (1)

1.PVDC膜和其他软包装膜复合用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成方法,该水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成方法包括以下步骤:将聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯于75~80℃反应1h得预聚体,异氰酸酯与多元醇的摩尔比为3.0~3.1:1.0,聚醚多元醇与聚酯多元醇的摩尔比为80~60:20~40;对应于0.10mol多元醇的量,继之加入二乙二醇0.04mol、含有亲水基团的化合物二羟甲基丙酸0.10mol、预聚体总重量的万分之二的催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡和占乳液总重量5%的助溶剂丙酮,于70℃反应2h,得中间体;中间体降温至50℃,对应于0.10mol多元醇的量,再加入0.10mol三乙胺中和中间体,中和好的中间体加入到530~610g去离子水中进行乳化,在25~30min内加完,加完后维持搅拌1h;经消泡、熟化和过滤,得到水性聚氨酯乳液;以水性聚氨酯乳液的重量为基础,加入其质量的5~6%的水性固化剂Bayhydur3100,得水性聚氨酯胶粘剂;其特征是:所述聚醚多元醇是分子量为2000的聚氧化丙烯二醇,聚酯多元醇是分子量为2000的聚己二酸己二醇酯。
